Fantastic experience with this location! Both Chandra and Qwanisha were amazing and so helpful. We were able to try out every mattress and ask tons of questions. Then, when we were ready to purchase, all we had to do was call in and we were able to pay for our order via their online system, which saved us a trip. We will definitely be back when it’s time for another mattress!

The employees, from the sales people to the warehouse gentleman, went out of their way to find what we needed! We were indecisive and they helped us make a good decision. Then when we still hesitated and decided to come back after the warehouse CLOSED, they moved mountains to make sure we could take our sleep system home that night! Not happy with the customer service at all. It began well and then when another customer showed I was rushed with the paper work anytime I had a question the sales rep was annoyed! Then she keep apologizing to the other customers for the wait and it was not my fault that the system had a glitch. When I asked can you please go over the numbers she asked the other customers to have a sit and totally ignored me. Not the mention that there was mistakes with the charges.

I meant to write this last week but better late than never. I want to call out the fantastic customer service I received at the L St store in Omaha from Qwanisha. I had been in a few days prior and another girl helped me and I ordered a refurbished purple mattress and was told they are sanitized and checked for stains. When I got it delivered I noticed holes in the plastic and stains in a few different spots. It has been months of me trying to find the right mattress and this was the third one, so needless to say I was upset and frustrated. I called the store I purchased from and Qwanisha answered, as I started to explain the issue I broke into tears cause it was a rough day and that just tipped me over the edge. Qwanisha was so very sweet and understanding and didnt make me feel foolish for crying and being upset. She talked with me and sympathized with me. She then said she would get everything fixed and helped me apply for the credit to be able to pay the difference for a new mattress and even helped with a discount and free delivery and had everything ready so the next day I could come in and just sign and go. She really made me feel heard and validated and was so patient and kind, she talked to me for over 20 minutes to ensure everything was okay and that the right solution was done. I cannot tell you how much I appreciated her warmth and kindness, she is truly an exceptional employee who cares for others. She deserves all the kudos and a raise for sure!!! Jeremy was as good at his job as all the reviews said. He us very knowledgeable and sies sell you. He explains what each mattress is intended for and what it does for the body. We were in and out in 40 mins and that was with us asking lots if questions and taking forever to figure out which one to go with as 2 mattresses were great for us. We went into Mattress Firm today to purchase a king bed for ourselves and two full beds for our kids and received amazing service from Qwanisha. With low back pain in the family and wanting to avoid too many chemicals and off gassing, we had some specific needs that Qwanisha went above and beyond to help us meet. She was extremely knowledgeable but also went out of her way to triple check because she cared about our needs. We are so excited for our new beds and would most definitely recommend Mattress Firm and Qwanisha. The store was also very clean and welcoming which meant a lot especially when shopping for a mattress. I honestly rarely write reviews, but with two kids in tow and everything we needed, I was expecting it to be a difficult endeavor, especially since we needed all the beds that week but we truly had the best experience and service here, and not to mention extremely comfortable mattresses!

Qwanisha helped us pick a mattress today. She was very knowledgeable about the features and able to quickly help us find one we were happy with. Never asked us how much we are wanting to spend, which Im happy with, as some sales people will try to max out your budget. She asked how we sleep (back/side/front) and was able to point us to options based on that.

Jeremy Estes was amazing! He asked appropriate questions initially to assess our needs, then made a great recommendation! His first option was what we went with. However, he did recommend we try out a couple other options to compare them and be sure the bed felt right. He explained differences in beds, but said ultimately it comes down to how it feels. He didnt just try to convince us to buy the most expensive brand, but offered what was the best for us. He allowed us whatever time we needed to make a decision, didnt rush us. Also showed us pillow options for my chronic neck pain and explained that we needed to try them on the bed we choose as different beds will change how the pillow feels. I would highly recommend Jeremy! Pick up was quick and easy! We are very happy with our new bed and pillow.

I called Jake earlier in the week. He was pleasant and knowledgeable about the mattress I was looking for. Went in today and spoke to Jeremy and he showed me the bed, helped with an adjustable frame as well as the hardware to attach the frame to our existing headboard.Now, giving the mattress 24 hours to expand before sleeping on it. Overall experience was excellent.

Friendly staff, no high pressure sales tactics, you tell them what you want, what you want to spend and they help you find what you want.When you walk in and see mattresses costing upwards of $5000, you get scared pretty fast but, we walked out with a mattress in our price range that suited our needs.

We were going in to test a bed that was on sale online and wanted to give it a try before we place the order online.But the service was excellent so we ended up just buying it in store. I came here just to browse, as I have never purchased a mattress for myself before. We walked in unsure of what we we were looking for aside from a soft mattress. We left having ordered a wonderfully smooshy mattress and an adjustable base! Jeremy was very patient and informative. We had a lot of questions and I had to keep bouncing between two mattresses to figure out which I liked more. Also, who knew that we needed an adjustable base?! Seriously, they are not just for the older generation. We tried it out and with the head of the bed adjusted just a smidge and it really was so comfortable! This process was so easy and no pressure, thanks to Jeremy!

Went in Black Friday shopping and was helped by Andy. He and his manager were very helpful. They were not too pushy, they showed us everything they had to offer as can be expected by a salesman. I have had my mattress for 6 days now. So far per my Fitbit my best sleep score was a 52. Reading the fine print in the 120 day sleep garuntee and by the time you pay the restocking fee its basically a worthless piece of paper. Matress Firm refused to post my review on their website.

Jeremy is amazing. Hands down one of the best managers Ive ever worked with and let me tell you I am not an easy person to please. I had a bed delivered today and everything was great except the remote was broken . I called he said alright I have to call around to get another remote, I dont want to make you wait all weekend with a new bed and cant use it . I got a call about 20 or so minutes after our conversation and it was him letting us know he was outside our apartment with a replacement remote. This man literally went to the warehouse himself and drove the remote to our apartment during a snow storm . A MANAGER AT THAT. Not only that, he printed instructions for me to reprogram it. This type of service is above and beyond and truly impeccable. Please give this man a raise. This type of customer service is so rare in Omaha. Ask for him when you go in you wont be disappointed !
