If you need help, Alex is the guy to ask for by name. This guy spent far more time than we expected him to, just to make sure everything was perfect for us. We had an issue after our purchase and when we arrived the next day, that associate ALSO went above and beyond to make sure we were all set. They both deserve a bonus, no doubt!

My brother and I were looking to upgrade our phones and Juan at this location, helped us out tremendously. He did it without any problems and was there to answer all our questions during the transition. He helped us transfer everything from the old phone to the new. He was so kind and patient to help me reconnect my Apple Watch to my newer phone, and that took up a long time since my watch was first generation. I highly recommend this location due to its outstanding customer service!

Juan the store supervisor is a good person but limited to how he can help. 9 months ago they stop a credit to our account due to a mistake by the store. Long story short they owe us over 500 dollars and haven’t payed us back the amount. My wife and I are to a point of submitting law suit for the money, lawyer fees and damages for the stressed they have put on us.

I went in for an upgrade and got the latest I phone and left phone to get files transferred. The rep called me when my new phone was ready without a mirror affect. Didn’t lose nothing!

August 21st, 2020 I went to the AT&T on 36th and Q St because of a problem with my iPhone 8. I was greeted promptly by the store manager Juan who was very professional and friendly. He listened to my problem of not being able to receive any calls. He took a stressful problem and provided the assistance in discovering the problem and correcting it. He answered all my questions and took the time to explain how it happened and how to avoid the problem in the future. He made me feel like a valued customer. AT&T made a great decision having Juan represent their company and managing their store. The next time I need any AT&T assistance I will call the store to make sure Juan is working. I left the AT&T a satisfied and valued customer.

The sales representative was very patient and informed, and for me he went above and beyond to explain things to me.

Only chose this store due to proximity to my location. Never have had good service here.Arrived and only one employee out front. Waited 10 min just to be acknowledged. During this wait, another employee came in with lunch and went straight to the back and never reappeared. I understand it’s lunch time but it was dead and whatever happened to motivated employees?On my way to Beverly Hills store now to upgrade my phone and receive excellent service. Worth the extra drive.

I was greeted and aknowledged immediately after entering the store by a proffesional friendly sales person who quickly brought up my account and accepted my payment. I was pleased with how little time it took. I truly felt that my business was appreciated. Its refreshing to see such a commitment to customer service as it becomes rarer and rarer these days.

Roberto was great! He was so helpful, understanding and patient. He listened to my complaints, he asked the right questions to establish my true needs. Roberto called the right people to find the best way to fix my concerns. This was excellent customer service. Because of Roberto Im still a customer of Direct TV. Fixing this mess for me was not his job.

The staff goes out of their way to help you to find a solution to almost any problem you have with your service, their friendly and dedicate you time to decide what service or phone is best for you. We went in to pay on our phone bill. Not long after this we dropped att&t because they were to high priced. Switched to cricket as they charge $80 for two lines. No other charges. Neither phone company has service in northern Nebraska.
