Specifically came to this store per the most recent review, hoping to find the same experience. I was fortunate enough to get to work with Brittany as well and the previous reviewer was spot on. I had some difficult billing questions that I wanted to ask before switching over to a new line and Brittany listened well to my concerns and helped me to understand what I would be charged for item by item. This representative really went above and beyond what I had experienced with other locations and service providers. I sincerely hope that T-Mobile management is keeping an eye on this fantastic employee.i have no doubt Brittany would make a brilliant manager, after working with Brittany I dont know if I will be able to trust another associate with my service plan questions or issues.

Just have to say that anytime I have ever been in this store, even to pay a bill, it has been a very uplifting, positive experience. Brittany, in particular, is extremely friendly, and one of the sweetest people to work with at any T-mobile location Ive visited so far. Shes always gone out of her way to explain new deals, and the benefits of various tmobile services that are offered, in a way that makes sense. The rest of the team is extremely helpful as well, everyone just seems eager to help! 10/10 would recommend.

When regarding to any issues with my phone I am not being able to get ahold of on the phone customer service representative in a timely manner.I get put on hold constantly for a long period of time and there are to much automative voice message systems in place which causes an effect on this.Ive had a bad experience with in store customer service representatives not breaking down purchase terminologies to my understanding and misplacing my wifes phone during a trade in process which caused to not have my store credit but basically a rouge phone.Also, not having the rouge phone which we traded in for a new one in the system at all. No evidence or receipt of it and I have been ripped off. Even though they have tracked it to places of where its been.

All of the employees at this store know the meaning of customer service. Friendly and knowledgeable.

The best T-mobile store! I went here after having a terrible experience at another store (4457 N 72nd St, if youre wondering.. dont go there), and Tyrone (I believe is how you spell his name) helped us not only undo the disaster they did to our account but made sure our phones worked before we left the store.They were so patient, funny, and willing to help every customer that came in the best they could. They even offered us water while we were waiting! Like, wow! Thank you for considering our hydration during the wait! The customer service here cant be beat, and I cant say enough nice things about them.If I ever need another phone or have issues, I will go here over any other store in the area. 10/10, would recommend.

Save yourself migraines... don’t deal with Sprint and T-Mobile

A very positive experience working with reps and manager. I switch from one carrier to Sprint. Has a 55 and older cell phone plan. Did receive a few discount. That day I was able to get special deals on that day only! I was in the store day before and they told me about the deals. Very positive experience and very informative. I have a new cell phone with Sprint. It is LG V40 thinq. I do like this phone and Im still learning how to use it. I would recommend Sprint service. Working with wraps in the store instead of over the phone or doing ordering online.

I went in with my mother-in-law to get her reconnected because our other provider horrible. We worked with Johnny and he was so patient. He helped us took extra time with her. I would definitely recommend Sprint and the store anytime.

Slowest store Ive EVER been in. As far as my phone service I pay more and get less. It sucks at sprint. Was paying $55 for unlimited everything now I pay $78 and get limited internet

Suppose to be ready by 6 but it wasnt very good on time. I notice mostly young kids or many colleges. I wont go there again.
