I’ve been going to target optical for probably a decade. I tried going to cheaper places but I always end up coming back to target because not only is the service phenomenal but the glasses are such amazing quality compared to those cheaper places. Not only that, the staff is so great that we even wave to each other when I’m just there to pick up stuff from the regular part of the store.

These people know their business. They are truly pros and I know I’ll always leave with glasses that are fitted properly and well made. I also enjoy the friendly attention and conversation.

Everyone I experienced at Target Optical was fantastic!! Very professional and knowledgeable and PATIENT. I’m telling everybody I know and even those that I don’t. It wasn’t their fault that after my appointment I spent up all my fun money inside the store tho. 👍🏾

I was able to call in for an appointment the same day. The doctor was polite and patiently went through the exam with me to make certain my prescription was accurate. He answered any questions I had.Jeff, the Target employee in the shop was nice enough to go out of his way to make sure I got the discounts on my contact brand and even my employee discount.The only thing is, its just the two of them; so they could be busy to no fault of their own. Be sure you dont need to rush because they may have other customers. Otherwise, great first experience.

The staff here seems to be very confused. The optical employee told me this when picking up my glasses: “Make sure the prescription is clear and not fuzzy when you look through the lenses to make sure we didn’t mix up the lenses”. I’m sorry.. what? If you’re spending hundreds on glasses, they better be perfect. My prescription also doesn’t feel correct. Don’t recommend coming here.

I have purchased two pairs of sunglasses from this location and have always gotten great service and value. Even got help making sure the frames I picked suited my face and planned activities. I will be returning.

Dr was nice the staff was absolutely horribly rude never again.

Prices are high and they did my prescription incorrectly. Im in the process of getting 8t fixed but I had headaches for 5 days and they blamed me for it. They said I just want used to it. Took to my eye doctor and they said it was off.

The optometrist was nice. The exam was not so great. Everything was wrong. Wont refund my contacts which are a bad prescription because they are opened. Want to charge me $50 so they can fix their job. I would have recommended them if they would have stood by their work. But they dont. Lesson learned. Dont goto Target for eye exams.

Nice staff that check you in. Warning! When you make an appointment be prepared to wait and the possibility that someone that has appointment after you gets in before you. Doctor was rude by not even acknowledging my presence knowing my appt was before hers. Will never return again. Unprofessional Doctor.

Fixed my glasses that I didnt even buy here on the spot for free and gave me a case!

They arent very accurate on the orders and guarantee of delivery. I have only dealt with the glasses only. Their deals arent great, selection is lacking, and hours compared to the Super Target isnt convenient.
