Weve had them wrap three of our company vehicles so far and all look great. None of the wrap is coming off, and theyre still as bright as day one. We will definitely continue to be using them.

I suppose they do good work if the project matters to them.I run a little tiny nonprofit that helps foster and at-risk youth. For the first year and a half we were open, our sign on the marquee above our door was just a large blown up paper banner print of our logo, because that was all we could really afford. Anyway, for Fathers Day this year, my wife decided to surprise me by ordering a vinyl sign for the space. She got the files, gave the guys at Prism the details, and set them loose. Then came the problems.First off, they were late installing the sign. She had asked it to be installed the week before fathers day. Didnt happen. She had to call multiple times, eventually getting angry with them over the phone. Finally, literally at the last minute on fathers day, they showed up and installed the sign. Unfortunately, as you can see, the installation was not done well, and the white acrylic was plainly visible at the bottom of the vinyl.In addition, they tried to get more money out of her, by charging her tax ON TOP OF the total she was quoted, which had already included the tax in the quote. They were very rude to her on the phone. I dont know if theyre a bunch of misogynists or they were treating her like she was dumb for some other reason, but it took several calls before they agreed that yes, they were double taxing her.I have seen Prism Signs do great work before. Weve used them for making t-shirts and small stuff before, and Ive never had issues with them when I personally have been in there. At first I couldnt believe this was their work because of the quality issue and when Ive been in their shop I was treated well. But again, is it because they were dealing with a woman, so they didnt care? Who can say.Honestly, I probably would have just dropped it and moved on. I hate writing negative posts. But every day for months now I have walked into my shop and theres that sliver of white at the bottom, showing how little we mattered to them, and it does eat at me. Its poor quality of work. And today I was looking for companies to wrap a 28 trailer were buying to take to communities and help kids all over town, and of course, their names come up on the list. So here I am, explaining why I wont be hiring them for that work, and unless you really matter to them, maybe you shouldnt either.

I’m assuming my little project wasn’t big enough for attention or maybe worth the time so for over a month I got excuses why my job wasn’t completed and when they finally sent me what it would look like, it was all wrong and they never responded to my emails on what to fix. I’d try another place for your decals needs especially if it isn’t a big project and something small

Bad customer service, little to no communication. Have had to contact owner multiple times about order with false deadlines. Lots of similar companys that will take your business alot more serious.
