Zach was a great sales person. The mattress was for my daughter and he focused on what she needed instead of asking me. A lot of people dont do that,as they think a kid cant tell them what they need. My daughter really appreciated it. He listened to what she said and took all things into consideration. Hoping this will be the best mattress for her. The guarantees if its not are great. The only complaint was the warehouse didnt tie it down on my van well enough. I told him I had a ways to go. We had to stop on the freeway and secure things and one more time before we made it home. It was super stressful and took us twice as long to get home.

We had an INCREDIBLE experience with this specific Mattress Firm. The first time we went in, Zach helped us identify what kind of mattress we should look at and even though it got busy, he gave us the perfect amount of attention and space while we tested things out. He did not pressure us at all but just made sure we knew what our options were. We ended up leaving without making a purchase to think about it but when we came back three weeks later, he was there again, remembered us, and helped us finalize our purchase as well as walked us through some different bundles/discounts we could get. Hopefully, we won’t have to go back as I’m expecting to be quite satisfied with our our purchase but if we did, I would have no hesitation since we had such a good experience the first time.

Called on the phone prior to visiting and sales associate Brandon on 72nd in Omaha was extremely professional and curtious. He answered my questions quickly and was transparent about pricing. When I came to the store he remembered me calling about the bed in the box mattresses and lead me straight to the products I wanted to see. They also had a doorbuster sale for 50% off so my husband and I got a 1,300 dollar mattress for $750, which is an incredible deal. Just slept on this last night for the first time and it was like sleeping on a cloud. We got the sleepys curve 12 inch memory foam mattress and it even comes with a 10 year warranty so I feel confident in this purchase. I also was very satisfied that I was able to pick this up the same day I needed it and didnt have to wait for delivery! Our experience with Mattress Firm was excellent. My wife and I were in the market for a king bed for our new home and we were leaning towards using an online delivery service like Nectar or Purple but wanted to test some comparable beds in store. Niko, the representative who helped us was able to find us a similar package with a better price point than any of those sites were able to offer, and he was able to get us a bed the same day. The staff at the 72nd street Omaha, NE location was friendly, respectful, and listened to our needs without trying to up-sell us. I thought it was gonna be a total pain to buy a new matress, but it took about 30 minutes, I paid half the price because it was one of the demo beds and I drove it home instead of having it delivered. They have a warehouse nearby too.

I purchased my first mattress with Mattress Firm when I first moved out to Omaha 7 years ago. It was a good experience, not bad, but nothing to write home about.I decided to give them another try when I needed to upgrade a couple years ago. I worked with Niko, who has since sold me 4 mattresses. He is exactly who I want when I am trying to make a decision, gives me all my options, is patient, and isnt pushy or tries to upsell other items.My recent purchase is why I have to write a review, I have never had as great of customer service as this last purchase. My husband and I went to the 72nd St Mattress Firm store in Omaha and were very happy with the service we received. Initially we didn’t know much about what type of bed we wanted or needed but Niko was very patient and really helpful in explaining all our options. After nearly 2 hours in the store trying different mattresses and bed styles, Niko provided us with quotes for our top 3 choice which we then took back for further consideration. A couple of days later we popped back into the store to order our new bed which was very speedy and painless. Me and my grandfather went in earlier today and the staff were amazing. At the time we went in there, there was a gentleman and a beautiful blonde lady. I dont know there names but I want to thank them for there amazing customer service and patience. We went in there on a strick budget and needed the cheapest option possible. My grandfather is hard of hearing and has a hard time understanding things. We finished the transaction and purchased a mattress that included a bundle with a frame and accessories. My grandfather had a hard time spending that much but ultimately left happy with a full service delivery set for next weekend!

I stopped in to the 72nd and Dodge location to see if they had a pillow I wanted to check out. Wasnt for sure on purchasing yet. The associate called another location. They had it. The associate told them Id be down but made it seem like I had to buy it in order to go there. Feeling pressured I purchased it. I didnt notice the sign saying no cash on premises. Dont do this. They dont offer change and cant give a refund at a different location. Now Im waiting on a check that will be here sometime between 7 and 31 business days

The gentleman working was so unfriendly and unhelpful. I left and bought the same mattress somewhere else due to how terrible he was. He didnt help with customers not his skin tone coming in.

We looked at NFM 1st and the salesperson there wanted to sell us the 1st thing we looked at. We then went to your store and the salesman was so much more personable. He spent lots of time with us and gave a lots of options and helped up find what was the best fit for us. We spent more than we intended however we are so happy with the experience and cant get for the delivery of our new bed.

I give this company and the whole process one star I would give them no stars if I could I put a deposit down for a Firm pillow top mattress. Over 30 days ago on 6/30/20. I made the final payment 7/27/20. The mattress was delivered on the 30th. I spoke with the sales rep several times in inbetween deposit, final purchase, & delivery. I received the plush pillow top mattress. I woke up this morning with severe back pain. When I called in to CS to get exchanged the rep was very nasty with me. He said “ Well how do you know it’s the wrong mattress”I have an email that says plush, I have a confirmation that says plush. I also have the email receipt from the deposit that very clearly states Firm pillow top now plush. The biggest issue for me is the rude rep and the time I have to wait for the correct mattress. I would not recommend this company to anyone. Very unsatisfied. Terrible customer service. Horrible delivery service. I am so upset. 30 date is a long time to wait only to get the wrong mattress. Have the company you purchased from be rude & nasty. Then have to wait 7 day’s for correct mattress that cost me a single mother of 5 over 800$Very disappointed. 👎

Went to this location this past Saturday, January 25, and were greeted by Jon. He helped point us in the direction of mattresses which would fit our budget as well as the type/firmness we were looking for. I am a back/stomach sleeper while my wife is a side sleeper so we have to get the firmness just right to accommodate both of us. Jon was able to provide insight into each mattress within our price range while also giving us space to test out the mattresses and relax on them for ourselves which we both appreciated. He set up our delivery for two days later and our mattress was delivered in a very swift and professional manner by the delivery team.
