Pretty good stuff on reasonable price. Staff is friendly and helpful. Well maintained stock and clean floors. Easy to search any item and get billing done. It has huge parking.

Since they have recently been moving things around in the store I have been getting mostly helpful associates who having been willing to help and accommodate in chaos that is their store lately. Occasionally theres a grouch who brushes me off but overall good things to say.The new Walmart app update.....2 thumbs down!!! Terrible!!! It doesnt know inventory or price of anything!! Makes the app useless!!!

If you pull up for drive-through pickup, then you better bring a blanket and a pillow.

Wow, just wow. The front of the store, somewhat okay (after three shopping carts that were all broken). The back of the store, disaster. Nothing on shelves (toy aisles), to continue to school supplies, nothing on shelves, empty boxes like stolen goods. And I dont mean that they were organizing, I mean that it looked as though someone took their hand and ran it down the shelf to remove everything. Items on the floor, smells coming from somewhere, watching out for piles on the ground with a broken cart. Then I go to the little boys section to find boxers for my 7 yo. They were all ripped apart, stolen possibly, one package out of 15 that I hope wasnt ripped apart because I bought that one. Then I went to checkout and had someone stand behind me like I was going to steal everything I purchased. Horrible store and I will never go again. The folks in Bentonville may want to look at some new management.

For two days in a row I have grabbed mulch on sale for . 75 a bag. Yesterday alone I hauled 52 bags. Had great great customer service guys out there loading them for me one gentleman was going home to do a water balloon fight and swim in the pool with his daughter afterwards it was hot out. Customer service gals were great too ringing them up..

Completely changed the store around and they check your receipts when you leave, they could just watch the lines to make sure youre paying. The same lady every time I go always hassles me, she should know me by now since Im every other day. Treat customers like second class citizens.

Got garage hour before close the Guys installed my low beams. Cheerful asked be interested in getting my headlights restored. Been wanting get them done forever. Thank you so much.

Isles were full of stock. Shelves were not. Forgot a mask, The store was out of them. Customer service area packed with merchandise. The store on Center Street is a better experience.

This store is usually well stocked, and fairly clean for a super walmart. Well lit up, and not too hard to find help when you want it.

Very upsetting to have to wait in 100 degree weather with a car running for over an hour!! Then have to drag someone down because the phone don’t work or they are to lazy to answer!Pathetic!Please get out of the business if you can’t adapt to the future!

Found everything very easily and although the self check line was long it went very quickly. The attendant was very on top of everything, showing costumers to available registers. Great job to your team Walmart!

Everything hygiene wise is under lock and key. The cosmetics are even staffed there and you have to check out there instead of checking out all together. They will close the cosmetic section if staff are not present, which caused me a bit of irritation because that’s the one thing I came there for. Also when you get to the product you want, you have to get a staff member to open it and some of them are SO rude about it. This isn’t the Millard Walmart I remember years ago and disappointed on how it’s unnecessary to lock everything up.

Out of all the Walmarts I have walked into, this one is by far the absolute worst. Stuff isn’t even all shelved. Tons of stuff is just scattered in carts, on the floor, on the wrong shelves… Target, about 2 stores down, is 500% cleaner and significantly more well managed. If you want to be able to find anything, don’t bother coming here.

Grocery on line pick up service is the worst ever. The # to call is out of service had to call main store number. Call was dropped twice. Once I got through they got name and stall # then waited another 20 minutes for someone to come.out and take my info again and that took 15 more minutes. What a joke. Think i will be going to the competition next time.

The food was great but I waited for half an hour for one sandwich while 10 large Door Dash orders were being filled.

First, having no cashiers have created longer lines. Shelves were empty everywhere. I get they are remodeling (might have done this during pandemic when it was slower). Target, Bakers, and Hy-Vee is definitely more appealing now. Customer service has dropped significantly. Its not the employees personally. I would expect lower prices now since they dont need to pay 20 cashiers.

Whole heartedly agree with negative reviews. I had stopped shopping here for months due to being told by the store manager that Walmart does not care about people who need electrical carts. I have severe tendinitis from an accident. Wow, sorry I scared you.I suggested to him and these poor unfortunates and challenged employees to simply designate someone to plug them in. Like many businesses they consider people with bad backs, sprained ankles, etc. to be a threat to their intellects .. Oh no-o-o we cant deal with them so lets all make them go away.As for other locations 50th and L has two but one is broken. I said to them also..if you see one unplugged just plug it in. They say its not their job. Big store at 72nd never has one available.Isnt it wonderful that a company does so well that they can turn business away and discriminate at the same time?I say let it be known, and pray for a business that will show walmart how to treat people right and offer a one shop experience for everyone.

I havent been here in a while, and I was surprised at how bad it has gotten. So many items were out of stock. The story was messy and the lines were very long. Every employee I saw (which wasnt many) seemed stressed out. This used to be a really nice store.

Have never had a problem with this walmart.In-store is well-stocked most of the time.Pickup has never gotten my order wrong so far.Delivery has always been extremely timely.

Floors were filthy, no carts, shelves are empty, only 3 checkers, people lined up 5 to 6 deep. I dont know what or who has happened to our store, but it has gotten so bad.Also the quality of the things from clothing to toilet paper, has gotten real cheaply made.I loved our Walmart, so please improve

Long lines. They need more self checkouts.Produce is okayish at best. Lots of time they are missing things and have it in the back. (I know this from experience when asking for a specific item)Frozen fruits are also a hit or missThe preheated food counter and deli is amazing though.I saw vomit on the floor and it was not cleaned up for the 1.5 hours I was shopping there.The long lines!!! I know I said it already but this store really needs to modernize. I will be going to different Walmarts if it can be helped

Horrible!! Shelves and refrigerated cases are always empty of product. And the new all self checkout is terrible. The machines fail all the time. And then you get stopped at the door to check your reciet. If you cant have checkers. Dont assume Im stealing. Its appalling!!!!!!!

This store is the worst for custoner service and no employees. Several times in the past week, have been told customer service is closed and store manager went hope. I will never stop in that Walmart or any other walmart ince I complete my return for clothes that were bought in the wrong size.

Popcorn was spilled all over the place. Nintendo Switch Kiosk was broken. Lines were too long. Shelves are not restocked most of the time in food areas. The only good thing is the clothes are always folded nicely.

Very very busy all the time. But the cashiers are pretty fast for as many people that are in line. It seems theyre missing a few products they used to carry but still pretty good and organized for as busy a store it is.

Same store different experience. We have been looking for lighter fluid at the 180th store several weeks. We have asked several clerks no one could find it. Today young man went out of his way to bring it to us. We were also looking for a lead to a bucket. We were also looking for a lead to a bucket. We ask the clerk where the lids were she said she had no scanner and couldnt look it up. Correct answer should have been a not sure a look for you. Its all about customer service.

Ive had very mixed experiences with this Walmart in particular... Honestly, I only go to it because its near Sams Club. Otherwise, I would visit at least two different Walmart stores before this one. In general, the staff is not very friendly and the store is always busy. Currently its under construction, but it was always a mess before too. They do have a good selection of products and most of the time, this stuff is in stock as it should be. So at least I know when I go there, I can usually get what I need. I wish I could say better about it, but its really a mixed bag when you go.

Online order. Went great. Half my order was for pickup. This worked for me this time. I would have rather had it all delivered together. Or all picked up at once. But a couple of the items for some reason wouldnt or couldnt deliver. Thats why I only gave 4 star. The pickup process is fast and hassle free. Good job!

Never any checkouts open, only self checkouts! I do like the online ordering feature and curbside pickup, pharmacy included.

About what you would expect from shopping at wal-mart. Price discrepancies from shelf to self checkout, and poorly trained staff, and employees blocking almost every grocery aisles with their personal shopper carts, with little care to move when they see you.

I’m a fan of this Walmart. Easy return lots of good products always someone there to help me find what I need! Anything I need is always at Walmart I hate how they check my recipes but I get it

They were out of everything I wanted to buy. Then when I was leaving I walked out the door in front by the pop machines. As I was going out a Walmart employee was walking in. She told my I couldnt go out those doors. I told her didnt know Walmart had hall monitors.

I was disappointed when we went and they moved a lot of things around in the store. Also, I couldnt buy my son the capri sun, little bites and jimmie dean breakfast meals he loves because they were completely out of stock. However, I liked the bigger outer aisles in the grocery area where they usually bombard you with sales.

Wal Mart Executive Group all the way down to their store managers should be treated just like I was today.....like a criminal!!!!! They are forcing people to do self check out then search the customers carts when not everything one has bought will not fit in the little cheap bags offered at self check. If they feel their customers are stealing from the store, then step up and get checkers back in place. This experience was not what I enjoyed going thru and will no longer be spending my hard earned money at WalMart.

Ive had several instances of prices not matching recently. The shelf label (for the correct item, not some random thing misplaced) says one thing and the register says $1 and change more. It would be nice if the cost of items was clearly marked instead of being a surprise upon checkout.

When youre lost trying to find something no employee will ever ask may I help you find something. Why is that so hard? Other places like best buy does. why is it so hard for WalMart?

As always, Walmart generally gas everything you need -- even when it seems to be in the middle of a remodel. The few interactions we had with the staff were wonderful, though they only had self checks open so our interactions were limited at the time.

As always, a large variety of items, making it a one stop shopping experience for some. I must say, I was NOT impressed with their bananas today. There were a lot of them, but they looked sickly. I, personally, dont purchase their packaged meat simply because what I tried in the past I was not impressed with, but many like it and it was featured as meat to purchase on Master Chef one season, which is one of my favorite shows. I had my experience prior to watching that season, so perhaps theyve improved. One can certainly hope. Im just once bitten, twice shy, I guess.

It was a decent experience, Im and out, products in stock. No complaints.

Everything is getting organized and sorts so kinda a cluster, quick at check out and easy.

Sorry there just is no wow factor in this retail chain. Nothing bad to say, I did get good service at self checkout when my card would not read.

I like the location this Walmart easy to find stuff you can pay and get out quickly you’re not in a line you know for what seems like eternity so like the area and how it runs smoothly in there

Nice People, clean store but sometimes things are not in its proper place.

Its Walmart. Always have what you need. The employees always weird me out and arent very friendly. But they have what you need for a good price.

Terrible customer service. Waited over 15 minutes and talked to 5 different employees to get formula for my baby. They keep all the formula locked up and you’re unable to get to any of it without a manager. Needless to say….. I went to target that doesn’t do that and has their formula available for customer to put in their own carts.

In and out quickly. Only issue the disinfectant wipe box was empty at both entrances.

It is utter chaos in here with the stupid self check out lines and the regular cashiers with no sense of urgency and flirting with their girlfriends. Need to get more tellers or discount my items for doing their job.

Terrible people unable to count your change back, dont know no how to to add money. If you try to go shopping there make sure you count everything you spend down to the penny before you are ready to check out.

You can only go in/out on one side in the evening. The manager says theres a sign, but if there is (didnt see one) its so small youd never see it driving by. Not appreciated. Manager appears to have no interest in acknowledging or doing anything about it.

Really cutting availability. Either they dont have it anymore or the shelves are empty. And the photo department currently is a joke. Took a disposable camera in and asked to get it developed the guy running the department said I dont no how to do that man and walked away. Went back 2weeks later and someone showed me how but its been 2 weeks and they have no clue where my prints are or how to track them down.

This was the worst visit to Walmart ever. Store was clean staff was helpful, they had every thing I was looking for, BUT. They have no live check outs only self serve. I hate self serve. The lines were ridiculously long Im not young anymore and the long time standing in line hurt my back and Jackies too. This is terrible. This is one of the larger and newer stores. Walmart s check out s have gotten worse. I avoid stores with only self serve so I will pay more to go to a store that has live check out.

So this new layout is very difficult to navigate. I am all for change and freshening the look, but they have scattered their sections, narrowed their aisles in a pandemic and honestly this new design gives me super bad claustrophobia and anxiety. Sticking with wider spaces at hyvee.

I would normally give this Walmart 4 star. I went in this evening to grab a few last minute itmes, and they were doing renovations. The renovations werent far from the fruits and veggies and there were no barriers protecting the items from any dirt/debris. Even more disturbing was the fact that the mechanical equipment being used was extremely loud and, while the workers had hearing protection, none of the Walmart employees did. This is not sage for the hearing of the employees. This oversight by management makes me second guess my decision to sop at this location.

Dirty, disgruntled employee was our cashier, and not what the Walmarts were even a couple of years ago. The conveyor belt was filthy so we wouldnt put our stuff on it.

Horrible, we waited in line to checkout for over an hour. The lines were clear back into the clothing section as there were only 4 checkout counters open. Several associates were milling around and could have easily gotten behind the counter and helped. I saw several people abandon their carts and just leave the. Plus, most of the shelves were empty of items.

I really cant stand Walmart thinking theres some kind of special place like Sams club when they demand to see a receipt. I checked out 15 ft from the door but somehow they think Ive stuffed some stolen merchandise in my cart because its too big for a meanwhile, despite the mask mandate in omaha, they allow scores of people to wander around the store without a mask.

No organization. I or at least three times trying to find green and red M&M. They were not in the candy aisle, nor in the baking aisle. I wasted 30 minutes walking around that store and I went to check out in the self-checkout. I asked the lady who works at self-checkout, do you not have any red and green plain M&Ms in a larger bag? She said yes theyre right here. They were right next to the self-checkout. Why would you put them there and not in the candy aisle? Very very frustrating.

Its Walmart...employees tend to avoid eye contact etc as if helping a customer is just crossing the line. Its almost as if they have made a pact at this particular location to not help customers unless given no other choice. They will not even try to move out of the way if blocking an aisle, just glance and look away

4May19 1825 Accessible carparking, HUGE range, logically organised merchandise, helpful staff, well lit interior, easy self checkout, McDonalds at the front door, a garden center ... awesome.Looking for iTunes gift cards before I return to New Zealand. Stopped in at this Walmart. There were the gift cards in a rack next to a cash register. I took three to the self checkout cluster and asked a Walmart store assistant if I could use the checkout kiosks to pay using cash and credit card. Yes. So easy.

What a lousy Walmart...dirty, not stocked well and NO cashier lanes, ALL Self check...pitiful. I will not be back to this store unless its a dire emergency.

The employees are very friendly and helpful. If I am not ever sure of where I might find something (although Ive been here over a million times and you would think I could shop here with my eyes closed), employees are always happy to take me to what Im looking for. For future purposes I will get names so that the employees will be acknowledged for the amazing customer service experience.

9am and they have one register that is supposed to be 20 or less to check out, however they have an elder lady and 6+ plus customers with carts full of groceries not petty items to checkout with at the self checkout, they claimed due to the pandemic THEY CANT open other full service registers, however there is a gal standing in customer service doing nothing. What kind of customer service is this all because they cant afford and will not seek out better management in placement of their existing employees? If youre behind a register at customer service you can ring up food also. Waste of wages period if u tell me.

Zero stars if possible! Worst Walmart I have been to and plan to never go back. Only went to this location because it was the only one that had what I needed in stock. Only one register open at 1pm with a long line and the slowest cashier possible. I was so frustrated waiting in line for over a half hour. It took 15 minutes just to ring ONE person up! I do not recommend coming to this Walmart, make the drive to go to any other one unless you plan on checking yourself out or waiting a very long time.

I dont know if its just this store and its MGMT team, they would rather you check your own groceries than provide the common courtesy of bringing in another checker. Now that I think about it, they dont have to pay a machine for you or me to do their job. I refuse to ever give WalMart another penny!
