So I brought my daughters phone in AGAIN for repair! LISETTE was amazing and understanding and it was a great experience as always! I will never go anywhere else for phone repair! I brought in my fiancees Galaxy note 10 plus for a screen replacement the phone I brought in was the Aura glow version. They replaced the screen and the screen worked great! I was happy! Until I took the case off the phone and noticed 2 gaps on the back plate of the device. Also my earpiece for phone calls no longer worked. This is now day 5 of trying to have them make it right. Day 2 my fiancee brought the phone to them they said they would take a look at it. It took over 2 hours. They said they replaced the earpiece but still couldnt get it to work. Also my service is no longer working properly. Then I notice they put the Aura black frame on my device, they never informed me that they didnt have the correct frame for phone. All I want is a refund so I can take my phone anywhere else but here.

I foolishly avoided this place for a long time, judging it by its outward appearance and location. But it’s a nice and friendly place! They fixed an older MacBook of mine overnight and I only paid the $50 diagnostic/repair deposit.Absolutely come here for your repairs! I plan on coming back!

I came here to originally get an iphone screen and watch repair. But happened to go home with a few extra goodies, all because the customer service was great. They answered all my questions and did it with a smile. I didnt feel pressured. I did have a few hiccups along the way. I expressed my concerns to Lisette. Her follow up and understanding helped alot and turned what could have been a horrible experience into a better situation. Its thanks to her that i will be coming back for service if needed. Management, she deserves a raise.

I was recommended continental cellular by a family member however I wish I had read into the reviews I brought in my iPhone 7 Plus for a screen replacement on Saturday 08/28/21 upon receiving my phone back from repair their were damages to the frame that had not been there before which I was willing to bypass since they had repaired my screen however when I made it home I began to notice several malfunctions including small light spots on the screen my camera is no longer working or flashlight and the speaker for calls is broken I now have to make calls on speaker phone otherwise I can’t hear them. Which is unacceptable. I did call them to advise them of these issues and they offered to let me bring it back in however they are saying I now need parts for a new speaker and camera. The woman did offer to cut me deal on the parts however I don’t feel I should have to pay to replace something they broke. This to me just seems like a way for them to get more money out of me. This is clearly and ongoing issue they have had with customers as I have attached several similar reviews and these are just a few to name. I will be filing a complaint with the BBB and I strongly urge others to do the same for all future potential customers who might run into the same issue

False 5 star reviews for a free tempered glass. Will be done in 2-3 days means two weeks. 3 months out now and and the repaired screen is coming off. My experience with having an iPad screen replaced was bad. Have had better quality elsewhere.

Im a senior citizen and dont know much of anything about technology but we had to have a phone for out Doctors appointments so we went to continental to get a new one. The the sales girl sold us a new phone that was not new and charged us a new price. We still have not got all the stuff off that the previous owner had on it . We still dont have Internet and have to have other people help us because we dont know how to fix it. We tried to return it and was told they dont do returns. Not a very good review for seniors

Will not answer the phone . They just put you on hold and hope that you will hang up. I think they either lost my tablet or still haven’t ordered the part to fix it . It’s been 6 weeks now.
