If you are first visit, they are going to give you new and good vehicle.If you’re repeated customer, they’re going to give you, unconditional vehicle. I think this is 7th time I’m taking truck from same location. My issue isShowing on screen : Service air bag and driver and passenger side doors not working. I told to FD guy. He said, will fix once you return the vehicle. Just reminding FD guy, I didn’t take free...I paid money and took it. So you should be provide to the customer conditional vehicle.Bad bad bad bad bad bad bad bad bad bad. Please select different location or else go to Penske truck rental.

Rude worker, went there with an ID they said driver license so I asked Ive my Saudi licences would that work so they say yes I go grab it come back that worker said sorry that wont work here bud, so now Ive to go all the way to Maple to get a u haul since they accept my license from Saudi what a mess no organization in their shop what so ever !
