Do not use this store. They can not be trusted with your items. If you use them make sure to get the insurance as the items will be “lost” and they will just let corporate take the $100 hit on a claim. Also don’t expect them to make any effort with contacting you regarding your “lost” item or claim information. Use FedEx or USPS!

The Good: Store was clean and staff was attentive.The Bad: I prepaid for a label, my printer died, I took my item to the store figuring they could print the label there. I was charged a printing fee for printing a UPS label. Again - I was charged a printing fee, at a UPS store, for printing a UPS label. A third time for effect - a UPS store charged me to print a UPS label.Ive freely printed shipping labels at the Maple St. FedEx before. Lesson learned - shipping providers DO actually matter.

Terrible service. Very rude. Was also charged a fee to print their label! THEN I had a return and the item was shipped with a return box. This store told me that they only ship using their boxes that they sold for $6!!! Went to another location that printed their label, let me use the return box, and treated me professionally. Never again maple location!!

My mom was in Sioux City for a few weeks taking care of my older sister that just had major surgery and asked me to check the mail and watch the house for her. I got a slip on her front door stating that there was a package at this office to pick up. I went to this office and was treated very unprofessionally. The employee treated me like I was a porch pirate, and then proceeded to ask me why my mom and I did not have the same last name. This is very unprofessional and sad. They must have new management or something because the people that worked here the last time I came in werent nearly as unprofessional.

Called to see if they had a notary available. Employee told me to call tomorrow to see if they would have one as they don’t know in advance. I think if this is a service the store offers, they should know.

I had a delivery of medical equipment for my husband. It was raining and even though the cars were in the driveway showing we were home. The deliveryman dropped off the package and didnt knock or ring the doorbell. So the package sat in the rain until I went to check on the mail. The box was so soaked I could hardly pick it up without it falling apart.

I have never had a bad experience here - theyve always been fast, efficient and accurate. I would absolutely continue to use this location in the future. For reference, I ship/receive around 10 packages a month from this location.

We have an account here and have done business with these people for at least 15 years. They are courteous, helpful and welcoming every time we come into the store, no matter how large or small our shipping.We also love the convenience of this store for all of our personal and business mailings. Theyre really GREAT!!

Its been a great little UPS store, handy to have close to us to be able to drop packages off, and pick up shipping materials as well! My Wife and I even had a couple of pictures taken there for our United States Visas, which when searching seemed to be the most reasonable place to do it at cost wise. :)

This is a little complicated so bear with me and Ill try to make this as short an easy to understand as possible. 5 years ago my fiance and I had a P.O. box at this location. We broke up and he moved away, but still had paid the next 2 months in advance. He spoke to someone at the UPS store and told them I could keep the box for the duration since it was paid up. We were both in there almost daily and they knew both of us. I also called and confirmed that I could use the box for the 2 month duration and also requested to buy the box after his lease was up. I really didnt want to have to change my address and didnt mind going there to pick up mail. About 2 weeks later I went to pick up my mail and they told me I didnt have anything. The woman I spoke to on the phone was the woman working at the store that day and there was another employee I was also familiar with. I didnt think it was terribly unusual that I didnt have any mail after 2 weeks and I left... but on my way out I hear the other employee say that was weird. I came back again 2 weeks later to pick up my mail this time after ordering a $200 bedroom set and instructing it to ship to the UPS store. I was told again, by the same woman whod been there previously and whom Id spoke to on the phone that I had no mail. I stated that I knew I had mail by now, it was a month and I had ordered things online that should have been delivered. She finally admitted that shed cancelled the mailbox and sold it to someone else. Not only was it paid up for 2 more months by my fiance, but she had given her word that I could buy that box when the term was up. Additionally, when I was there two weeks prior she didnt even bother to tell me what she already knew- that I wouldnt be receiving mail. She allowed me to continue to give people that address and arrange items to ship there for an additional 2 more weeks. I was also in the middle of a civil suit and missed several important legal documents, medical bills, etc. as a result of this.Ive complained several times to UPS regarding this and no one ever replied to any emails. This was extremely deceptive- if not illegal.

The people at the store were helpful and informative. First giving me a quote for my shipping needs, then full pricing once everything was weighed and options sorted out. I believe Ill keep using this location just for the people running the storefront.

I was driving from about 15 minutes away and called to ask about a notary service I needed. The person who answered immediately asked to put me on hold. 10 minutes later I get asked to be put on hold again. I was able to finish my route to the ups store and walk in before I was taken off hold the second time.

HORRRIBLE!!!!! My husband went to this location because it was close to where he was and was there early in the morning with a handful of other people. The cashier was struggling to keep up with her job and my husband left my package which is fabric from my WEDDING DRESS with her to finah at a later time to not rush her anymore than need be. Didn’t think there would be an issue but it became a HUGE issue. My dress was to go over seas to a lady that was going to make t into a bear with the material. It typically should take 3-4 weeks she said. We mailed this it on JANUARY 26th. A month later I checked to see if it had arrived but no luck. I looked at the tracking number and it said IT NEVER LEFT THE STORE! So I go to the business and was told there’s no way my package is still there and maybe it just didn’t ge scanned but will end up sill going where it needs to go. So I was told to wait a week and see. Nothing. So I yet again have to call back and see why it still hasn’t arrived. The first gentlemen I spoke oh told me they had cameras at the building but no one is able to supposedly help me look at them o make sure my package actually left the building an didn get thrown out as TRASH! I have gone in circles with this stupid place and here I am 2 months later still not knowing where my package is! This is my CRY out for help since the UPS location and UPS CORPORATE wasn’t any help with my situation! This package isn’t replaceable and I put my trust in them to make sure they took care of it but they didn’t! I’m depress and furious as the same time because this was my only time dealing with them and it has been absolutely HORRIBLE!

Dont recommend the UPS store for purchasing postal service stamps as they add an additional fee on to them and once they ring them up your stuck with it. Go to Hyvee or the post office.

The current store assistant is very unhelpful and procrastinated. He will be doing only half the job when you ask assistance for any service. My amazon return got delayed because of him. Avoid this branch of UPS.
