We had granite installed by Martins. Happy with the product and with their customer service. After we had the counters installed I decided to put a piece on a window ledge. I ordered a piece and was going to try to install it myself. When they delivered it they installed it for me. They also returned, a couple of years later, when I had a concern about a seam. Great family business. Support our local businesses.

Go to 2 or 3 other places first then come here and this will be your last stop! Excellent customer service!!! TONY N. In the showroom answered all questions about pros and cons of different stones, which colors are most complimentary to which woods, how different veining looks on different cuts and many more questions. Not once did he say I dont know. DOUG came out and did template and he clearly explained what would be done. The men who installed were here when they said they would be and did a good job. Definitely recommend this business.

If you want someplace that gives Incredible customer service.....go to Martins. I just moved to Omaha and needed a top replaced on a side table. I called them and they told me that they could help!!!! I went there and literally have never had better customer service. Every member of the staff that I met was incredible. Even though it was a very small purchase, they treated me above and beyond any company that I have ever dealt with. They even told me to bring my dog in with me when I came to pick up the piece (EXTRA BONUS POINTS IN MY BOOK) !!!!!! Thank you Martins!

Unfortunately it was not a great experience. Loved the selection and they were nice to work with when picking out countertops. The install is where we had many issues. When installing the laundry room they got the glue or whatever the adhesive is in the sink and it does not come out, leaving permanent spots all over our new laundry room sink. When they installed kitchen, one of the islands wasn’t polished correctly, they dented up our new cabinets and also did not permanently adhere one of the island countertop slabs down! Also installed the countertops with a chip in it and the seams did not match and the veining coloring was way off from one slab to another. After going back on forth with Martins on bad seams and colors (they said it was fine) we had to contact the quartz manufacturer Polarstone. The quartz manufacturer did not like they way the seams looked and coloring of the veins and they sent four new slabs to have it match and fixed it in that part of the kitchen. The rest however was not and we were left with what was not a correctly done project due to poor installers and lack of communication from Martins.
