Parts department needs to learn some customer service skills being that its part of their job. I get better customer service when I go to a fast food restaurant. Ive never had to deal with people in a more professional setting like Woodhouse who are that rude and unwilling to help. Small, yet bad experiences like this can keep someone from spending thousands at a company. I work with customers every single day in my career and I go out of my way to help people with exactly what they need no matter what it is. Maybe they should hire me to be Jeff and Nates manager.

Billy was awesome keeping me informed on a difficult diagnoses. He text me updates and let me know my options. The car came back repaired under what I expected to pay. I was always under the impression that dealership repairs were more expensive than a small shop. Not in this case. You earned a customer for life!
I gave my grandson a ride to pkup his car from the service dept. They had originally quoted $4,000 worth of work that they suggested. He told them he only wanted what he had taken the car in for done. The bill was $612. Car seems to be doing fine.

Had the 20k mile maintenance done so I expected it to take alittle longer and they told me it would be a 2 hour wait and I was totally fine with that. They really surprised me when they had it done in a hour. They made sure to update and ask if I needed anything. Great service. :)

Friendly service staff. Technicians were easy to talk too when going over the completed work. Never had a problem with Bellevue Woodhouse Nissan this location is just more convenient. Both facilities had good waiting spaces with a window to watch your vehicle being serviced. I recommend either facility to get your Nissan or Infiniti serviced.

I had the best experience EVER buying a car today!! It was like my salesman Jeffery was able to read me! I’m a person who knows what she wants, what price I’m willing to pay and I DON’T like spending all day getting it done. I told Jeffery I would know what I wanted when I saw it and he just walked with me and within 5 minutes I spotted the one! This was the easiest and fastest transaction I’ve made in a long time. I wasn’t sure exactly what I wanted for my next car so I legitimately went to 4 different dealerships as well as speaking with others on the phone. Nissan Woodhouse fit the bill for everything I was looking for. All the staff was extremely friendly and helpful but I mainly worked with Jesse and have nothing but great things to say about him. When we arrived for our appointment at Woodhouse Place Nissan I asked the service agent to take a look at a leak that I noticed when I was changing my oil at the bottom of the transfer case. He agreed to take a look at the issue while my vehicle was there for a recall maintenance. When my wife and I picked up the vehicle there was no mention of whether they found anything about the leak that I had mentioned earlier. It is the issue of paying attention to details and honoring your word that Im really concerned about.

Horrible place and very unprofessional sales associates. I never felt so degraded in my life until today. As soon as we got out of our car an associate greeted us and asked what kind of car were looking for, I answered him that we wanted to check any suv car or anything other than a sedan car and that were looking for a latest model which is 2021 then he asked us if we how much were looking for. I then answered him that we dont have any specific amount. The agent kept directing us to a pre-owned vehicles and told us that the latest car they have are 2020 and it was pre-owned I once again told him were looking for a newest model and not planning to purchase a pre-owned vehicle.The agent saw us walking back to our vehicle and asked us with a rude tone if why we did not continue checking the pre-owned vehicles. We just answered him that we changed our mind. We changed our mind because of the unprofessional service that we received as soon as we got there. He/They made us feel like we cant afford to purchase any vehicle.He did not give us a chance or even ask us if we want to look at the vehicles inside the dealership.As we were getting ready to leave, the agent went inside and talked about us to other associates that all of them looked directly at us smiling and smirking. And what I couldnt believed was the agent stood inside the dealership directly in front of our car smirking and staring at us as we were leaving the place.Lastly they expect you to wear a mask which we complied but agent wasnt wearing his that made us feel so uncomfortable.Associates needs to be trained not to judge customers by appearance.I will never go back to this dealership.

I called a week ago to make an appointment for an oil change. I asked at the time of the call if I could receive a loaner car and was told yes. As I arrived at the dealer the guy said they had me down for oil change and rotation. I said no, i never asked for rotation. He also said they dont do loaner cars and had none available. I drove 30 mins out of the way to have this done to be told different. So no oil change and am done with this place. No different than Nissan of Omaha in terms of service. Lack of training and comminication has totally ruined this day. Had someone told me at the time of the call that a loaner car wasnt an option, then it would be different. Then to blame the issue on someone that wasnt there is pretty lame.Good corporste response. Good to see someone followed up....
I havent bought a car in 14 years. Woodhouse Place Nissan made it seamless and painless! My salesman answered all my questions and was very knowledgeable about the vehicle I was interested in and bought. The financial portion of the process was also seamless and quick.

We shopped at three different places and Woodhouse Place was easiest. Jesse was superb and Tony was great in finance. He got us a rate cheaper than our bank. Will look there first next time.
I’ve been in for oil changes and miscellaneous fixes on my 2015 Nissan Altima. I’ve always been treated like royalty here. The staff is extraordinary and the location is clean and beautiful. I wish I needed to purchase cars more often. For now— I’ll just keep using them for my service needs!!

The Covid-19 procedures take away from the experience some, but I understand it cant be any other way. I question the charges to me, $89.11. I had similar done at 5,000 miles at Matt Bowers Nissan Eastern Shore in Daphne Alabama January 4, 2020 at a charge of $44.56.Also, I realize that I had a mail received discount that I forgot to bring with me for a $15. discount. It was good until 5/23. Could I still receive a credit for that? I realize my charges in Alabama took into account a $20 discount but it was still $24.55 cheaper, and included tire rotation and car wash.

Jonah Woosley is one of the best men you have there!This is the first brand new car I’ve bought, and after buying used and other dealers I was worried, but you have a lifetime buyer! I take my Nissan Murano here on a regular basis and I will never go anywhere else.For starters, I purchased my Murano at the Woodhouse Nissan in Bellevue and I had two horrible customer service experiences there with the service department. It escalated to management both times and never got resolved.I then started driving out to Millard to the other Woodhouse and the service is top-notch exceptional each and every time. They go out of their way to make sure I am taken care of and always offer me amenities above and beyond what I would expect from a dealership.I love this place so much that when I turn in my lease here I will continue to purchase and/or lease Nissan from this location. And, I will always use Billy and his service department to service my vehicles.Very great people and great service all around.

The ONLY place to go!!! You can go look at a car anywhere, and I’m sure they will have great looking cars sitting on the showroom floor which will grab your attention, but your getting all this and more at Woodhouse Place Nissan! The service is unbelievable and not your “typical” car dealership experience. The days of sitting, waiting, having the sales person go back and forth to the “penalty box” is over once you walk into here. It was probably the best experience Ive had purchasing/leasing a vehicle. I will begin with Adam Honing over at Woodhouse Lincoln when the Lincoln MKZ did not fit into my budget he referred me over to Ryan Freshman and his team at Woodhouse Nissan. I dont think I have ever sent thank you cards to car salesman, like I did after this experience. Jesse Rudloff was great about following up with me after my meeting initial meeting with Adam. My encounter with Jesse was pleasant and made me feel comfortable. It was probably the first time I didnt feel pressured to enter into a contract I would later regret. The team at Nissan were great about getting me to my budgeted price and I didnt have to settle for a car that I wasnt excited about. While Woodhouse Mazda at this location won’t pull up on Google, that will be the only problem I’ve had with this dealer. Love my new CX-5, got in and out with no fuss, and the road bumps I accidentally threw into the situation were fielded by their staff without fail. Courteous and knowledgeable sales associates handled all my questions. Not one single “I don’t know “ (which drives me crazy). If you want a car, definitely go here.
From Atlanta had a blowout on way up here. Have an extended warranty that covers tires. They were going to have when refinished, but I got transferred to KC. Without me even asking Billy went ahead and put a new tire on and put it in truck so I’d still have my spare. Very pleased with the customer service here!

Purchased a nissam murrano platinum and the front hood after 1 month started to have chips on the front hood. Contact Woodhouse said we cant do anything about it. just the hood is all chipped up like bad paint. Sent picture I have several vehicals and never have i seen this.We dont even have a gravel road were we drive the car now has 10,000 miles on it and the front hood looks horrible. I would never buy again from Woodhouse or a nissan again they dont cover the car after you buy.

I cant believe the service and and friendliness at Woodhouse Nissan on South 144th in Omaha. These people work as a team from Sales to Credit to Service.We started with a 2010 Titan that we traded in for a new 2017 Titan Platinum.The Sales and Service department are incredible. I’ve always been turned off by bigger corporations in the past due to lack of customer service. My sister really sold me on the idea that Woodhouse would be a good place. I was very hesitant. I found myself driving by their new location so I stopped by and took a look at their inventory. I was instantly approached and was very surprised by their helpful and knowledgeable staff. Overall Ive gotten great service here, take my Rogue in for oil changes and regular maintenance. I actually purchased it in Bellevue but this is just a much more convenient location, even though Bellevue also deserves the same five star rating. Great people who genuinely care about the customer.
