I delivered 18 cases of water to this place they lied and said eight cases were never delivered

My son was hit by a driver on 09/25/2020The driver ran stop sign totaled his car my son ended up in emergency that night its now 09/29/2020 no one from insurance called to help us! I called 5 times they said Canteen has not reported this accident. The supervisor was very nice so I kept waiting for someone to reach us I asked for proof he reported it and the driver be tested he told me they cant send me proof now our lawyers will take over I can not believe this company would not report this accident. I will continue to update this google review as this company helps my son. Im so upset. Who does this? My son was innocent driving home to be hit and now nothing from this company!

(At our location) we are visited at least twice a week by a vendor to refill the machines. The guy who fills them up has been very respectful & helpful. What I think would be a great idea would be some way to request certain items or types of items to be filled, as our machines sell out QUICKLY & Im sure some things would be much more popular compared to the items that sit there forever.

After installing new vending machines at my place of employment with those that take credit and debit cards, the price of the items inside increased from $0.85 to $1, presumably to defect the cost of the new technology, however now the machines charge $1.10 for debit and credit transactions, but only the advertised $1 when using cash. When the charges are disputed - because they arent advertised ANYWHERE on the machine, no warning is given, etc, the company claims they are a financing charge for the convenience of using the debit/credit option.What a load of crap.

Horrible customer service & don’t leave your money on the card - you’ll never get it back !! I’ve reported them to the BBB!!

They put expired pops in the machines. Horrible customer service and they are very argumentative.
