Good place to load. I had a 1 pm appointment for pickup, i called them at 8am, they told me load was ready, I showed up at 9 am and was loaded by 9:40am. A 40 minute load time is excellent. Shipping department works fast

The guy in the receiving has a very bad attitude with the drivers! He will make you wait even if you are like 5 minutes earlier than your appointment! I think he enjoys that 🤷🏻‍♂️

Lots of room to get into the docks, FC/FS, dont get here before 7 am, they shut the gates and youll have to wait on a train track infested, 2 lane road for them to open.Great place!

Unfortunately I had not read a review on the half once of silicon grease I purchased at my local hardware. In my mind a grease is a smi-solid material and not a liquid, while opening the container and holding it sideways it all poured out of the can onto the floor and my pants, nowhere on the package did it mention that it contained a liquid and not a grease. Needless to say that I Im not a happy purchaser of this product, also it will be a cold day in hell before I purchace a William H Harvey Co. product of any kind. Thank you though for uninformative packaging, keep up the good work!

Got here 6 hours before my appointment, no problem, they loaded me anyway, the lady in charge of the docks was super awesome.

Food was delivered really quick, driver was super nice. But something went wrong with my online order. It took the pizza off my order, i think because i changed delivery locations and the special deals changed because im from a different state. So instead of pizza wings and pull aparts, i got wings and pullaparts. Very depressing, but it didnt charge me for the non existent pizza.

I purchased a 1/2 ounce container of silicone grease. Upon opening the container I found a liquid, not a grease. I contacted customer service and, in a matter of fact manner, the lady said they changed to a liquid. If I was not satisfied I should take it back to the store. The carton stated silicone grease, the one container stated silicone grease. Now I cannot complete my job and must make a round trip back to the store to return product. I am not a happy camper.George Otterman

The were staging my load when I arrived, got loaded 2hr early. Pretty smooth warehouse.
