Went to the downtown location Saturday to pick up raised bed soil after getting a super fast email from Maggie that they were open and we could come down anytime. The service was fast and Maggie explained a bit about how they take local organic waste and turn it into compost. The soil we left with looks great and has a consistent loose texture. I highly recommend!

Soil Dynamics is INCREDIBLE! Just picked up their raised bed garden blend, compost and mulch all for under $30, to fill 10 cu ft.! Their staff is SUPER helpful, friendly, and responsive. Their product is 100% local and super nutrient-dense. They partner with local schools, the zoo to collect food scraps, etc. for their blends. Totally recommend!

Ive been to their composting facility and their drop off site down town and this is a much better way to manage waste than a landfill. Having also visited a landfill, I would say that composting is less stinky, takes up less space, and results in a useful product, while landfills exist as testament of humanitys filth, laziness, and thoughtlessness.
