I have received bouquets twice from Edible Arrangements and both times they were fabulous. Ripe but not overly ripe fruit, great selecrion of fruits and the chocolate covered Strawberries were amazing!

Delivered to the wrong office and failed to correct their mistake.Update: mistake has been corrected and all is right in the world. My office got a free redelivery and my long distance coworkers couldn’t be happier.

Great customer service everything done in a timely manner

Received an arrangement for my birthday and it was melted and hot and showed up two hours after it was stated it would be delivered. Horrible!-Update to review.. they did respond and resend a new arrangement. Much better and I appreciate them fixing it.

So, first I had a problem on Valentines day because the arrangement arrive so late and the chocolate tasted bad however, yesterday I received a call from the manager and I explained why I was unhappy with the previous order. Today he surprised me a new arrangement that not only was bigger than the previous one, but also has an excellent presentation. This time the chocolate tasted wonderful.

The store is small and was very busy as it was Valentines Day. I was greeted politely and asked what they could do to help me. I had placed my order earlier in the week so gave them my name and they went back to get my order. The first time they only came out with 1 box of a dozen chocolate dipped strawberries, I had ordered 2 boxes and an arrangement with assorted dipped and plain fresh fruit. It took a little bit for them to get things figured out, and I didnt sign for anything until I got everything I ordered...its Valentines Day so it was crazy busy!!The girls there were polite and nice and I was very happy with what I got and the quality of fruit!! Will come back again!:)

So this is the second time Ive tried this service both times have been a complete waste. My recent order I tried to send my disabled friend with a broken leg an arrangement. The driver called her and she just missed, so he left a message that he was on his way. She called right back, but when right to voice mail and the voice mail wasnt set up so, she could leave a message. The driver never went to her house. Instead left it a the club house front counter and called it good. This isnt a gated community, just a club house for mail. She had no way to get the arrangements before the club house closes and the arrangement had to just sit there and spoil.This service has been waste of money and dont plan on using it again.

I bought a birthday box, the fruit was so fresh& good. The employees are so nice with wonderful customer service skills.I will definitely return!❤️🎀

The delivery driver Mollie was excellent and very pleasant.

My husband surprised me with a mother’s day arrangement, it smelled like mildew and the chocolate had so much condensation around it it had fallen off the strawberries, the placement of the fruit was horrible looks like it was just thrown together couldn’t even tell the pineapple was supposed to say mom until we started disassembling it. Never ever buying from edible arrangements again.

Horrible . I paid 72$ for a box of chocolate strawberries to be delivered to my moms house for Mother’s Day and they forgot to attach the note for her. She didn’t even know what the box was for or who got it for her . Smh will never be shopping with them again.

The local owner stands behind everything that goes out the door. We love love this place for gift giving time. Healthy and fun

Extremely disappointed! We have used this location since they opened for gift deliveries. They have now decided to stop delivering to a spot that is less than 10 minutes away because the new owner thinks it is too far. Major bummer. We will now be finding other delivery gifts for teachers and businesses. What a shame.

I ordered a small gift for my mom for Mother’s Day while I was in town on Friday. I ordered it at 8:30am for same day delivery to her office to surprise her and they never delivered it. I left very specific notes and details so I called the location at 5:45 and he apologized and said they would deliver it to their home instead..never delivered. Didn’t deliver it the next day either or update me on anything. I have left 2 or 3 voicemails and sent an email and have yet to receive a response or call back. I will get my money back and I will never order from this place again!

It’s always great customer service and timely deliveries when I order from this location. Every person I have purchased one for is always satisfied with the quality of the product. In the pictures the arrangements look smaller than actual size. I ordered a large birthday surprise and it was shared amongst four individuals (including the birthday girl)!

This place is a joke. Idk how many times the owner has not received my calls.Recieved a basket and it was moldy :(

Horrible. I would give -5 stars if possible. A good business concept; however, this location does not deliver...literally. After much confusion they finally delivered the wrong arrangement, made up of a withered collection of rotting fruit. Dont waste your money. I recommend the chocolate dipped strawberries at Whole Foods. Much better quality and service!

Poor Customer Experience.Ordered an arrangement for my wedding anniversary. The day of pick up I receive a voicemail at 4:12pm indicating that they were closing the store at 5pm (on a Wednesday) and that if I didn’t pick my order up before then I could get it at 8 am the next day. My original pick up time was scheduled for 530.I was at work myself and not off till 5 and from where I work to the store during the end of school day traffic, it would take me 40 mins to get to the store.I leave work early, get to the store where I’m already less than pleased, but figured hey maybe they are closing the store due to some type of safety concern or for a good reason. I get to the store and ask why they are closing the store early, Kirstin gives me some lame excuse about her manager coming in early today and wanting to leave and that she’s just doing what her manage told her. You’re kidding me right!? She then says I was willing to stay till 530 for your pick up time... that’s not what your voicemail said and if that was the case why even call me to start and inconvenience the customer if you were okay waiting till my original pick up time?I was super inconvenienced and at no time did she offer to compensate me for my inconvenience and I asked twice. I’m huge on service and I simply will not be doing business with them again. It was a nice day, my guess is that they just wanted to close early so they could leave which is a lame reason to inconvenience the customer! At the least they could have offered to deliver it where I needed it or offered me something for the inconvenience!

They handled my situation very well and were 100% courteous. This was my first time ordering for a holiday. I could not be happier with them. Will order again. I highly recommend them.

Went in store to order a fruit cup and a variety cone of dipped fruit. The variety cone, was not what I anticipated, the variety was apples and strawberries, it was served in a tray and not the cup pictured on the advertising, so I am not sure if I paid for what I ordered. The chocolate dipped apples were delicious, but the strawberries were pretty bad, even the chocolate coating could not rescue them. We waited for a long time too. Staff never apologized or explained the reason for the wait. I asked what happened and apparently they ran out of chocolate dipped fruit. I have received edible arrangements as gifts before and have been delighted. I am planning on giving them another shot, I am hoping that this was an off day for them.

I placed an order 2-12 for a delivery valentines day. At 4pm i called and a lady with an attitude answers the phone. Deliveries to bussiness will be there before 5 pm . Well its now 2-15 no delivery. I call to speak to the manager and they send you to a voicemail. Service is horrible. Do not use them. Happy Valentines day to you too. Horrible customer service!!!!

I went in and asked for the largest Valentines Day arrangement they had. After paying and driving all the way home I realized I had been given a much smaller arrangement. I called the store and the rudest most incompetent employee Whitney answers the phone. She immediately tells me oh yeah we ran out of the one you wanted, so I gave you the other one. After passing the phone around to 3 diffent employees and hanging up on me twice they finally put me through to a manager who said he would refund me the difference. Still not good enough for me I’m still paying $85 for something I did not want! The fruit wasn’t great either. It wasn’t firm at all the chocolate was dripping sweat. Never Again.

Rude Staff and unprepared shop. The store had no boxes to hold the arrangements on Mothers Day and as such it made it extremely difficult to pickup two arrangements. I have ordered multiple arrangements several times and the staff gets ruder every time. The shop also apparently does not use the refrigerated truck for delivery, as they were loading multiple arrangements into vehicles for delivery and mistakenly thought we were hired help rather than paying customers, because we were trying to adjust how the two arrangements we purchased were sitting in our car. The staff have no customer service skills. They have lost my business!

Unsatisfied with the professionalism. They did not have the curtisy to call me to let me know that my order was going to be late, and not delivered at the time we agreeded .I ordered three days in advanced and the total was about $140, you would think they want to make money but they didnt deliver and on top of that they didnt call to let us know in advanced that it wasnt going to be delivered. They even wanted us to go all the way to their location to pick it up and its about an hour drive. Not ordering again from this location. Very unsatified!

Ordered a gift basket for my girlfriends birthday at 8 a.m. they told me at 2p.m. it was in route for delivery and here it is 5 p.m. Birthday ruined never order from this store.
