Phil is the best around. He is honest and wont try to sell you anything you dont need just to make himself money. Hes very easy to deal with and goes above and beyond to make sure his customers are happy. And he definitely knows his audio! I highly recommend him for all your audio needs. He has made a lifetime customer out of me!01/11/21 - I had purchased a gift certificate for my daughter to get new speakers installed in her vehicle. We dropped her car off in the morning and it was done right after lunchtime. The speakers sound great and my daughter is thrilled! Always excellent customer service and services at a fair price. As I said before, I am a lifetime customer and will never go anywhere else for my audio needs.

Great experience! I went in with a Jeep I purchased that had a remote start module but I did not get the remote start fob. You have to love the effort given by these folks to identify the unit and then to find a compatible fob. They never gave up and were determined to help me out. They got me squared away and at a very good price. Youll not get this king of customer service in the big box stores, Highly recommended. Thanks again!!

Not sure, if I went to same place as other posters.First off AutoSound and more was recommended by Jones Automotive when I asked for someone in Omaha that would install power windows, cruise control and heated seats in my 2010 Ford Focus. I let Jones Automotive know they need to STOP recommending AutoSound.I was blamed for not confirming an appointment when I had made the appointment call 2 weeks earlier and the date was provided as a day AutoSound could do the services requested.When I arrived, they had not ordered parts and had let staff take day off, so the work could not be done! They mentioned a wednesday appointment was available and I said sure, if they called to confirm. No call was made.Customer disservice, Customer Service does NOT exist at AutoSound as the customers exist for the pleasure of the owner. So I have to give +1 Star to an outfit which deserves -5 Stars rating. STAY AWAY!!!!

Overpriced and poor customer service

They installed my double din radio and hooked up my subs to it, they did an amazing job and only took about 45 mins. Very very reasonable pricing, would definitely recommend!!

Wow. What a terrible, terrible experience I found myself in with this business over the last week.When calling to inquire about replacing an OEM car radio with another almost identical one (but with upgraded software), the (presumptive) proprietor quickly went on a xenophobic rant about non-American made parts.I quickly began to disembark from the phone call, only to have him backtrack and say he can do it, albeit with the caveat that it may not work as expected, and Ill have to pay for their time either way. I consented and was fully aware of these terms.When I arrive for my scheduled appointment, I quickly experienced the same intuition I had with my first phone call: a deeply grumpy man greeting me, seeming lost as I explain I have an appointment to do a radio install.For perhaps the 5th time in our two interactions, he (irrelevantly) said is this that Android thing? Exhausted, I decided to stop correcting him about this as he clearly wasnt listening to much I was saying. Im growing concerned that I made a mistake. We already consented multiple times to the risks of some, or all, of the parts being non-OEM, and I thought we had made an agreement that this was an acceptable risk.We get the box of parts out. He looks rather confused when he sees a bag with multiple cables. I reminded him this is an upgrade of an almost identical audio system. He retorts then why are there cables when you dont need them?. I struggled with what I found to be such a ridiculous question, and I was now completely filled with the sinking feeling that I was in the wrong place and all of my time was such a waste.Keep in mind, this is an almost six year old car. Ample time for most businesses to adjust to changes in components, I would think. But the man was completely lost, and lashing out all over again at me in response to his fears.As he opens the box, he doesnt find an instruction manual immediately. Hes complaining so much at this point that I ask him to stop opening things to maintain the original wrapping. We never opened it all up to see where/if in fact an instruction manual was present, because my entire confidence in them had already been lost. I had to leave.After 3 more rants about foreign and Chinese made goods, I am completely tired of his xenophobia.To be fair, this must have made me rather impatient. I remarked as I was exiting that his clear distrust of things made by people other than Americans really offended my sensibilities. But this is the new regime were in, sadly. The new world: filled with hate of people different than ourselves, and hes been told its okay again and again, perhaps emboldened by contemporary events and others normalizing this despicable behavior.If his short temper, easily frustrated demeanor, technical ineptitude, or nationalistic outlook on the world would bother you, I strongly suggest you avoid this business.

Half the price of the other guys closer to me. Was looking for a new shop for my 2 projects. One old school, & one low profile factory upgrade. Did a quick swap of a head unit in 15-20 min. & I feel confident in taking old amps to swap out w/other old school bare power wire amp...*******Other millard guys wouldnt even talk to me about a quick old school capacitor charge w/out an appointment (would take them 1min tops) & then answered the phone, ignoring me mid conversation :/ *******

I needed an interlock device installed in my car and went here b/c it was close to my work. The man who is always behind the front desk is incredibly nice and informative. I liked them so much I had them then install some banging subs, which they did additional work on them that was not originally talked about for the same quoted price. The system sounds great and looks good and they were the only good part of having an interlock device lol.

My car had a remote start but not clicker. I went here and within 3 minutes they were able to set up the system and get me a new remote clicker for it. Great service and great price.

Stay Away!!!They short cutted/improperly did a install in my 2017 Ram 1500 That made it a fire hazzard and leaked water all down the passenger side of my back wall of the truck. They removed a cab vent and improperly sealed it with dynomat and leaked water into the cab ever since.When I say improperly sealed, they just put a piece of Dynomat over the hole and called it good. They made no effort in sealing the section where the top of the wall sandwiches over the lower section that the the OEM vent would seal.They also swear that they used glue instead of screws to stick the amp board on the back wall, also used very cheap particle board, even though the 4 screws holding it on shows otherwise. Especially when it falls off freely when the screws are removed.If you want a good full system install, I would recommend going somewhere else.

I had received prices to have a new head unit installed with Bluetooth and a remote start system swapped over from another vehicle. Although I was going to have to go to 2 places. I stopped at a couple more places and finally found Auto sound. He was very knowledgeable on what I wanted to do. He ended up getting the work for both installs. He even gave us a deal to get a new remote start put in our Jeep for about the same price as I wanted to pay in total. Vehicle was done in the window quoted. Everything looks great and everything is working great. Phil is a down to earth guy without all the pushy unnecessary bs. I will definitely go to him first for anything else I want done in the future. He even let us get the unit we wanted to put in out vehicle that he was not offering which I greatly appreciated.

They do great work & stand behind it. I had a car starter instaled back in 2005 that still works great. Phil does fantasitc work, under promises & over delivers. Im buying a new car today and since I plan on spending countless hours in it with my family, Im having Autosound & More add all the extras before I pick it up from the dealer.

Ive been calling around for something to be indstalled. Phil was a very nice guy. Gave me a price of 40000. Said he would have to see the vehicles. So i took my lunch break and drove out there. He was very sociable but he didnt know how to price it. Told me 400.00 on phone when i got there he had to ask his tech. Tech said 450.00 i guess. Then he was talking shop charges. And sometime doubling them????? Seemed kinda skechy. Why do you have to see a vechicle? Look up what it is on the internet. I think its a tactic to get you there. So he was at another 100.00 more buy the time i left.

Not anything special from a customer service standpoint. The owner (Phil?) doesnt really seem to know whats going on. My price kept changing, granted it was a difference of $20, but just stick with your price. I called beforehand and set an appointment, then when I showed up days later he was confused and I guess I wasnt on the schedule, he took me in anyways thankfully.Initially what I thought was going to be a 3 lock button click auto start on my factory key fob which was what I wanted, turned into needing an extra fob, which I didnt want, and then needing to press it multiple times to get the auto start to work, as I was walking out he had to come back out and ask his employees how it worked to confirm because he was unsure. I dont think Id go back again. Does the auto start work? Yes, but with all that I went through, doesnt look good for business.

Just called this store to ask if I could stop in regarding a speaker/no sound problem or if it was by appointment only. He advised installation services were by appointment only. I asked since it wasnt installation, would I be able to stop by and speak with someone. In a very rude and condescendingly slow tone the gentleman said I...CANNOT GUAGE... IN TEN MINUTES... IF I CAN HELP YOU... OR NOT.Was planning to make an appointment, but this was a very bad first impression.

First off, the guy installing the item in my car said and I quote I think I know how to put this in the car. Seriously, you think? They also killed my battery and told me it should take an hour, I have been here for almost three hours. This is ridiculous.
