My experience was great. It was super easy setting everything up online and within a few hours I was moving my stuff in. The manager...his name was either Tom or Tim..I cant remember now but he was very nice and helpful and showed me how to lock my unit. Very appreciative of that! I think I made the right choice. And this location is right behind a cop station which gives me more ease of mind when it comes to security.

We are new to the Omaha area and needed to set up a storage unit quicky so we could return our moving truck. The process was so easy even my sleep deprived set it up in no time. The manager was awesome and helped walk us through everything, even giving us a tour. The app access, automatic doors, and lovely ac are the three things that I personally thinks this place goes above and beyond. Plus it is right next to the police station plus had cameras everywhere.

I have never had a bad experience dealing with any of the staff at this location. Public Storage hires fine people. The property is clean and well kept. The prices are fair and equal to or cheaper than current market rates. If all the locationd are like this one than public storage will be around for a long time. Five stars all the way.

Great location and fair pricing. This facility is new and everything is clean. I was able to set up the entire rental unit online in a few days with no issues. Facility is also in a secure location, with cameras, and a police station right down the street.

Location stays neat and tidy, customer service is always awesome and helpful. Easy to access right off Fort street exit and interstate. Location in all a great access easy to use and safe for my things. Tom is always helpful when need be. I will recommend location and service. Rates are a bit high if I had anything negative to say just the rates.

I was having trouble with my lock on my storage unit. Kristen was great in assisting me though getting it fixed and replaced. I appreciate all of her experience and professionalism while we solved the problem

I’m moving to another state and have never gotten a storage unit I came In to the wiseman location when the girl allana was about to go on break and she postponed her break just to give me a tour and explain to me how everything works! I really appreciated all her help and was very happy with my experience.

Not a bad place. Seemed pretty clean. I had a 20ft Uhaul towing an auto transport trailer. I could maneuver the truck and trailer, but its not as much space as they made it seem. Only 1 gate in and 1 gate out.

Nice secure business and Ive known Tom for many years. Great guy, helpful and pleasant. If you need storage, go see Tom- he will take good care of you.
