Had an appointment with Dr. Robinson and she was wonderful. Although I was the last appointment on a Friday afternoon, I did not feel rushed at all. I dont remember the techs name but he was amazing. I will edit this post if I find out because he was great. Lisa was also amazing and efficient at her job, getting my order put in before closing time. Thank you!
I scheduled an appointment here through email a few weeks ago. I received prompt responses regarding my appointment. They had a sanitation table and were very clean. Angela was the doctors assistant that helped me, and Christina ordered my glasses, but all the ladies there were very friendly and made me feel very comfortable and taken care of. I appreciated that the doctor chose not to dilate my eyes due to me being pregnant, and even explained when I should come back for another check up after my baby is born. Picking glasses was easy. I came in on a Monday and got a call that Friday letting me know they were available for pick up. I didnt have anyone to watch my toddler that day, so I brought her along. I called before going in to make sure it was okay and again, the staff were very understanding and accommodating. They were so sweet to my daughter and she loved them too! Tried on my new glasses, the young lady that helped me could tell they needed to be adjusted so she tightened them for me. Took only a few minutes and I was in and out. Ill definitely go to them again!
Pearl Vision is the place to go when you have any eye problem. They care for their patients before anything else. The Doctor was the best to my knowledge, very respectful and she explained my concerns to me, especially after I got floaters in my left eye. That was very assuring. I intend to continue to go to Pearl Vision if there arose any future eye problems. My glasses are cute and I can now see and read clearly. Thanks to the doctor and nurses
Best place ever!!! Highly recommended.
The customer service here is rude, condescending and demeaning. They rushed me out so they could close early, and were not helpful. I would not recommend working with Lisa, or her manager Terri Murphy. I’ve always gone to another location, and I will continue my business elsewhere.Edited 9/17/21: management’s response says all you need to know. GO ANYWHERE ELSE! I am also going to share more details on my experience as the manager’s response is not accurate, and lacks accountability for the situation and further exemplifies why she is unequipped for her position:I admittedly came in with a predicament. I was leaving town in the morning and accidentally tore a brand new pair of contacts. I called to see if they carried my prescription in stock, and luckily, they had the contacts I needed for my eye with the tore lens. I had one contact left for my other side, and so I would be able to see! It should have been perfect! When I came in store, they grilled me and asked who I spoke with, and acted like they didnt know what I was talking about. No welcome. No understanding. Just skepticism. I had to physically show my phones call history to show them that I had spoken with someone. The Associate Lisa then called her manager several times for every simple question she had. She clearly does not feel empowered to even make the most simple of decisions on her own. They never specified what I needed to bring back to purchase contacts. When I was scrambling trying to find my prescription, she again reminded me that they close in 10 minutes. Then she compared me not finding my prescription with doctors signature (Ihad a photo of my exact prescription with all necessary measurements), to someone trying to illegally pop pills without a doctors authorization, as if a necessary medical device is comparable to trying to getting drugs. She then refused to sell me the box of contacts they had set aside, or even provide a trial pair, saying I was asking for something illegal. They reminded me that they closed at 7pm no less than five times. I called earlier in the afternoon and asked if they had my prescription in stock, and they put me on hold for 15 minutes, confirmed they had one of my prescriptions in stock, and that they would set it aside. Never mentioned what I would need to purchase the said box of contacts. This phone call was also almost 29 minutes as they kept putting me on hold, and another person would come back on the phone. They’re disorganized.I felt belittled, and disrespected from moment one. It was aterrible experience all around, and I can not in good conscience recommend this location, Lisa, or her manager Terri Murphy, who she spoke to on the phone throughout my time in the store, as she acted annoyed, frustrated, and unwilling to offer any suggestions or assistance. They honestly lack tact, a desire to help customers, and are rude and condescending. If they had specified what I needed when I called during the day, I could have called my doctors office to send in my prescription as I had a full, recent eye exam as a consultation for a LASIK procedure, and it would have been a simple solution. Instead, it was a very disappointing experience. I will not be returning to this location. And I would recommend that if you need help, a human who understands situations come up, compassion, or a patient team, try the Pearle Vision locations at Village Pointe or in Council Bluffs, as I have had extremely pleasant and helpful experiences at both locations. This Pearle Vision team could use training on customer service strategies and best practices, new management, and a new perspective on what customer service means. The icing on the cake? I was able to find my prescription minutes after leaving the store as I was no longer feeling that stress and discomfort, called another location in Council Bluffs that closed at 7:30, and was able to receive several pairs of trial contacts from their associate, who wished me well on my travels and was kind and courteous. This location should take a tip from that team!
Wonderful and excellent customer service. I was seen in a timely matter. The Doctor was very nice. She educated me on my test results and future exams. The whole staff was the bomb.
I must say, as someone who doesnt get their eyes checked regularly, Im always nervous going in to see the doctor.I did not have a chance to be nervous as Angela S. and Dr. Rebecca Robinson were FANTASTIC ! When I was getting my eyes dilated, I may have slipped a curse word or two, and it didnt faze Angela. They were a little busy, but I never felt rushed or like I was holding their clinic up and enjoyed the side conversations and laughs. If youre looking for somewhere to go, where you want to be taken care of properly, and enjoy some laughs, PLEASE go here. I appreciate their help and will be staying with them.
I have been a customer for a few years and its because they are very professional with superior customer service. Ive been telling people for years that this is the place to go for all of your eyecare services.
My husband really liked working with this office. He appreciated the attention to all of his eye care. The staff were professional and kind. Danny M. took care of him and helped him get the right kind of glasses.
Staff are very rude do not understand why they have attitudes but it is not professional to take it out on your clients or future clients
Kind, considerate, great listeners, outstanding service great place to take your family and friends!
Daniel M was very helpful & helped me pick out great glasses, & i was in & out in a timely fashion
If I could give a ZERO I would. Mask mandate was ordered for Omaha so when I made appointments for my daughter and I, I told them my granddaughter had to come with and she would not be wearing a mask because she’s 3. She would stay in the truck with her mother and we would take turns with our appointments. Doors are locked and you have to wait for them to let you in. They follow you with disinfectant to wipe anything off that you touch. They came out to the truck and said we could all come in, I again said my granddaughter would not be wearing a mask they said it’s fine come on in. Paid cash for appointments and a year of contacts. ONE month later they would not let us in the building because she wasn’t wearing a mask. I explained she was 3 and according to CDC she was not required to wear one and would not be wearing one. They would not let us in. I was alone with my granddaughter and had driven an hour and 30 mins to be there. Nope I needed to put a mask on her or reschedule. I said fine, I need my daughters contacts. I stood outside the door for 20 mins waiting, she came back and said they would be arriving at our house in about 2 weeks and she gave me a sample pair. I said you know what? You can cancel that order, refund me my money and give me a copy of my prescription and a copy of my daughters prescription. She had the nerve to say that I need to give the samples back. It had been a months and we had not received the contacts we ordered, my daughter was on her last pair. I needed to order new glasses and contacts for my daughter, so I googled and found Vision Specialists in Omaha. They are amazing. They don’t have their doors locked, you can come in whenever you want. And my granddaughter was welcomed without a mask. Pearl Vision has Horrible customer service.
Angela S. & Dr. Sarah Nabors are AMAZING! They both took their time with me and didnt rush me out. I have extremely dry eyes due to lasik and Dr. Nabors is the first eye doctor that had concern about my dry eyes and wanted to get the dryness under control before I get new glasses. Both Angela & Dr. Nabors were very friendly & cared about everything. I definitely recoomend Pearle Vision, Dr Nabors & Angela S. Thank you for the amazing experience!!
Samantha and Dr. Robinson created a safe, friendly and caring experience for my daughters first eye exam/ pair of glasses. You ladies are the best!
The initial visit really good. I left confident.Called that my glasses were ready. I came to pick them up and I was rushed away. Did not get a folder with paperwork, or a thank you, just glasses in a baggie.Glasses did not fit right. I called, and was told I needed to make an appointment. Also told that the sunglasses I ordered would not work with my script. I’m a little perturbed that staff were not aware of that before taking my $620 to order them.Came in for my appointment yesterday and staff were mostly helpful and somewhat concerned with my issues. One staff adjusted my fit, so they are wearable now. My vision with the new glasses is now ok, but still have trouble viewing a computer screen. The older glasses still work better for that. I asked to cancel the order for sunglasses. Was initially informed that I would have to do an instore credit. I told them that wouldn’t work for me. The staff then told me the GM was the only one authorized to issue a refund, but she would not be in until Monday.Am hoping for a better experience Monday, the ball is in their court. Please wish me luck!
The worst place to ever schedule an appointment. You have to wait a minimum of 3-5 weeks to even be seen! It’s small disorganized and the staff is extremely rude. NEVER MAKE AN APPOINTMENT HERE!!!
I arrived early for my appointment on 1-16-21 the first thing I noticed they have a sign on the door that says DONT TOUCH THE DOOR... Thats very off putting signage. Someone needs to have a crutial conversation with the person who put this sign up.I waited for a girl to let me in she was very nice she was sitting on the right as you walk in the main door. I gave her my name stating I had an appointment, on the left side towards the back of the front office a white girl sat rudely stating, He doesnt have an appointment here. Really? I understand Covid-19 is an issue with everyone, thats no excuse for her blatant rudeness. I finished checking in with the first girl and started browsing the frames. At other places Ive gotten glasses someone would come to see if they could sell me expensive frames and upgraded lenses. I usually spend 5-600 dollars after my insurance. I was there for 35 minutes without a word from anyone. I was called back for my exam, Jordan was the Dr. I worked with, he was very friendly and professional. After my exam as he was walking me out, I asked if that exam included the exam for contact lenses I always buy a new pair of glasses and multi-view contact lenses (Not at Pearl new customer there) Thats why I was there.. He asked the pleasant girl to set me up with an appointment for that. Pearl is a convenient location for me its close to work. I wasnt expecting to be ignored while deciding which frames I wantedAs I waited my 35 minutes I browsed the frames probably for 20 minutes nobody approached me about buying frames. I overheard the rude girl asking the other girl why a certain account had the insurance entered 3 times, I dont know if she was hung-over or what, she had a nasty disposition. Maybe she was the one who should have been trying to sell me 400.00 frames with upgraded lenses. Maybe they made enough coin on my diabetic eye exam? My health insurance pays for that. I thought they got a commission on their sales. Maybe not. I plan to cancel the fitting for the contacts, Im not going back to that store for anything.
The staff was amazing thanks to y’all they got what I needed
This location has wonderful customer service. Terry, the manager, is very helpful and knowledgeable. A woman named Kamira has fantastic customer service skills and I really appreciated it. Today I didnt even have to go in. They came out to my car. Im so glad I chose this location for my last 2 pair of glasses.
Freindly knowledgeable about exam frames lenses. Large variety of frames made sure your frames lenses were what you were comfortable with. Staff made you feel as if you were there only client.
My family and I have been going here for many years and the doctor is very nice but the girls that help you pick out your glasses are not so good with customer service. When I pick out things like glasses I want to be left alone to know i’m making the right decision.. but the girls kept bringing up glasses for me to try and kept asking me if I was almost done. Then the most recent time I went the girl that was helping me with my glasses was legit staring at me the whole time i was trying on glasses and was treating me like i’m a little kid . It made me feel so akward and I felt like just going home so I just picked out a random pair that I didn’t even like because I was wanted her to stop staring at me. Never coming back here again.
Dr. Robinson is the best optometrist I’ve ever gone to and Callie made all the difference in the world in selecting my glasses and sunglasses. Normally, picking out frames is a several day process for me with visits to multiple stores. Callie seemed to sense my style and what would flatter my face. She selected a few frames of which I liked them all and was able to decide quite quickly which ones I liked the best. When my glasses were ready, Callie was very conscientious about making sure they fit correctly and that I was happy with them. She is passionate about her work and I will definitely return and ask for her, as well as Dr. Robinson!
The last few years has been a disaster for me and Pearle Vision. No doctor could get my prescription for glasses correct. The last pair I got was from a different Pearle Vision and from day one I knew I was going to have issues. I went back and told them the issues I was having and they said you just have to get use to the new glasses. Fast-forward several years and I was having even more issues. I went in and saw Dr Robinson and right off the bat she knew what was wrong with my old prescription. She got me in new glasses that I love and I just finalized my contact prescription. She is an amazing doctor, extremely intelligent, very friendly, very funny, and best of all KNOWS. HER. STUFF. Im back in a pair of glasses/contacts that allow me to see without struggling. I havent had sight like this since my first pair of glasses 18 years ago. Thank you Dr. Robinson and I will see you next year!
I came in to this location for my exam thinking I was going to leave with just my prescription so I could purchase lenses online, but their amazing customer service completely changed my mind!Callie helped me choose the perfect lenses and was incredibly friendly. The doctor and entire staff took the time to explain every detail of my exam and I greatly appreciated it! My visit was informative and helpful. I will make sure to make this location my go to place for all my eye care needs. :)
I been going here for a couple years but I was disappointed with the service I received after my Eye Exam. My glasses were supposed to be expedited because my other pair broke. I contacted the office on 07/11 and 07/13 and was told both time that they havent arrived and they would contact me. Today 07/22 i contact them to be told my glasses have been at the office since 07/10 and they contacted me and left a voicemail. My only problem with this is i have every voicemail ever left on my phone all the way back to October 2019 and no miss calls from the office. If they would of told me that my glasses were there when I called I would of just chalked it up to Covid for being the delay but to be told they contacted me once two weeks ago and never again for glasses that were to be expedited is unacceptable to me.
Dr. Robinson is THE MOST compassionate, caring and thorough doctor that I have ever encountered professionally and personally. She sees beyond the patient in the chair view.I have been going to her for many many years and I have a challenging vision prescription to diagnose. Ive never received anything but the most thorough and patient experience from Dr. Robinson. I will never chose to change eye doctors as long as i have a choice.I recommend her to all my friends and family.
I am in Omaha for cancer treatment. Have been to several vision places to have glasses adjusted. When I wear them them nose pads always dug into my noise. Went to Pearl vision on 78th and Dodge I believe person that helped me was Callie by other reviews. She was great, real helpful and knowledgeable. Havent had glasses fit that good for long time. Wish I lived closer to Omaha they they would have my business. Thank You
Thank you for the excellent service. Everything was explained to my husband and I very thoroughly. We were treated with kindness and professionalism from start to finish. I would highly reccomend Pearle Vision if you are looking for a place for an eye exam and contacts or glasses.
The doctor and the staff were kind, friendly and helpful. I called prior to the appointment to insure they could do an exam for a wheelchair bound client. Everyone was accommodating and made us feel welcomed.
I just wanted to leave a positive review on Taylor. She was extremely caring, helpful and just over the top with her customer service!! I should have left this months ago, but time got the best of me. This past June I was mugged, I didn’t think there was any hope on saving my glasses. Taylor went above and beyond for me. She was even able to fix my glasses. However it wasn’t just her fixing my glasses but the caring and compassion she had for what I went thru. It’s ppl like her that make your company so great! Her customer service was beyond amazing and I just wanted to say thank you! 💜
Had a very great experience with Pearle Vision. The employees were very nice, courteous, and helpful. They even took time to help me find the right frames even when I was being stubborn. I recommend Pearle Vision to anyone that needs glasses.
My experience with Pearl Vision was fantastic! I believe it was Dr Hernandez that did my exam and I appreciated how she really listened to me and worked hard to address the problems I have been having. And Diunique (sp?) is a total rock star!!! She was training 2 people, busy and still remained happy and personable. I have never had someone give me such personal attention when trying to find a pair of glasses.
We had a pair of vintage RayBan Sunglasses that needed glass lenses replaced. We couldnt find them anywhere in town. I was lucky when I found Stephanie at Pearl Vision on 78th/Dodge. Amazing. She pulled all her sources to finds original RayBan parts - to make it happen - in the most professional and caring way. In less than 2 weeks we had the original lenses installed on the original frames, including nose pads -- All Thanks To Stephanie! Promise we will be back!
I enthusiastically recommend Dr. Robinson & Stephanie - theyre just fantastic to work with in every facet of the process!!! They know eyes, vision insurance, etc. They make the routine exam and lense / frame selection process something to actually look forward to!! Ive worn glasses for over 40 years and this office is simply THE BEST Ive ever encountered!!! Knowledgeable and fun to work with - makes the entire process so much easier! You can place your trust in these wonderful ladies!!
Callie was extremely polite and helpful with adjusting my glasses. Great location and the store is updated. Thank you!
Ive worn glasses since I was seven years of age. This was the best eye examination and customer service experience I have ever had. Dr. Kyle Klute was professional,; informative and considerate of my concerns about the eye drops. He knows his occupation. Christina has warm chair side manbery as well as excellent customer service skills. Great Job!
Dr. Robinson and her staff are incredible!! Another location completed my exam with very unusual results. Dr. Robinson offered to do another exam for me as a second opinion - at no extra charge!! She is extremely professional and very knowledgable. I totally trust her capabilities and advice. Since I made several previous purchases at the first location, Dr. Robinsons office has continued throughout the process to work with the first location to ensure that all of my glasses were correct. The owner of the first location was very attentive to my concerns and was willing to do what was necessary to get things corrected. My biggest concern is the eye doctor at the first location and his capabilities. I would not recommend getting an exam at that location. Just as a sidebar, one of the technicians at the first location scratched my original pair of glasses. Apparently, he used a permanent marker when taking measurements and scratched the lenses when trying to clean it off. Not all locations follow the same standards. Very disappointing! Thank you, Dr. Robinson and staff!!! 7827 Dodge Street location ROCKS!!!!
I have always appreciated Stephanie Rooney. She is intelligent, knowledgeable regarding glasses, and patient. She will advise appropriately, but let the customer decide. She is truly top notch. I will come to her again for glasses.
I didnt have an appointment but Tiffany an staff got me in and met all my needs Tiffany helped me pick out the glasses best to suit me also set me up with the best insurance plan for my glasses had glasses for over 35 years so seeing is everything to me I couldnt be happier thanks to Tiffany and the staff on 78th street for everything
They dont have that much of a selection of glasses for people who are on Medicaid. They only have the small tower of glasses to choose from. They have a corner for ppl to donate your old glasses to which is good. On the other hand some people that dont have insurance needs glasses they are rude to you especially the manager. The only really good person their is Dr. Robinson. Shes a really good person.
Everyone at Pearle Vision was very friendly and helpful. Callie was a great salesperson. She gave me straight answers, helped with my insurance, and gave me space to decide which glasses I wanted without trying to sell me on something and get me out of the door.
I made an appointment, showed up and was told that nothing was scheduled for me. No apology, no nothing. Don’t waste your time.
Everyone was very helpful. Callie was great and fixed my glasses.
I have been going to this Pearle Vision for several years now and I wouldnt go anywhere else! Dr. Rebecca Robinson is an outstanding doctor and is always personable. The staff members are quite knowledgeable and keep the atmosphere friendly and enjoyable. Best overall customer service I have experienced in many years. I would strongly recommend them to everyone.
I will forever be grateful to the staff at Pearle Vision on 78th and Dodge! Several days before I was to leave for a vacation I had a rare eye problem that caused extreme double vision. When I went into Pearle Vision they explained that I needed a special prism lens that would take several days to make. Knowing I was going on vacation they worked with the lab to get them done in a rush. This to me was definitely going the extra mile! I was able to enjoy my vacation with their help. Not many people would do what they did for me and I am extremely grateful for that!
First time I went to Pearle was 2 weeks ago. Nothing special about the eye exam, but I did notice the assistant (the one that brings you into the room and has you look at a little house through a lens) asked me so do you have any plans today? THREE TIMES in 5 minutes. Very robotic. Also, they just happened to recommend contacts to me that are $80 a box. No thanks.
Extremely DisappointedI visited this facility last year. I the eye exam cool, i did like the doctor. My problem is when i returned to pick up my frames i waited awhile to get them which was okay because there was alot of people in there that day, but i watched how they handled the people that were in there picking up their glasses. They took them over, sat them down made sure that their glasses fit correctly asked them how the frames felt on, and if they were uncomfortable, they made adjustments to help them. Well when it was my turn the lady went and got the glasses, mind you i was never escorted to sit down, she came back gave me the glasses didnt even clean the lenses off, gave them to me had me put them on she did ask how they felt i said a little uncomfortable and that it was blurry she then stated well when is the last time you wore glasses, i stated its been awhile and she then said well thats why. Mind you far away distance was not blurry just close up. She also stated it will go away after awhile. So basically to drive and to read or even look at my phone i could not wear my glasses, which was the point of getting them. I called back i was given the run around basically i was not helped and i purchased glasses that I havent worn at all because i cannot see out of them. No one helped me with this problem. Then a year later i get a card in the mail for a yearly eye exam, you all never helped me the first time. All I did was lose money because i am unable to wear those glasses at all. Extremely Disappointed!!!!
Everyone there was super nice and helpful. They were amazing with my 10 year old.Thank you for your great service!
Stephanie is an amazing person who is always helpful. She knows and understands Pearle Visions products and will go above and beyond to find the perfect frames for her customers. I highly recommend Stephanie and have had many opportunities to do so. My new sunglasses and frames for my eye glasses are stunning, and I hear compliments almost daily. It is always a pleasure to recommend this Pearle Vision at 78th & Dodge. Dr. Rebecca Robinson is proactive on eye care procedures, and her prescriptions are never require a break-in period.
Very good customer service!
When I first called no insurance they told me $80.00 then when exam was completed they try to tact on an extra $35.00... I received it for $80.00, but after issue was resolved they continued to try & argue about it... very unprofessional! Then they called to say that I was no longer welcome there... I would take your business somewhere else!!!
The doctor and tech were nice, but the rest of the staff was horrible. Very unwelcoming environment. I was obviously an inconvenience to the lady that checked me in. The young woman that helped me after my exam was rude and had no idea what she was doing. Make sure you have them look up what your insurance covers BEFORE your exam. I ended up having to pay an extra $60 for a contact lens fitting because the lense brand they gave me was not covered under my insurance plan, and they didnt bother to check beforehand. I asked to have the $60 billed, so I could pay it later because I wasnt aware of the charge, and the lady rudely said If you dont pay it today you will have to take your trial pair out of your eyes and give them back to us. And on top of that, they wouldnt let me order boxes of the contacts because the doctor left right after my appointment and forgot to finalize my prescription! Just ridiculous.
I was a Pearle Vision customer for four years, and got three pairs of glasses from this location. Dr. Robinson was always nice. This one star review is for their customer service and general manager. I was told the optometrists can extend prescriptions, but the salespeople at Pearle are instructed to lie about this. They can replace the lenses even if the frames are discontinued, but the salespeople at Pearle are told to lie about this too. I found another optometrist right down the street that is locally-owned and less slimy.
Stephanie was very helpful in my selection of eyeglass frames. She was honest about what style would and would not look good on me. I will return because she was also friendly and patient while I made my decision.
We have gotten our glasses from this Pearle Vision location for years. We have always had such great service and feel like we are appreciated as customers.
Ive had my eye exam with Dr Robinson for several years. She and the rest of the staff there are always very professional and helpful.
I wish there was a 0 star. This was the worst eye care experience I’ve ever had. The employees have no clue what they are doing
Horrible service. Taken kids glasses back several times and they say nothing is wrong. Lens keeps popping out and they refuse to fix it.
Lead administration person is rude. I witness her scold her coworkers because they didnt implement the 10 minute late policy by accident. They said I was late which I wasnt according to my phone. I was upset about how the front staff was treated based on the lead persons interpretation of their policy. I have decided to take my business elsewhere.
Had a great experience. They were great to work with, speedy and my new glasses are perfect!
Secretary is so rude. I asked to speak to the Dr...she acted like that would be impossible. Im a patient, I pay insurance... I have a right.. Besides talking to her was worthless, why go through someone else when I can talk to the Dr? Plain rude. Dr was very nice but if the rest of the environment is cold, makes it hard to want to return.
On August 23rd, I called to make an appointment that was made for September 1st. I pulled my son out of school and drove all the way there only to find out that they lost our appointment. I know positively that we had an appointment because on Saturday August 25th, we went to a different location because my sons glasses had broken and we stopped in to see if they could be fixed. They told us they couldnt be fixed but that he should just tape them up because he had an appointment in 6 days. We never mentioned the appointment. She saw it when she looked up his account. So between Saturday August 25th and September 1st, our appointment was lost somehow.
Will not return. My consultant was misleading about how long it would take my glasses to be done (promising 2 days when it would actually take 10). When I followed up to check the status of my delayed order, staff I spoke with were unhelpful and apathetic. When my order was completed, I was not notified-- I had to call in to find out that my order was sitting in the office waiting for me. I tried to leave a complaint for the manager, but oddly enough, am still waiting for a call-back. Not going to hold my breath.I cant speak for the optometrist, but I was very disappointed in the customer service at this location. Hoping to save others from the same hassle.
Made the experience very easy and also very knowledgeable with whatever questions I had!
Very disappointing. Agree with everyone regarding customer service. Poor. Robotic. Honestly seems like no one knows what theyre doing... if you haveca question or concern (I promise you will) you get an answer that blames someone else & that resolves nothing. Ive gone there the last few years bc location is near my work but I will not be returning. Every exam turns into 2, 3, even 4 appts & im not sure my prescription has ever been accurate. Ive also never seen the the same Dr. I started buying my contacts online (much cheaper) & theyve been screwing up the info, preventing me from being able to make my purchase. Very frustrating. Theyre obviously making a lot of money by their ramped up prices but dont let you take the prescription you paid for elsewhere. Overall very terrible experience.
Went there about 6mos ago because of my eye insurance . customer service was awful just plain rude. Was seen promptly yet my eyeglasses where the wrong Rx. returned to see what they could do and they lied saying they are exactly the same Rx as my old glasses when clearly I have double vision with my new pair that I have not been able to wear more than 10 minutes tops but ended up paying over $200.00. Was told they would be ready in a couple days it took me more than 2 weeks and I had to call to ask for them. Went back a second time to see if they where willing to help me. The only thing I got was they damaged the frame, I was promised a new frame since they damaged it never heard back from them. The worst service ever. WILL NEVER NEVER RETURN THERE AND DO NOT RECOMEND ANYONE ELSE.
By LAW all Eye Providers must give WITHOUT YOU ASKING your eye glasses or contact lense prescription. This place will not even after you ask. You can file a complaint with the FTC if they do not. You do not have to ask, they are required to give it to you always!
They were really great and the doctor was too.
Nice clean fast
Staff is rude! We had a bad experience make sure you check your receipt. I wouldnt recommend this place to anyone
Very friendly staff and Dr. Robinson really cares about her patients.
