If I could give 10 stars, I would! Dr. Klute was wonderful. I was diagnosed with Uveitis 21 years ago. He explained what was going on with my eyes and showed me pictures which gave me a clearer understanding than ever before! I highly recommend him and his staff is friendly and well organized.

Annual visit was efficient and informative. No pressure, just open communication.

First visit here for our family eye exams and we loved it! Dr. Klute is personable, patient and knowledgeable. He explained things well and did a great job with my boys ages 6, 11 and 12. The staff were professional and courteous. Highly recommend!

Absolutely the best ophthalmology clinic I have ever been to! both ladies working the desk were absolute angels, so sweet and so kind. please give them raises! and the doctor was extraordinarily personable and well educated, and as a bit of a health nerd I really appreciated the fact that instead of just looking at everything and being like well your scans and everything look good he actually pulled up the imaging of my eyes and kind of walked me through the way everything should look and how mine looked and that everything looked perfect. all of my questions were answered, I did not feel rushed at all- it was totally comfortable and I will absolutely be using this place permanently. I am very honored to help support a family practice during a rough economic period in our country! I ordered my contacts through them!

We visited Dr. Klute at Good Life Eyecare for the first time today for my child’s appointment. We didn’t wait more than 5-10 minutes to be seen for our appointment. Check-in was quick and easy. Our appointment moved along efficiently and our only wait time was for the dilating drops to do their thing. Dr. Klute explained what he was doing in a way my child could understand and feel comfortable and clearly explained to me what he found on exam and his recommendations. Sophia in the front of the office did a great job of checking patients in as well as assisting other patients in ordering their glasses and contacts. She was knowledgeable and helpful as we picked out our frames and lenses too. She clearly explained our itemized bill / charges, what our insurance was going to cover and how long we could expect it to take for the glasses to be ready. We were in and out of there in a timely manner. I also appreciated the later office hours that they offered as it makes it much easier to accommodate school and work schedules. We had a great first visit and we will be back!

My daughter had a slightly urgent eye issue. I reached out to Dr. Klute and he saw her right away. He was able to calm her, address the issue and provide immediate care. She can’t wait to go back for her follow! That’s the best result after a traumatic first ever visit to the eye doctor!! We’re grateful for Dr. Klute and how available he was.

Very friendly and professional environment. Exam was fast accurate and accommodating. Gave good information and detail about exam results followed by information to acquire products and how to finish processing a special pair of frames due to a medical need.I was treated with respect and kindness. The whole appointment felt less like the big chain optical clinic and more personal and welcoming, not like they were just processing another person. Good conversations and got to know how and why the opticians changed while remaining in same location and maintaining the same name. I was curious why they changed ownership and they were very open and informative.I prefer making most of my purchases across the board from independently owned shops and restaurants. I find independently owned locations tend to be a more warm welcoming and family like experience. That is certainly true for pacific family vision. I have been going there for 5 years and even after changing ownership there is still the same (maybe even more) organic experience!

I really like my Dr there. She very professional and friendly. When she speaks about what’s going on with your eyes, it’s easy to understand. I was there today and told her I was going through contacts because of said issues. She offered to give me replacements. She didn’t have to do this. But it was cool to see her go above and beyond. I had a really great experience at Pacific Family Vision. Dr. Davis is very knowledgeable and passionate about optometry. She has an ability to share her knowledge in such a way that it’s accessible to her patients. I was very well cared for by both Dr. Davis and Emily throughout my whole appointment and then some. They made sure I got the right contacts for me that would also maintain my eye health and they helped me pick out really great new glasses frames. I have 17-month-old son who will be seeing Dr. Davis for his optometry needs as well. I have no doubt she’ll be amazing with him.

Dr. Davis and the team are amazing! Very professional, friendly and took their time to make sure I knew everything I needed too. I went to Target a few months back for an eye exam they said everything was perfect sent me on my way. Few months later was having issues while using computer they got me in within an hour of calling. Turns out I am fair-sighted, Dr. Davis did an in depth comprehensive exam which I did not receive at Target. Picked out glasses and got those back very quick. I def see much better on the computer now, thank you!

Dr. Davis and her staff are so knowledgeable and caring. I was unsure about getting prescription sunglasses vs. snap ons due to the investment. They took their time and reviewed everything with me, including costs for each. I ultimately went with the prescription sunglasses and LOVE them! I felt so comfortable with my decision. They were also amazing with my 7 year old daughter who was nervous for her first exam. They explained everything to her in ways that made sense and she ended up having so much fun! 10/10 would recommend!

Fantastic optometrist! Dr Davis is amazing! Very understanding, compassionate, incredibly knowledgeable. I went in for my annual visit, Dr Davis explained the headaches I was having were due to a misdiagnosis and incorrect prescriptions. She explained how the misdiagnosis happened (she did not misdiagnose me) and got me all squared away. Staff is very friendly & knowledgeable as well. Ive been bringing the family here for 3 years now. Highly recommended!

My first visit was the week that the company changed hands. Dr. Davis coordinated an initial military Tricare insurance account on my behalf. She works toward evaluating and treating eye health, rather than merely updating your eye glasses. Ive also witnessed pioneering efforts toward procedures to restore tear-duct function. This is a small company that gives the impression that they know exactly what theyre doing.

After dealing with severe eye strain for a few years, I decided to change eye doctors. I am very happy with my decision to visit to Dr. Davis. Rather than feeling like a number that was passing through, Dr. Davis took the time to listen to the issues I was experiencing and factor my concerns into her exam. When it was suggested that we reduce my prescription, I was surprised but willing to try. Almost immediately, I noticed a reduction in the eye strain I was experiencing and improvement in the overall health of my eyes. Pacific Family Eyecare goes above and beyond any expectations of quality eyecare. This is obviously Dr Christine Davis’ passion, and she is extremely gifted.Her eye exam is very thorough and she explains everything clearly as she gets down to your individual needs. She also takes the time to put pictures of your eyes on a screen and explains what she sees and what she’s looking for. I’m totally amazed at the personal attention and care I received. Dr. Davis is great. She has worked with me for several years to get my eyes healthy after I had been abusing them with bad contacts habits. With or without insurance she has worked with me to stay affordable and make sure I can see every detail in front and around me.

Office is under new ownership, buyer beware.Ive gone to this office for years for all of our family needs. I called weeks ago to place a standard order for contacts and was told I had to pay up front for the product.While I dont mind paying up front, I asked if this was a new policy because I had recently been in to see Dr. Lindquist and didnt advance pay.The woman answering the phone immediately became argumentative and nasty when I asked her about it. After explaining that contacts left by patients at her office were costing her money, she then said, By the way, this is Dr. Davis speaking and I now own this office..... no problem, Dr. Davis, however, I would not expose my children to your erratic temper. Not to mention your prices are almost double what other places charge. Not impressed.

We have had no problems during the transition from Dr. Lindquist to Dr. Davis.

Just go to Costco for frames and lenses. Dont take my word for it, look for yourself. Even if you have to buy the membership youll still pay less then at this place. Im giving them 2 stars because the eye exam was a good experience (though more expensive then most places), but the experience of getting frames and lenses was a MASSIVE RIP OFF!

Went there to try to get glasses I had a script that’s required me to have certain things done and they would not honor it I had my insurance company to call and they lied to them saying they don’t have a fax machine So I was explaining to the ladies what they were saying and the man there was so rude and Figure it ignorant telling her not to talk to me So now he calls the police and tell them I called them a name which ignorant is not a name Its a word on how you are behaving and acting So I feel like this place does not like colored people in their Place of business The whole time the call was being recorded So now waiting on the police to get here

Dr. Klute and his team are the most friendly and caring staff I have ever encountered during an eye appointment. The first time I went, Dr. Klute told me that unless I really wanted new frames, I could keep my current pair as my prescription hadn’t really changed. I love and appreciate when you can tell your doctor cares more about you as a person than about making a sale. I am happy to give them my business and trust them with my vision!
