Watch Dog is a locally owned hidden fence company that came highly recommended by a neighbor as well as someone working on our home. They did not disappoint. They are more affordable than their better known competitors and are small enough that they have an outstanding personal touch. We contacted them on several occasions for training questions and technical help and they responded immediately! I would highly recommend!

Had Kodys hidden fence installed on 4/5/2021. He escaped his backyard & was hit by a car. Reason for this fence. He has a very high adrenaline level which means he loves all kids, adults & dogs. In order to contain all of his happiness Jack at Dog Watch has come out to make a few adjustments. So far so good. They are amazing people. Highly recommend Dog Watch.

We were looking to secure a small area of our yard for our Golden Doodle. We had taken out a dilapidated gate and didn’t want a fence in that area for aesthetic reasons. We priced another company in the area. We didn’t find them so helpful. Dog Watch was so easy to work with, reasonably priced and was so easy to get scheduled. They helped train our dog. They followed up a week afterwards as well. Great customer service! Would definitely use them again!

We were surprised how quickly our dogs were trained with the fence and feel confident in their safety. I would highly recommend Dog watch of Omaha. Two very polite gentleman answered every single question I had for them when they came out. We walked the yard together, they knew where the boundaries were for my yard. They trained us using our own dogs so the dogs know where the boundaries are too.Just two days for our dogs to know where they can go and not go. The only reason our wheaten Walter is still living with us is DogWatch. His energy level is explosive and with the electronic fencing, he can go outside and run to his heart’s content. When he comes back inside, he is calm and a pleasure to have.The people at DogWatch sold us the appropriate fence for our dogs. They did not leave until we were satisfied with the training process and understood how to work it. They have follow-upped with phone calls to see how things are going. Jack and his team were great! The product is amazing! We have a pit bull that began jumping our four foot fence, and we have a neighbor on hospice, that likes to sit in his back yard in the afternoon. Obvious concern! Jack came out and sized the situation up, gave us his best advice, and executed expertly and professionally. They created a perimeter (did their own low impact trenching, and used a seam in the driveway that they sealed with silicon) around the entire yard, front and back, and it works exceptionally! First day, very easy training (which they help with) and our dog Leo got it! Problem solved! We have a lot of foxes in the neighborhood and it drives Leo nuts! But the DogWatch perimeter holds him even as everything in his body and mind are telling him to hurdle the fence and chase. Same result in the unfenced front yard! This really gives us incredible peace of mind. We were looking at thousands of dollars of fence replacement to solve this problem, but Jack took care of it in under 3 hours! Really and truly a life saver!

Its almost been a week since our DogWatch fence has been installed and we are thrilled with the results. We have a 6 1/2 year old Morkie and we were a little concerned with her adapting. James came back a second time to assist and along with a few phone calls to Laura and James she is doing great. Its so nice to see her play in the yard, along with her next door dog friend (who also installed a DogWatch fence). Great experience and I would suggest Laura/James and DogWatch fence to anyone.

We absolutely LOVE our DogWatch Hidden Fence! Our Saint Bernard now has plenty of space to freely roam around our farm while staying a safe distance away from our busy country road. Laura and Jack were very easy to work with, and everything was completed in a timely manner. From the time we first called, an appointment for an estimate was set up within a couple days and installation happened within a week. Training was super easy as well, and our dog had learned her boundaries quite well within a day! The Smart Fence system we chose has also been nice as we receive text notifications and see details about our system on an app. We have been using the system for about a month now, and overall, we have been very pleased with the service and would highly recommend DogWatch Hidden Fences.

Jack Earle did a great job of meeting with us and selling the system. After install he came back 2-3 times to walk the dogs around and to confirm the fence was doing it’s job. Our dogs are very smart and learned their boundaries quickly. We have much happier neighbors now that our dogs aren’t intruding on their beach. The best money we’ve spent since we moved to our home. He is now living with us in Colorado and comes back for frequent visits. DogWatch installed the fence when the pup was about five to six months old; the dog came to live with us at about 10 months of age, so roughly four months of exposure to the hidden fence. He has been back a number of times in the last four months. When he came to live with us, we noticed certain behaviors that he exhibited in our yard around similar boundaries (we do not have a hidden fence) and he wouldnt test the boundary. Additionally, when he comes for a visit and wears his collar, its as though he was never gone -- he settles back in with the collar and knows the boundaries and respects each and every one of them.On our recent visit it was discovered that the wire crossing the drive had been cut when plowing the driveway. A quick call to DogWatch Omaha and Laura and Jack came out to assess and make the necessary repair, fitting us in to their very busy week, as our visit was short and the dog wanted to run!High recommendation for this group --thank you so very much for your help -- friendly, down-to-earth and enthusiastic folks -- best of luck with this venture!

We had an underground fence installed for our very active Goldendoodle. James, with Dogwatch was here on time and installed the fence in a timely manner. He explained everything to us, then worked with Elvis and us to show him the boundaries. I wasn’t sure it would work with Elvis but he caught on to the boundaries very fast and is enjoying being able to be outside. James offered to return if we needed any assistance but so far we haven’t had any issues and we are very pleased with this decision. The company is very easy to work with and I’d highly recommend them and the fence.

Dog watch is a puppy owners best friend! I am an owner of a very active Mini Golden-doodle puppy and was “on the fence” (excuse the pun) in investing an electric fence or a privacy fence. They train young and old dogs equally well. We had a 4 month old puppy and a twelve year old geriatric who both learned quickly.Post install they work weekends even if your fence falters. I cant tell you how much I appreciate this company! Weinstalled the Dog Watch three years ago and never had a problem. We totally forgot we even had it...except when we had our lawn aerated! We came home to the alarm that our dog wire was cut. Then we panicked- there must be multiple cuts in the wire due to the aeration machine! I called the company and they reassured me that everything would be taken care of promptly and not to worry- they came the next day! Yes, they came out and fixed multiple cuts in the wire and for such a reasonable amount-the cost of one trip only!I am so glad we went with this company! Their installation was professional and the training of the dogs(three German Shepherds) was effortless and kind. We often thought we should have done this years ago!I highly recommend DogWatch- there is none better!

While we did have a few issues in the beginning, including the fence being installed into our neighbors yard and also some issues with them not showing up for a scheduled training, when brought to the owners attention he was very prompt and got someone out to fix everything within a couple days. Also offered us a basketball hoop for our trampoline we purchased from them as well for our troubles. Even tho we had some issues they were great at getting them fixed and easy to work with, I would recommend them for your invisible fencing.

Fence was out due to what we thought was a bad connection, service guy showed up within a couple of days and discovered very quickly the cause of our issue. Rabbits had chewed a section of the wire. The problem was fixed immediately, the wire was reburried as I took off back to work. We were very pleased with the service and would highly recommend DogWatch to anyone.
