I always have a great experience at this UPS store. The owner and the people who work there are the best. Especially Carly who went out of her way to help me. She came out to my car to help me carry in my big box and also made sure it was all sealed up. The service is great and the people are friendly

Carly was very diligent And very easy to deal with. Yesterday I needed files pulled off of a thumb drive and printed on 11 x 17 paper blown up to scale for some very important building permits. She did not even need direction from me and took over and got it right the first time. I can’t tell you how much I appreciate good quality customer service, as a business owner it is very very important to me! Carly is an asset to this franchise !! Thank you

I’ve used this store since they opened and have had them print several drafts of manuscripts, shipped many packages over the years and our historical society uses a box here. Staff is friendly, the owner is professional and obviously takes pride in his store. Highly recommend this UPS store.

I have NEVER had a bad experience here!!! The employees are always more than friendly and greet everyone that walks through the door. They go above and beyond for their customers. I often need to use their notary services and their notary hours are way more convenient than other UPS stores!!!

This past year Ive been making quilts and sending to family and friends. I always go to this UPS Store, they always have the right size shipping bag and are always so careful to seal it correctly. They are always friendly, professional and helpful.

Store says opens on Sundays staring at 11, sign in window says opens Sundays at 11, but it’s just after Noon and store is locked and closed; no answer on the phone; no sign in the window to say closed today; and not a federal holiday... No communication. Bummer.

I have had the greatest experiences here. On 12/2/20 the nicest dynamo multitasked so he could help another customer and I at the same time. The guy was so upbeat and hustling!!! It was the holiday rush and 2020...he was still smiling.I’ve always shipped USPS...I don’t know why they were my default. But since Amazon uses UPS as a drop off I did my shipping for work for the first time at UPS/this store. God bless the post office, but I’m doing my shipping here from now on. Thank you to the fellow, I hope you know how much a smile and good vibes can impact someone’s day:)

Came here after the service was inadequate @ the UPS off 204th Street where the guy working there was dismissive & rude.The associate @ 204th UPS was super nice, helpful, patient and helped problem solve to get done what I needed to get done. She was AMAZING!Man alive, What a night & day difference in the service!!

I use this place a lot for shipping boxes and for printing, their prices are more reasonable then other shipping/printing companies. 😉

The customer service at the UPS store is excellent. Above and beyond my expectations. They take the extra step to do things correctly and high quality, when it comes to printing, laminating, flyers, and carbon copies for contracts. And of course shipping. They even do notary services!Recently we sent project over for color copies & laminating. It turned out great thanks to Justin and his Graphic Artist who ended up fixing my alignment in my file sent. The layout I emailed over wasnt right. They saw this and fixed it prior to printing so it would look better.Not only that, but when I went to pick it up the completed projects, the owner explained and showed all of this to me AND then downloaded on a jump drive to the corrected file.This is the kind of store I l want to do business with as a fellow business owner. Every time I use this store the customer service is outstanding. The staff, especially Justin, make the process so easy and even package things for me when I am not sure what size box is needed, whereas other shipping stores might tell me which box or package to use but then I have to package the items. Thanks for making all of my shipping needs so easy!

The owners of this UPS Store are awesome. Went way above an beyond to help me with a shipment to Canada. I ship here about once a week.

I would give zero stars if I could. This store regardless of owner (friends) shipped my package to the wrong place. I paid $2 for a printed piece of paper that had the wrong shipping label address on it. I called and they could do nothing about it. I was told I was pestering them because they could not help me and they said not to call back again. I would not ever recommend this location.

20 minute delay makes them ship it the next day after it was supposed to be delivered.

To charge $1 for a piece of packing tape to affix the label when shipping through them is a rip off.
