I paid Heartland Audio to install a stereo into my sons car. After a week, the stereo stopped working. I called them, telling them of the issue and Chris said it was an issue with the wiring harness. He said he would order a new one and it would be there the next day. I didnt hear anything for 2 days so I called yet again. He said he had to order the part from Florida and it would be a few days before it got there. I waited for a week and called again. The person I spoke to then said Chris was out sick but he didnt see anything ordered. I called the next day and talked to Chris. He said that he called his distributor and was waiting for a call back to see where my part was and that he would call me by the end of the day. Never heard anything back. That was two weeks ago today. I finally gave up and had to paid someone else to correct the wiring issue. While Ive had a great experience with the guy named Jason, this experience has me completely burned and I will never recommend them to anyone ever. Completely unprofessional, at least on the Chris guys part. I will be sure to post this same review anywhere I have the opportunity.

Great service all-around. Kevin, the owner, is a good guy and does quality work. I went in initially to ask questions and find out what I needed, and he did not try to up-sell me in any way. He installed four new speakers, an amp, and a 10 sub, and worked 3 hours overtime to make sure it was done in a day. Plus he did the work for $100 less than quoted. I had a minor issue a few weeks later, but he fixed it for me no problem. This would be the first place I recommend to anyone looking for audio work in their vehicle.

Horrible service taking the life saver out. I own a 80k$ BMW... they scratched my dash which is leather really bad and scratched the leather on my driver seat... the people were dirty and careless... and on top of it dented my BMW logo when you open the door.
