I wanted a laptop for zoom meetings, and they custom-refurbished a laptop specifically for me and what I told them I needed it for. It works wonderfully and cost me less than $150...I absolutely love it and I am so happy I didnt buy a brand new piece of technology! I highly recommend!

Used to be a very small fee for dropping of electronics to recycle. Tried to drop off an older 26inch flat screen lcd tv. They wanted $40. Outrageous. Found 5 free places in a google search afterwards, so dont pay these folks a ridiculous fee to recycle e waste. At least hd tvs anyway. What a scam.

Dropped off some old appliances today and the employees were super helpful! Used a forklift to unload them from my trailer and didnt cost me a cent to recycle them.

If theres anything organized when you go in there, call the Pope because youve just witnessed a miracle. Items are often poorly sorted into very large plastic bins so you have to semi-dumpster-dive for something, and the staff are not qualified to answer anything more than very basic questions. Volunteering here is a bit risky because of their staff, many of whom have criminal records.A lot of neat/antique/interestingly random stuff comes through here. But they need to expand the store section and re-consider their employee base. Its not a good sign when the breakroom has a guide on finding employment for those with felony records.

Love this place! If you care about the planet at all, they will recycle loads of electronics, cables, ink, and batteries. Most Ive done has been free, but some items have small fee. (It was $1.50 to recycle a pound of batteries.)

A friend of mine had a really sluggish computer, came in here to get some parts for the computer the prices are very reasonable! Ive also bought a computer here too and it was like 250 and the specs for the price was worth buying and computer never had a problem! If youre looking for used computer parts, peripherals, monitors, speakers anything thats basically electronics section you would find it here(mostly older parts and sometimes somewhat newer) then you should definitely give it a try to visit!

CROSS Electronic Recycling made it really easy for my wife and I over the years to recycle lots of our old or unused electronics. I love their mission and how they give back to people in the community. They are the best choice in Omaha for electronic recycling. I would also recommend checking out donating used cars and large appliances.

I went in and explained to the sales people that I needed a monitor that would be able to hook up to a PS4. This was a Christmas present. I was advised if it did not work I can bring it back. However when trying to bring it back because it does not work with a PlayStation 4 I was told I could not return it as the computer turned on just didn’t work with the PS4. Amazing how they would not refund my money after I had to go out and buy a brand new monitor that would do what I requested while there. Sales representatives are rude, unhelpful, and refuse to take ownership of giving bad information. Avoid this place.

I was very happy to find a place that would recycle all of my old electronics. I was charged $20. for an old 20 tube television. But they accepted CPU, flat screen monitor, keyboard, mouse, scanner, router, printer, modem and multiple cords. No limit. Anything with a cord, motor or battery.

This non-profit has great goals, but at times they have trouble with the execution. They have some new people in the electronic/computer area and they seem/ are very knowledgeable but I have had a few problems with my computer in the past, but I am willing to go back there and have them work on my computer or to look at computers that they sell there.

As a someone who was willing to go out of my way to make a donation, I was extremely disappointed. First of all, their locations are listed on their website but they fail to clarify that the 42nd and Redman location is NOT a donation center for electronics but rather for vehicles. After driving there before I realized this, I headed to the other location. The first location was out of the way by a long shot and the second was no better, but nonetheless, I thought I was doing a good thing. When I finally arrived at the location on North 72nd Street, there were NO signs AT ALL to tell me where to go or even if I was at the right place. Finally, after ringing the buzzer and the bell multiple times, someone came to ask what I needed. She kindly came out with me to get my donation out of my vehicle then gave me a half sheet of paper to fill out. She left the room and had me leave my half sheet of paper with personal information on it (address, phone number, etc.) on the counter in plain sight and never came back to pick it up while I was there. THE ENTIRE EXPERIENCE WAS EXTREMELY FRUSTRATING!! From now on, I will most likely be finding other means to dispose of my old electronics.
