I was a very loyal customer to postal zone, until now. Every week I have multiple shipments I send out for my business that come with prepaid shipping labels that include payment of postage. In the past it was no big deal to drop off the packages with the label already printed and it would be taken care of. Now all of a sudden I am charged for the label having to be taped when this wasn’t ever communicated to me. I would be more understanding if I was aware that I would be charged for “tape” and I could bring my own. Terrible customer service to a very loyal customer therefore I will not be returning.

I have gone to postal zone for many reasons. I have always been help within a timely manner. The staff are really pleasant they even help out with my packages. So I do visit them quite often. Its excellent customer service!!!

The gentleman there was extremely helpful. I didnt purchase anything but he was willing to give price estimates and automatically find the cheapest shipping service (UPS, USPS, FEDEX)

I always go here if I need to mail a package. The staff are smart and friendly. They help you pick the least expensive way to ship your item the way you need it shipped and how fast it needs to be delivered. And they will package things for you. Theyre the best in Omaha!

Ive been shipping packages, and bringing shredding here for several years. The service has always been courteous, friendly and helpful. While coming here is a bit out of my way, its definitely worth it!

Great customer service! Ive shipped quite a few packages out of here and they always take great care of me. They even will box up my things and send them on their way. The location is also easy for me to get in and out of on my home from work.

Everyone at Postal Zone has been wonderful each time I’ve been in to send packages. My husband had a very important package that was damaged by the carrier, and the owner went out of his way to help provide us with security footage that proved that the package was in tact before the carrier picking it up. We will use them for all our shipping needs in the future!

Very helpful employees. They may be slightly higher priced than going directly to the Post Office, UPS, etc. But they will always show you the best way to ship.

We have chosen Postal Zone for nearly all of our postal-related needs. The staff is consistently patient, helpful, knowledgeable, and pleasant. They treat customers well and make sure to take time so that you make the best mailing choices...thereby saving the customer money. This business is superb!

I use Postal Zone to mail packages all the time and they do a great job. They have all kinds of options for shipping and they are quick and easy to work with. They provide a tracking number on the receipt when you drop it off and they are always very friendly. We have used other local shipping companies before but none of them are as good as Dan and his crew. It helps that it is close to our warehouse for Claxton Fireplace Center.

I used this service to mail a first class bill to Chase Visa with my payment. Chase never got it!!! I called Postal Zone and politely explained the situation and the guy that works there was rude and told me all the mail goes out!! Nothing he could do since I didnt have it tracked. Then continued with his rude attitude and stated that its not his problem! I was polite and respectful but he was rude and then hung up on me!!! Really? I dont recommend using them since my payment is now missing. Next time I will drive further to a regular US Post Office.

This place is a rip off for shredding. Made the mistake of coming during lunch rush and they won’t help any shredding customers while other customers are in the store to keep the costs low a sign read. Called around and they are the same price but you’ll wait and hour and they have horrible customer service. The’ve got one guy working there and I didn’t blame him but they shouldn’t be running a “secure shredding” business. I also didn’t feel it was very secure as shredding took place in a back room with a fuzzy camera recording zoomed in on only the documents entering the shredding.

I used to come here for free shredding up to 5 lbs and any other shipping needs but the free shredding up to 5lbs is what had attracted me as a customer. Well apparently they dont do that anymore (as of 2 months ago, I was told), and not only that, they charge you for the weight of the container you bring it in as well- and they didnt mention any of that before purchase. So I paid really half the weight of shredding in the weight of my container! Will not come here again.
