I love Frank the Vice President out of all the stores. I first reached out to council bluffs location for a digital camera. They stated they didn’t have the camera I needed. Stated they were not getting any till Christmas. So my next stop was this place . It just happened that day Frank the VP was in the store and he went out his way to find me a camera which a bundle deal and educated me on the camera and the options that I had. He went to search for the camera and couldn’t find it . But he put in a special order for me at no cost! I’m sure I’ll be doing business again with Ace rent to own. The Owner of all the ace rent to own is awesome and glad that he is a VP very humble, kind person. You rarely run across people who go above and beyond. That’s exactly how I felt which was a priority as a customer.

Steven is the best. He always willing to help all the time and I always love it when he delivers my furniture. Victoria store manager is Awesome. Always keep me updated with products and always willing to help.

We were long time customers with Aarons(almost 15 years), never had an issue until the last payment. We had 100.00 left and were going to be late. They threatened to take it all back. That is where Ace came in. We have only been here for 8 months but have purchased many things including tires. The service is awesome and they work with us on everything. I recommend them. We have friends that have switched to Ace and are loving it also.

I have been a regular customer for many many years and they always make sure that I get the best service.Savannah helps me a lot along with everyone else but Savannah is great she keeps me informed of all the deals.

Do not rent anything from here! These people will allow someone to lease something under your name without your permission. And when youve made it clear that you had no idea what was going on, theyll still hound you and anyone who knows you until youre dead. And even then theyd probably still go after your corpse for some cash. I could only imagine if you really did lease something and consent to this harassment!

No matter how many payments or the amount of money you pay them every week they always call you, your job, and all of your references. This is my first time doing anything like this, and trust and believe I will take my business elsewhere, or anywhere else rather, then EVER coming back to them . BUYERS BEWARE

Pleasant experience for almost a year until I ran into a little financial trouble. I had made my payments every single week for an entire year I fell behind a couple of days and these guys will call everyone including your boss come to find out. That to me is completely understandable you have their merchandise and its all financed through them so they need to get their money somehow. Where I grew extremely upset is when I gave them their merchandise back and had my accounts cleared and this poorly run store decides to call all of my references and my boss again repeatedly trying to reach me to see if I would like to get my items back and sign a new contract for 28/week. This makes me irate that this company will hound your employer all so they can close another contract. If you cant get ahold of someone and you have your items back and no money is owed to you move on!!! You dont harass that persons employer jeapordizing their job and livelyhood!
