This place is amazing. The service provided is second to none. Staff is knowledgeable about many genres of games, and are excellent in recommending a new game to all levels of gamers. When I was newer at board gaming, they recommended entry level games and as I progressed over the years, the games recommended became more complex. Walking into the store the first time can be a daunting task with games EVERYWHERE. This store makes navigating them easy.

Walked in and they demanded we wear a mask even though there is no mandate at this time. Went to Dragons Lair instead. Love this store, but just done with the mask thing.

Excellent game store. My wife is a novice board gamer and more interested in co-op games. We were helped by a very knowledgeable staff member who helped us discover several games and reasonable prices that we have enjoyed for months of COVID. I look forward to trying out MTG at this store!

Game Shoppe is by far the best board game shop in Omaha. Every staff member Ive talked to has been knowledgeable and friendly. They have a broad and detailed selection, with new additions coming in constantly. I cant recommend this store enough, dont buy your Games from anywhere else!!!

Visiting from another state and stopped in on a whim as my wife and I are gamers. They have an absolutely insane amount of tabletop games of all varieties!! The shop attendant was very helpful in locating some titles for us and mentioned what games they had for demo purposes. They had a fairly good sized play area in the back of the shop for either gaming or minis painting. Would highly recommend this shop for locals, visitors and new gamers!

I died and went to mini heaven.I spent half an hour in that store and barely saw all that was in this mini painting nirvana. All the paints you could ever need, minis from every company, super clean and organized, extremely helpful staff...can I give this place six stars Google?

They have a huge selection of new games for sale in addition to a nice clearance section. If you are looking for gaming activities this is the place to go. Shelves of open games can be played most anytime. This is great to try out a game before buying or to just play a game with friends you don’t own already. Couples painting is offered and many more activities. If you’re a gamer than I recommend checking them out.

This is one of the greatest game stores Ive ever had the pleasure of sitting and playing. They have such a wide range of board games and RPG games of tabletop games, you will not be lacking enjoyment. They also have tables available to those who wish to gain gather and enjoy each others company. I love being able to come and play with my friends. not to mention a lot of restaurants actually delivered here too so I dont have to worry about not having dinner.

Enjoy visiting to pick up my monthly magazine. The staff have known me for quite some time, and have see me develop as a person. They have always been supportive, friendly and engaging when I visit the shop. I have not been able to do any game events with them, however they continue to help me with my hobbies and encourage me to come back, visit and take the time to engage with the other players.Overall, great location with great people. Quite a few different selections for miniature board games, plus they have the Warhammer line of products. Interested in Magic The Gathering, then they can help you there. How about Dungeons and Dragons, they are more than happy to assist and give you paint tips if you are struggling. Great store and wish I could spend more time visiting with the staff and the player base.

I cannot recommend The Game Shoppe enough. Both stores are clean and inviting. The staff is amazing no matter who is behind the counter. The shelves are stocked with everything a nerdy gamer heart could ever want, and if they accidentally dont have it, they will get it for you. 10 stars, because 5 is not enough, but all Google will allow me to display.

The Game Shoppe has a wide selection of table top and board games. Their games cover a variety of ages, interests, and complexity levels. In addition, they have a large area set up to play the games in the store. Plus, you dont have to buy or bring your own games, their wall of demo games includes a nice selection of classic and new games to pull off and play.

Great place to find new and interesting games. Not only do they have an amazingly huge selection, but its all organized very well by genre to find similar games to what you like. The staff is also super helpful and knowledgeable about their games. They were great to talk to and recommending games that my friends and I would enjoy based on our previous favorites, or just finding fun games in our favorite genres. Definitely worth a walk through.

Cool atmosphere and huge selection of board games! The staff are friendly and engaging, and I enjoyed a long engaging conversation about all things board games. They seem to have some less common titles here, and they have an awesome huge loan library so you can try games before you buy. There is a regular schedule of events and plenty of tables for playing in the store.

Visited here yesterday with my family looking for good family and other group games. I asked one of the ladies for help finding games for my friend group back home, and she helped me look at a few games catered to the skill and interest level of my friends back home. The games she showed me were perfect for my casual player group and I had a tough time licking from the several great options.My family ended up playing Pitchstorm last night after I bought it, and there were hours of boisterous, raucous laughter thanks to ther good people who work here!

I wish I remembered her name, but the lady who helped me was very friendly (welcomed us as soon as we walked in the door) and was very knowledgeable. I came in originally looking for another came which unfortunately they did not have. She informed me that game can only be purchased online because they dont distribute. I asked her if she knew of any games similar and right away she was guiding me around the store showing me games and explaining them in detail. She ended up showing me a game that sounded even more fun than the game I was looking for and promptly made the purchase. These guys rock and their selection of games is huge. Definitely check them out next time youre looking for a game.

Amazing store with a ton of having options from toddler to family games to full on table top games and RPGs. To add to that, they have a wall of games and tables for customers to go in and play games with each other. They also host several free gaming nights each week. Finally, a family friendly atmosphere is maintained making it a great place for all ages.

First time visiting here. Was extremely impressed by the gal that helped us, she was very knowledgeable and friendly. The inside is spacious and they have tables set up for testing games if you want to try! 2 bathrooms and TONS of games. I swear they had every game I asked about, WOW!
