This trophy store is incredible, simply the best customer service youll find anywhere, trophy store or not. As a coach of 5 youth volleyball team seasons, Ive purchased medals for the kids here for a couple/few years now and its always been a fun, friendly and affordable experience. The owners are SUPER friendly and accommodating. Sure, (like with anything), you can buy the same items on Amazon and MAYBE save a couple bucks, but just dont. :-) This is one place I will always be spending my money locally. Well-run and well-deserved!

This place is awesome! Came in on a Tuesday to order a plaque and medals for a tournament on Saturday and picked everything up by Friday! There were so many choices which made it easy to find just what you want. Thank you again!!

Crown Trophy provided excellent service and produced the most beautiful show choir trophies we’ve ever had. Several of the performers were taking selfies of themselves in front of the trophy table and calling their parents saying these were the neatest trophies they’d ever seen and hoping their school would win one!! This company understands Customer Service. From the time I walked through the door I was treated like I was their most important customer. They provided us with an excellent product in a very timely manner. We previously worked with Regal Awards. When you go into Regal Awards they act like they are doing you a favor and you are lucky to even be acknowledged! The company I work for has an Annual Client Conference. We will be moving all our business over to Crown Trophy because of their Excellent, appreciative customer service!

This was my first time using Crown Trophy. I ordered two crystal awards with etched engraving. They turned out beautifully. I also ordered a perpetual plaque for our office and it was gorgeous. I was very pleased and will be returning each year to order our Legacy crystal award and have a new name engraved on the perpetual plaque. They took great care with their work. I was extremely pleased. I would recommend them to anyone.

Ordered a very inexpensive novelty item on short notice over the phone. Was treated like Id spent 10 grand with them and they even stayed late so i could get there in bad traffic. They care, that meant a lot to us and Ill never look anyplace else. Thank you!

The most incompetent and disorganized business I have ever had experience with. I bought an overpriced perpetual plaque and ordered a third year name plate. They could not find the original order on their computer so they tried to guess what the right size was. After 7 trips and 8 different plate tries I finally gave up. All were the wrong size! One time they engraved Tom instead of the correct Tim! Then they said they found the right size on their computer, but of course it was also wrong. I asked for a refund, and they charged my card again instead of giving me a credit. They had to call and ask for my credit card number asI refused to go in for an 8th time over a months time!!!! They have a hard time getting anything right! DO NOT SPEND YOUR MONEY AT THIS PLACE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!Jim Kubik

I have been using Crown Trophy for years to supply my youth sports teams. Not only do they have an outstanding supply of trophies but the range and variety is quite impressive as well. But what I like most about Crown Trophy is the staff that they have there. They truely enjoy what they do their and it shows. And that type of professionalism is spearheaded from the owner Robert. When I first walked into that shop all those years ago he greeted me with a heartly hello and joke and I have never thought once of going anywhere else.
