Absolutely great selection! Holly was amazing in helping me with my purchases and helping to find products! Cant say enough about this place!

The lady that helped us was very nice and searched high and low for a very specific hat for a wedding and was able to locate one and have it shipped. She was very honest and upfront with me and I commend her for that, she could have easily just tried selling me anything they had there but she wanted to truly help. Thank you for great service!

I stopped in this evening to look at boots for my daughter. We were greeted upon walking in and asked if we needed any help. The associate was extremely helpful and friendly. We found a perfect pair of boots. We will definitely be back.

Im from indiana and i visited this store while i was out there. Well as soon as we left the store we made the 9 hour drive home. Didnt realize until the next day i had forgotten my wallet at the store!!! I called and they had it and shipped it to me and got it with in 2 days! Thank you so much guys for all your help!

I would give them a zero if I could. The entire staff was completely discourteous and unhelpful, but I came here to mention Curt, who didnt knock and walked into my LOCKED dressing room as I was undressing while the rest of the staff just laughed about it. Curt didnt even have the courage to face me and apologize, he just ran off and hid in the back. Also, their selection of womens jeans wasnt even worth the trip.

If I could give 0 stars I would. The manager and her staff were all talking about their plans for a night out boozing and seemed more than annoyed to help me. I left and went to 72nd. Much better experience.

I like to purchase my boots and some of my clothing from the Boot Barn, the staff is always helpful and friendly, and I can usually find what Im looking for on sale and they have a great selection.

I got my Grandson a Gift Certificate for Christmas 🎄...He Loves that store...Everyone is very friendly and helpful...

I went in not having bought a pair of boots before. The staff was very helpful. I spent a while looking for a pair of boots, and a staff member came over to me and helped me understand exactly how a pair of boots should feel to wear. He was very friendly and conversational, and also told me how to care for my boots. I would definately go back. I dont think Ive seen that good of customer service before.

I called on 2 consecutive days asking about a pair of jeans and was on the phone at least 20mins. Both people made me feel like that I was basically nothing! Not pleased with the customer treatment they gave me! They made me feel like I didn’t know what I previously purchased there. Never had a problem with Boot Barn before always nice and courteous people!

Knowledgeable staff, always willing to help. Very decent prices on boots. I buy my work boots as well as my everyday boots from here. Have good selection of clothes and coats also.

If you are willing to be open to accept peoples money, then be willing to let them use your restroom. You lost a big sale and bought a lot of bad advertising from me.

Biggest selection of boots in town. This new store is stocked. Johnny helped me find the right fit. Their way of sizing was slightly different than i had traditionally worn. Boots feel better than ever. Good quality you can tell.

Not really any sales for last minute shopping. I online ordered a coat for son & just got notified it was back ordered to mid January so had to rush to get him something.

Horrible customer servicewent in around the noon hour, the only positive I can say is at least I was acknowledged when I walked in but beyond that point no one bothered to ask if I needed help or was looking for certain size.as I did some more shopping to maybe see if there was something else that caught my eye, the two employees on the clock were too busy talking to their off the clock co worker to even notice that I was ready to check out. the girl came to the register and just rang them up didnt ask if I found everything ok or anything.being a former employee of this company its embarrassing to know that their conversation was more important then the customer.
