I came down with what was ultimately very much a user error, and Barb was SO incredibly helpful. She took the time to sort out the problem with me, and went above and beyond to double check that everything was working. She also gave me a bunch of tips on how to go forward and really made sure I was set to go. I will absolutely be back!!
Has fabric. Buttons . thread. Rulers.zippers.Patterns. Ideas. Tables. Sewing machines. Embroidery machines. Longarm machines all sizes. Has Accuquilt machines and dyes.If they do not have on hand. It can be ordered .Everything a longarmer needs. They have or can order for you. Repair sewing machines .Just ask. Great class room.
Everyone is so nice and knowledgeable. Willing to help and answer questions. Their service department is good too.
Nice, clean store. Friendly staff. They had some fabrics I have not seen anywhere else.
I was disappointed they changed their hours without changing it online. Drove all the way there, and the sign was on the door. Had I known that, I would have gone sooner in the day, but wanted to finish my quilt top. Theyre not open on Sundays, which is also disappointing as there are people that cannot visit them during their new hours. Might go somewhere else now. Lots of choices in Omaha.
Great service as always. I stopped in to find out what needle I needed to repair a mask (made of ultra thick fabric and many layers). And she gave me some suggestions on how to get the needle to work easier. I found a couple great mens prints for masks as well.
Everyone was so nice and they walked me through the differences between the machines I was looking at. They were also super helpful with my questions about what extra needles and bobbins to get.
Dakota collectable designs for my embroidery machine. Nice fabric, too.
Professional and friendly. Extremely knowledgeable and helpful for a beginner like me. Looking forward to maybe taking some classes there this winter!
They were so helpful in my acquiring materials to finish a quilted bedspread that my mother started 70 years ago.
There are too many good things to list. First, I have met all but two employees, and I adore them. Second, they have better quality machines and are there to answer your questions--and I have made myself a pest, and they are still overly friendly towards me. Third, they carry Madeira thread and Koala furniture . The furniture line has quite a few options of product and stains so you can set up your sewing room as you want it. Finally, did I mention how sweet the employees are?
I needed an embroidery design on a CD copied to a floppy disc for my embroidery machine. Called Sew Creative to see if they could do this and they said yes so I took the CD and a blank floppy for copying to the store. The person that handles that kind of service was out so they wrote down my info. SInce I live 50+ miles away, I asked if they could mail it to me and left a return envelope and we could finalize the transaction over the phone. Heard nothing for 14 days so I called. They said they have been very busy and will do it later in the week. (I called on a Monday.) After ANOTHER 11 days and no other communication, I received the copied floppy in the mail. Really...25 days? I was going to make an embroidered gift but the birthday had come and gone. Disappointed with the service. Wont be going back.
Very nice shop, very helpful people. Only problem I can find after being a customer for a few years is the machine maintenance is done in Lincoln so it take longer to get your machine back and it is more exspensive for most things. But if your looking for a top quality machine with people who know what they are doing I highly recommend this place.
Super nice staff. Fair collect of fabric. Super welcoming and helpful.
Very nice and helpful love you he store.
They have very helpful & nice people who work there . Its also a very nice clean store with lots of merchandise. They have very pretty fabric for sale also.
Great service. A answered all my questions and me sewing again
Amazing place! The staff was friendly, knowledgeable and very accommodating.
Very helpful and friendly staff, super reasonable prices and a great selection of items
Fantastic service, fabric, machines, notions, clubs, even knits, silks, and quilt backing fabrics. I am in there a lot. It is rare they dont have what I need.
Nice ladies and very informative.
I dropped my machine off almost 4 weeks ago and was told 3-4 weeks for the service. I called today to see when it would be ready and was told they hadnt even looked at it yet. To make matters more frustrating, the gentleman I spoke (at the Lincoln location-since thats where they service everything) to couldnt even give me a timeline-just told me the guy would be back sometime next week and he would note that I had called. I would take my machine elsewhere, but the only other store I trust doesnt work on the brand of serger I have. So disappointed.
The Omaha location is rude and demeaning when you bring in a machine for repair they are unable to fix.
They are the greatest
Very helpful, and polite
Great place
Very friendly store.
Neat
No longer at this Omaha address!
