Erin was extremely knowledgeable & patient trying to troubleshoot my phone. She made sure none of my data was lost off of my business phone as she transferred it over to a new one after we exhausted many options of trying to fix my old phone. Erin found the right phone for me and set it up in good time yesterday. Then today, after doing what I could on my own to customize it to my needs, I made a list of 18 questions and brought them to the store. Erin resolved all 18 issues including some very specific requirements I had that required some research and finding appropriate apps. That was very excellent service, capable, attentive and patient. And friendly too. If there were 6 stars Id give her that rating. Thank you for having her.

I would give 0 stars if I could. Was told if I paid $300 in store that I would not pay anything else on my bill & my bill would not go up. So I did that! 1st bill was normal - 2nd bill was almost $50 more! Emailed US Cellular to question this until I was able to get to the store or on the phone - they emailed me a few times and then blocked me! Looking into another company ASAP.

AMAZING staff, and wonderful customer service. The people that work at US Cellular are wonderful at juggling several customers at a time, and never make you feel like youre waiting. Not only did they bring my monthly phone bill down by $26, they gave me unlimited data, and even got me a new iPhone. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.

I have had a terrible time with US Cellular phone talking to people or people calling and talking to me as my phone continuously drops phone calls their towers are being worked on at this time or screwed up and they are not telling people they gave me a five dollar credit per phone line I have four phone lines and that was for one weeks worth of dropped calls for that’s a whole week and I’m still dropping calls, and US cellular phone is closed today and NO 1- 800 number to contact shame on them.
