First time going in for what i was looking for, in a matter of 1.2 seconds!!The young man greeted me, i asked him, do you cary this battery?Instantly he replied yes.I then recognized the other gentleman to his right, whom i knew and used to deal with at another business from years ago, Dan.He said hed been working there for the past 9 years!My, had time flown by.Dan then assisted me for some other battery products i had enquired about.My first time there, i will definitely continue to shop there again.I also found theyre more than just batteries and bulbs.

BEWARE! I took my iPhone 7 Plus in for screen repair and my phone was returned to me badly damaged! The entire width of the top & bottom metal frame around the glass was completely gouged up. Them employee admitted to me that they had to pry the glass out and thats what caused the damage. I asked to speak to a manager. They called Dan on his cell phone and I told him what happened. He said they would take care of repairing the phone and to call him back the next day. I then took my phone to Apple and they informed me the case cannot be repaired - its not a separate piece you can replace - the entire phone had to be replaced. I paid for this out of pocket to the tune of nearly $400 and called Dan back the next day and he told me he wouldnt be reimbursing me ANYTHING! Other things to point out with their hack job of an attempt to replace the screen - their poor quality aftermarket screens dont work at all in the sunlight with polarized sunglasses so you can’t see your screen outside or anytime you have sunglasses on & the home button was crooked & raised when they gave it back to me. It was absolutely the worst experience Ive ever had! To anyone else with an iPhone - go to the Apple store and they do certified screen replacements for the same price these hacks are trying to rip people off for!

Last time I shop here. They told me it would be in by Thursday.. I show up the fallowing Thursday.. yes a week after my order was supposed to be in and they did not have it. They told me it would be in by 2:00. some of the items on my list they could not get and didnt bother to call me and let me know. Showed up at 3:30 and they still dont have my order.
Had my car battery die on me and headed here once I was going again. Dan was super helpful and looked up other locations that might have a cheaper battery for me. When I decided to go with the one in stock, he even came out and installed the new one (which ended up being a pain in the butt). 10/10 would recommend.

Worst experience Ive ever had and would highly recommend going anywhere else to get your phone repaired. Shortly after they replaced the screen on my iPhone it stopped working and was unresponsive. The phone also experienced issues with audio for the first time ever - no one could hear me on a call. Not having a working phone, I was forced to drop everything and drive back to the store. I overhead conversation that implied they failed to properly test the phone when reassembling it. They fixed it and I was on my way.Unfortunately a few days later, the same problem happened so I drove back to the store for a second time. The cashier performed a hard reset on the phone and said that I should hope for the best. This struck me as odd, it wasnt mean but it came across as honest. The symptoms continued over the following days so I called back asking for a full refund I spoke with the owner who said to bring the phone back in when the issue happened and they would look at it. The issue was random and I wasnt interested in dropping everything again. I pointed out that I had been there twice already. Why would this time be different? There were no records of me coming back to the store, the employees did not keep track of the issues I had. This is clearly just irresponsible. I called the companys franchise office to escalate my complaint and there was nothing they could do. The owners of each business have the final say. The owner lacked empathy and basic service skills, saying he owned several locations. They had done just fine in the past and would continue to do business this way.In the end, it was clear the employee made that comment because this wasnt the first time someone came back to complain. He was being honest, he hoped it worked. The company will simply offer to continue to repair the device again and again and again - which sounds great until you realize they are just trying to get to the short 6 month milestone when your warranty expires. I cant emphasis enough, the $10-$20 saved here is not worth this hassle.When posting this review I ran across this. In case you need any more reason to know this place is terrible... heres the owner 5 star reviewing his own business masquerading as a user. No integrity.

I have been to this location more than once. Each time I experienced great customer service. The employees were very attentive and helpful. They had great attitudes and were very efficient. Today, Dan helped me out and was very quick and fair. It is such a relief to know there is a place I can go to get my fob and remote starter batteries changed for a fair price. I will continue to do business at this location.

I ordered a backup battery for Fisher Price Power Wheels Dune Racer for the grandkids car we gave them for Christmas. Batteries Plus had the battery in-stock, I ordered on-line for pick-up in the store. Got 10% off for doing so, walked in, was greeted and provided my photo ID and proof of credit card used and out of the store in less than 5 minutes. Staff was friendly and enjoyable to work with! I took my phone in at the end of March for a screen replacement. Lastnight my screen started glitching out and just went blank. The screen lasted 4 months. I took my phone to a different place and they said I was sold a bad screen. Take your $200 elsewhere.

Please pay attention to all of the BAD reviews this company has. It is so hard to find people you can trust these days. My husband took my phone here for a new screen. Im not sure why my husband opted to take it here. I think it was on the way to wherever he was going that day. They fixed my screen, but upon getting it back, the up volume did not work, my typing screen stays on when its in rest mode, and there are a few other problems with it. When they were asked to fix the volume, we were told that since it had been worked on before at another shop (another new screen), there was no warranty for their work. I was told that once it walked out the door, if anything was wrong with it, they werent responsible, even if it is their fault, which they would never admit. The manager asked me how he was supposed to know if I was telling him the truth or not about it not being broke when I brought it in. Its a pity that you cant find good, trustworthy people to take care of you these days. I dont know about you, but after $200 I expect my phone to come back working the same way it did when I brought it in....with the new repair I paid for. Unfortunately, Im in fear that I may just have to go buy a new phone because of all the problems I am now having with it, and not only that, but Im out $200. What goods a new screen if you are NOW having all kinds of other problems with it since bringing it home from the repair shop? Its unfortunate one cannot give a company no stars. In my opinion the service and the help deserve nothing more.

The screen on my iPad was cracked, so I took it in to have it repaired. They were very fast -- I dropped it off at 5:30 PM and it was finished at 8 PM! I did notice a few places along the edge where it was a little rough, I guess from cutting the glass. The other thing I noticed is that now my battery seems to discharge a lot faster than it did before. Will have to take it back in to get that checked.
Except for one thing, this was a good experience. It wasnt until after I purchased the battery for in-store pickup that I received an email that told me that I had to pick up the email, and I would need ID, the original credit card, and the confirmation number. Well, that would be more helpful to know early on. Id asked my wife to pick up the battery, so I picked a store near where she was. Since I had to pick it up, it seemed that Id have to make a longish drive from home to the store. Could have picked a closer one, if Id had only known. I did call the store and work out the problem, but a simple heads up earlier in the process would have saved the worry and the phone calls.
I purchased an expensive AGM battery from Batteries+ Bulbs and in one month, it wouldnt take a charge. The battery has a 3 year replacement warranty. I brought it to the store to get replacement or refund. All I got was attitude. The meat head behind the counter tells me theres nothing wrong with it although my charger wont charge it but itll charge my four other AGM batteries just fine. I will definitely never buy another battery from Batteries+ Bulbs again. The customer service is as bad as it gets. $300 lesson I learned. Dont make the same mistake I made. BUYER BEWARE!

Brought my Samsung s8 in to have screen fixed. 3 hours later was told the screen they used was defective. They did not have another one in stoke and stated they would not be contacting anyone else to find one. One would be ordered and would arrive 2 days later. They asked to also borrow my charger as they did not have one for an s8. I was given my SIM card when I left. When I came back I had been told by the store manager that I would only pay half price for the repair due to the inconvenience but was charged full price and told that my charger was theirs. My SD card was also taken from my phone and was told that I never had one. Well if you purchased one wuth the phone and it was in there...where did it go???? Horrible service and they stole from a customer

I have an I-pod 4th generation that I dropped on the ground that cracked the screen and decided to take it in to have it replaced. When I dropped the I-pod I checked all of the physical buttons on the I-pod, and thankfully they all still worked. I give my I-pod to Batteries Plus Bulbs and am told to comeback in a couple of hours. When I come back the new screen looks great, but the home button doesnt work anymore. I am told to come back tomorrow any they will take another look at it. Ok, I come in the next day and talk to the tech who was working on the I-pod and am told that the spring was lost and that they were unable to order another. The manager comes over and says that the spring wasnt there when they received it. I tell the manager that it was and that they lost it. The manager asks me how I know that they lost it, I tell him that the tech just told me that they did. Manager leaves me and starts to work with another customer.The bottom line is that I made no progress. I fixed one part of the I-pod for another to be broken. Dont waste your time or your money with these people. I will never go there again.

I have a 2014 Ford Escape, which has a filter system on top of the battery. I had called Batteries Plus to get a quote, advising them of the filter system being in the way in the process. They looked the battery up in their system and confirmed that their system also indicated that the filter system was in the way of the battery, but advised it would be no problem to change out. So I cancelled my appt at the auto place I had previously dropped my car off at, jumped my car, and drove it across town to the nearest Batteries Plus. However, when I got there, the guy I spoke with advised he had no idea how to replace the battery in my car and consulted with another guy who refused to touch it. End of story, they told me to take it to Firestone. I will not be going back to Batteries Plus thanks to that hassel.
Took in an iphone here to replace cracked screen. Quoted a shorter time than it took, waited over an hour longer than told. The display now has dim spots.Took the screen back for the tech to review. Of course he saw nothing, although I constantly see the fault. New screen cracked with a low impact hit. The replacement screen seems very low quality. I would NOT recommend taking a device here for replacement screens. Customer service was not stellar.UPDATE:i called the number provided. It was to a different batteries plus store than I went to, the manager of course had NO idea what I was talking about. What a hassle.The apple store looked at the phone, and said the problem was with low quality, off market screen and improper installation. Because I went to a 3rd party (Batteries plus), my phone now has no warranty. Considering theBatteries Plus refused to reimburse me for the sub standard job, I am stuck with paying for a screen replacement twice.If you are looking for a screen repair on an apple device, think your choice over. The $20 I thought I was saving for a screen replacement by going to Batteries Plus, actually costed me a whole lot more in the end.

Always had what we need
Was driving my automobile when I got an alert that my battery was low on my key fob. I saw the Batteries Plus Bulbs store on 132nd and Center Street in Omaha, NE so I stopped in to get the battery replaced. The lady at the counter was prying and prying at my fob and couldnt get it open and she cracked the tray. After about 5 minutes of prying she noticed that there was actually a screw holding the fob closed. She removed the screw and began to pry again, causing the circuit board to come flying out of the fob. She put it back together and couldnt get it to work. She then took it to another employee who stated that he couldnt fix it either. She handed it back (without a care in the world) and said it doesnt work. I told her that it did when I brought it in and she had nothing to say. I was simply left there flabbergasted and went outside. A customer that was in the store witnessed this event and gave me the managers (Dan Massey) business card and said that he would serve as a witness to the girl breaking my fob. I called Dan the manager and was told he would look into it. After several days I had not heard back from him, so I called back. He informed me that he had spoken to his employee and that she denied breaking it and that she had told him that it came into the store broken. I told him that she was lying and suggested he review the video footage in his store for proof. He refused to do so and refused to give me the owners contact information. I was able to contact the owner Mary Pelach and when I called her she had no interest in resolving the issue. She was very upset and more interested in why the corporate office had given me her contact number. I had to take the fob in for replacement and the service tech at the auto shop verified that it was damaged due to excessive prying and not removing the screw to open it. I provided Mary Pelach with that information as well as the contact number for the witness and she never called back. Simply put, this is bad business and not how you lead a successful business. If they had just looked at the cameras or spoken to the witness, they would have seen that their employee is lying to them. For the $140 they should have made the situation right and that employee should be fired for dishonesty. It is obvious that poor customer service starts at the top of this place and I would NOT RECOMMEND it to anyone looking for honest service. After googling this place it looks like others have had the same issue with this location. I am currently debating whether or not to make a legal issue out of this as a basic principle and lesson for this store.

Store Manager Chris Pelach lacks proper business ethics and refused to pay for an item that was ruined while in the care of his store. The store accidentally short-circuited a pricy Norelco men’s razor that I brought in for a routine battery replacement and Mr. Pelach, being the person who authorizes refunds, did not examine the item or speak to me in person; he just decided that he would refuse to compensate me for the razor in any way. So I think that it is safe to say that Mr. Pelach can expect that I will be seeking legal relief through other means, and that not only will he be hearing from me very soon, but I will be posting the longer, fuller version of this incident with other online reputation sources, as well as contacting the corporate offices of the Batteries Plus Bulbs franchise, so that they know the character of who is representing their brand.There are plenty of identical battery and repair shops in Omaha; my recommendation to you is that you find one whose manager is more honest and ethical than Mr. Chris Pelach.
