Dean, the manager of this location, was extremely helpful in identifying the best unit to meet our needs. The entire facility was clean and well-kept. Prices were reasonable in comparison to other units in the area. Meeting with Dean gave me confidence that my belongings would be safe and under good care while stored there. It was nice to have no high pressure sales pitch, just good honest service from Dean.

The facility and staff are fantastic! The facility is always clean inside and out. Snow is removed quickly in the wintertime. Extra shoutout to the manager, Dean, that continues to show exceptional customer service. Dean goes above and beyond to see to it that things are squared away!

Highly recommended. Very secure and clean. The indoor space is nice and convenient to access. Dean has been very helpful in helping us choose the right unit and seeing that the surroundings are well-kept. We appreciate the security controlled access and the available flatbed carts make it easy to unload. The first month free was a nice feature as well.

The good: Nice new facility, well lit and clean.The bad/annoying: They clearly advertise 1st month free on their website and also on flags on the drive to the office, but I was given half off first month and told that only certain units qualify but couldnt specify which ones did. Now 3 months later theyve sent me a notice letting me know their rate is increasing 25%. Not impressed at all with essentially bait and switch tactics and increased fees very shortly after moving everything in.

I have rented a unit here for approx. 6 mos., and I have been totally impressed with Dean, the manager. He has always been friendly and accommodating, and keeps the facility spotless, inside and out. I have recommended several people to this 192nd & Edna location just because of Deans top notch customer service.

Dean was very helpful in getting our storage units and the customer service was outstanding. And for the storage units themselves are very very clean and well taken care of. Dean takes a lot of pride in his units.

Couldn’t be easier to get a unit! Signed up online, showed up with my emailed code, rolled up to my assigned unit and there is my lock ready to go! Super clean facility. Wish there was power in my outdoor unit and access after 10PM but oh well, sometimes you can’t have the cake AND eat it too lol

Let me start off by saying this is a very nice facility. The staff has only ever been extremely friendly. However, we got a storage unit from them a year and a month ago. We started by paying $144 which was a fair price. They about 3 months in they increased the price to $200 a month(which at this time my husband and I were deployed overseas so we had no option to move our stuff). Now as of July, we will be paying $260 a month. In just over a year they have increased the price by about $120. I understand they change the price due to market value, but a $120 increase is outrageous. We have been home for about a month and we will definitely be looking into other facilities.

Love this place! Its been a great experience from top to bottom. New, very, very clean facility. Its safe and organized very well and easily accessible. The customer service is always kind, courteous, and professional. They really make you feel like your business is important to them, especially Dean. Dean has just fantastic to work with, and has gone absolutely above and beyond his normal duties. Hes a tremendous asset to their firm.

Nice facility with very helpful/responsive staff. Note that the costs do increase from the introductory rates after only a few months (the only reason I knocked off a star). My rate on a medium-sized unit increased around 150% over two years for reference. Even so, Id happily recommend them to a friend for short- or medium-term storage.

This place will offer you the lowest intro rate and within 3 months it almost doubled. That’s how they get people with there internet special. BEWARE BEWARE BEWARE once your stuff is in here they will hike up your rates. The guys that work in the office are awful with the exception of Dean he is very helpful. Oh and if you pay late it’s a $50 late fee after 5 days and they lock your unit! HUGE RIP OFF DONT RENT HERE. They are scammers, and super shady about the supposed rent increases 2-3 times yearly

We were in need of some temporary storage of our furniture and belongings as we are building a new home. The no contact rental on their website was flawless! The next morning our unit was ready with our locks waiting in our unit. The facility is so well kept, clean and the manager is great, friendly, couldnt have picked a better place!

BEWARE OMAHA: The onboarding experience is really good. The staff was very helpful and kind. The rental rate is the issue. In July we started with a rate of $109/mo., now in Oct we were informed we will be paying $158/mo. HUGE increase. This new increased rate due to market conditions is not reflected on their website. So it their business practice to lure the customer in by their standard monthly rate, then raise the rent above the surrounding businesses. SUPER SKETCHY BUSINESS PRACTICES.UPDATE: I spoke with a representative of my location at Extra Space Storage regarding my dissatisfaction with the rate increase. The representative discussed my grievance with management and they met me halfway on the increase. I am still not happy with the business practice, but they were willing to work with me a little on the monthly rate increase so I am moving my 1 Star to 3 Stars.

This storage facility is super clean and easy to access. Their doors are placed so that most, if not all, of the climate controlled units are close to a door for loading and unloading. I enjoyed doing business with Hollie here in Omaha. The process was easy and selection was good. One bit of feed back I can provide is to make it clear that the insurance, which is required, is in addition to the quoted rate of the storage unit. I was quoted the rate without the required insurance. When the final fee was calculated the insurance was included. I had made the rental decision based on the rate without insurance. This has made the cost unaffordable. Luckily my home owners insurance does cover contents of a storage locker so I will not have to purchase the extra coverage. $50 monthly is excessive for insurance coverage.Larry L AndersonOmaha, NE

What we thought was a great storage place ended up not being the case! We had emptied out our unit 5 days after our payment came out we called and canceled and asked for a prorated amount back from our payment and they refuse to refund us! Nothing like paying over $100.00 for 5 days and now they are going to keep our money and rent that storage unit to another person! Even though Hollie told us to call at least 6 days before the payment is due and they would refund us the difference! Clearly that was a lie! Absolutely disappointed!

We have used this storage place but they keep raised the rate at least twice a year. This place offers new people a rate 170.00 on website as of today. But in a year we are paying 246.00 and gave no notice of raising their rates either. I would not rent from this place ever.
