One of the best hardware stores. The employees are knowledgeable and helpful. Never had to look to find someone either - they find you and offer to help. The store has everything you need, isnt a massive big box store. Organized and clean. Recommended.

Cant figure out how they get so much stuff in so little space, and well organized. Very friendly staff, and knowledgeable, just ask... youll see. Personally, I see more helpful smiles here. Even if youre not lost or searching you will get asked if they can help! Paint, lawnmowers, BBQ accessories, bug spray, bird feeders, hoses, tools, screws, nuts, bolts, EVERYTHING.

They have about everything you are looking for. Theyre smaller so they dont carry as much as the depot or Menards. Good garden department. I would say they are a little more pricey but they do have decent sales. The location is very convenient as its on my way home from work.

I purchased a Blackstone Griddle from Ace, and took advantage of the free assembly and delivery they offered. My delivery was awesome, but later I noticed the side fold- up shelves were installed with the magnets and accessories hooks on the back side of the grill. I guess I shouldnt be too critical, as it was free, but comon man!! Read the book, and look atcthe pictures on rhe box!! #workforce2021...

I hadnt been here for years. But holy cow is fun. They have a Hallmark in the front, I needed a weird part and sure enough they had it.

Bought a brand new mower started for 1 minute then the engine seized. They told my senior citizen dad that if you bought a new car and the engine blows you dont get a new one. But you get to test drive cars and I guarantee if the engine blew up after a minute I wouldnt be stuck with the car. Mowers been at their shop for a week with no updates why we have to pay to get a lawn service to mow

Very clean place to shop. Better prices then most home and garden stores. People here are more knowledgeable and down to earth.

Ordered items online for curbside. After hours of waiting, called the store to question status. The manager said he would check and call me back. Then I received an email saying the order was ready. Arrived and order was not complete. They advised the remaining order would be later that week and they would call when ready. They never called. I called asking about the status and they said it was ready. Then I received the ready to pick up email. The online store was horrible, and the customer service was about the same. Will not return.

This is one of the best hardware stores in town in many ways. If youre looking for thatvhard to find screw or bolt they have one of the largest selections here of specialty fasteners. Theyre also amazing for anything BBQ or smoker related as well. LOVE THIS PLACE! ❤

Theres tons of options and types on plants that you can get in good price. But the herbs section, most of them are not in good condition.

They told me on the phone that there was a military discount but when I got there, the cashier said it was no longer allowed. Management told me Military discount is still available but not for power equipment.

They had large choice of annuals AND perennials at affordable prices, and staff was very helpful. Store is not too big, entrance next to exit close to parking lot - very convenient in this social distancing situation, and a nice young man helped me with propane tank exchange. Loved my trip to this store today, I am going to make it my go-to store for the foreseeable future.

Its always really easy to find exactly what you are looking for. Also I like the new layout of the checkout counters. It makes it much easier to be in and out quickly

I dont go here often, but I generally like this store. The store is ALWAYS clean and there is a good selection of items you would expect to find in a hardware store. This time, though, one guy seemed put out that he was asked a question and basically said, We dont have any. Try back tomorrow after we get a truck in. It may not be on that either. I dont know. Maybe he was having a bad day, but dont take it out on the the customer.

Ive been wanting to finally get a nice gas grill, tank, cover and with many options wanted to support a small business. I knew that I didnt have time for that tonight but had decided on Westlake. Was just going to scope it out on my way through to get a spade. They all seemed so dull. No one around. Went to the woman at the back counter and she dismissively said someone would be right over. Ten minutes later I return, and she rudely acted like it was my fault.Guess who wont be getting a grill and all the fixings at Westlake.

Will you ever find a friendly more helpful staff? No. No you will not. This Ace has got the boots on the ground, and they are there to service customers. Could it be more affordable? Yeah, probably.

Overpriced and poor customer service. Placed an online order, received cancellation notice of half the order the next morning (after they already charged my credit card the full order amount), sent confirmation that order was ready for pickup (what was left of it), then told me they weren’t open yet when I arrived at the store (apparently 7 minutes before they opened) so I’d have to wait (no apologies for the confusing order issues or the early notification).

Check out line is currently a little confusing since Covid reconfiguring. Also, masks are required, per sign on door, but apparently not enforced very well as several customers were without. As always, staff is very helpful!

The wave pool out back is the part & no larvae, this time of year.

Always great service even as we arrived at the end of the day. Quick to find what we need and get it from back stock. Always a fun adventure to look around and shop here. A nice highlight is the addition of Hallmark and more gift items.

This is the best hardware store in town in my opinion. I always go here unless my order is so large that I need one of the big lumber yards. I hope Westlake is here to stay for a long long time.

Great old fashioned hardware store. Needed a certain bolt, and was able to find it quick and easy here. Staff really knows what they are doing, and are really helpful. Great selection of outdoor grilling items, too.

Westlake Ace Hardwares garden section has a great selection at very reasonable prices. I get my Chef Jeffs tomato plants there every year. They also have some really great pre-made hanging baskets. Overall great experience.

Placed an order online for curb side pick up. Instructions were to call a number. In hold for over 5 mins. Called again, transferred to a person. What did you order? Lol isnt it on your system? She said Ill check. Click. Phone goes dead. Called for a 3rd time. Lesson learned. Just gonin the store.

I just wanted to thank Brittney for going way above and beyond the call of duty. After my wheelchair collapsed when a loose nut/bolt popped out we managed to locate the bolt but not the nut. Brittney not only helped my aunt locate the nut we needed she came out to the car with my aunt and took a few minutes out of her busy day to help reinstall it. I cant thank her enough, nor can I say enough about the amazing staff you folks have in your employ.

I liked this store because I could get white Rubbermaid large dish drains and mats. When I went back to purchase another one they hadnt restocked their supply. I tried another location and was unsuccessful.

Mark in the paint department! Paint master ! He was genuinely there to help us get the color we were after. He asked all the right questions and responded to all our simple questions! Hes the best! Highly recommend driving out of your way to get paint from Mark! ... hope you get that motorcycle tuned up.

Usually a fine place where I begin my Spring planting. This morning I ran into several obstacles. I chose Back to Nature compost/mulch, which the clerk rang up incorrectly. The young man loading told me so; back I went inside. Finally the order was correct. The young man proceeded to load the WRONG bags of compost; when I pointed this out, he simply said, Theyre the same, just different bags. I insisted on Back to Nature. Hands on hips, he declaims, Whats the difference? Young man, Im a paying customer at your store who ordered a specific item! Note to manager: Please address this issue.

One of the best Ace Hardware Stores in the area. They had the things that they advertised and what I needed. The Clerk was very personable and a great help. I will go back to this store.

Be Cautious!!!Over all Ive have good experiences here till today. I needed paint and was trying to take advantage of a buy one get one free deal. Apparently between the first time I did this and the second the deal went to exterior only. I told the person multiple times thats what I was doing and she mixed the paint anyways. It wasnt till I got to the register and was checking out that I was told I could not get that deal. The cashier even checked with the same person that helped me to find out this information. The dismissal of the fact that I was misled and the misleading its self will make me more cautious of this location in the future.
