Just bought a TV. The person helping us was very knowledgeable and articulate about the products, and was easily able to meet our needs related to mounting and delivery.
Helpful staff, had to get a new laptop, and while they didnt gave what we needed on hand they helped us so it could be delivered to our house.
Terrible service. Waited for assistance for over 15 min. Decided not to wait any longer. Buying printer somewhere other than Best Buy. Change the name to Zero Service!!!

It was okay, bought a out of box tv that didnt come with a remote, they offered a remote that was supposed to work for the TV... but it only works with the TV remote that comes with the TV plugged into it. Overall service was good, but I keep getting similar results.

Purchased a new computer 3 days agoThe Geek squad member was so patient with me and the door salesperson was exceptional.
Bought a baby bottle dispenser online because we were coming into town to grandmas which is withOUT wifi. When we got to Best But they said oh sorry we ordered the wrong one, but if you want it, its $90 more with wifi. What a racket right? We bought it, then we said ok whats your return policy ( used/open box), they said 14 days, we said see ya in a week!!!!!👍😁
Needed one item tried to push credit card and more expensive equipment than i needed on me. Customer service needs tons of work. For just a. Y adapter NEEDED not going to buy things i dont like an amplifier or home stereo system to connect my 2 speakers. Will not recommended to anyone

Don’t pre order anything from them as if someone cancels or bring that item back they won’t look at the pre order list. They will put it on the self for anyone to buy. Plus the customer service is not that wonderful either. They tell you what you want to hear and when you come back to complain they tell you something totally different.
Ive spent a total of 10 min on hold. Are you kidding me? I just want to know if you have a Microsoft Surface 8 charging cord. Thats all. But nooooooooo, calling to confirm you have it, clearly to much. Well when someone has time can you check into this?

Geek squad was very helpful, I cracked my phone screen this morning and it was unusable but they were able to fix it in an hour. They’re very nice, while I was waiting I looked at laptops and Hamid let me know about all the best deals I could get. Hamid is very nice so if you ever need a laptop ask for him

Horrible customer service!!! Purchased an oven and it was missing parts. Then after trying to call and talk to customer service was on the phone for HOURS with no answer. Then had to go to the store to talk with someone. Just to say they had to order the parts. Go home and find out the parts won’t arrive for 2 WEEKS! I specifically ordered the oven to get it right away just to be told now that I have to wait weeks. I have a strict diet due to medical issues and now I have no way to cook proper meals. Only other option is to physically take back the oven and get a new one after hiring someone to pick up and install it. Yet it falls on my shoulders to pay, haul, and assemble a new one.

IPhone 11 (Face ID) fail after update.I updated my phone on Saturday as requested by the manufacturer. Then my camera in portrait mode fails, my Face ID is not working. I talk to Apple and the refuse to replace my phone - even after them confirm full well that it’s their product that fails.I go to the GEEK SQUAD- they see my notes to give me a replacement but the guy says since they are not an authorized Apple they can’t complete the replacement. What a waste of my time and money to drive up there stand in line and have Mr. Geek Squad not honor a replacement by Apple.
If I need anything electronic this is my first choice. They accept used old cell phones, laptops & flat screen tvs for recycle her handy.
Drove half an hour to this location. It was a wasted trip. Looking for a case and other accessories for a new phone. If you have anything other than a iPhone or Samsung Galaxy, dont waste your time - they wont have it. Walked around the part of the store where the stock cell phone related items several times, and was completely ignored by their sales staff. One was actually helping another customer, the rest were stocking shelves or standing around.
To be called Best Buy the prices were pretty high for appliances and they had no air conditioners no excuse me they had two 5000 BTU air conditioners in the whole store sad

I have called this store and multiple Best Buy stores and not one human person ever answers I have sat there and called every department of that store 3 different days and no answer. It is 30 miles away from me so I am not going to drive there in the middle of winter. Plz get it together cause it is old. Thank you.

We went with the anticipation of getting our kids a couple Chromebooks to help with schooling. Unfortunately there were absolutely none in the store. Asked about ordering, but they cant even put orders in for the store, let alone customers. They recommended trying again in a couple of weeks. We chose to purchas elsewhere, since school doesnt wait weeks for us to be prepared. On a positive note, at least they were honest about time frames and didnt try selling something they couldnt follow through with.

4 laptop purchases within 2 years ( Madison and LAX ) because I was impressed with the staff and store ... fast forward to needing customer service (LAX). Was on hold indefinitely (twice) and emails were left unanswered. In-person visit to the store revealed the cost to repair a laptop screen $300-350 with a 4-7 week timeframe. Really could have gotten that info via email or phone. Buh bye, LAX Best Buy.

Horrible experience and customer service! I purchased new kitchen appliances & two in-wall a/c units (install & delivery). if you plan on doing the same, heed my advice and take your business elsewhere. The installation guy Best Buy hired made a mess and didnt clean any of his work up... I wish that was the only issue though. He arrived at my place 2 hours later then scheduled, it was now late in the day and he clearly wanted to get done with the job as fast as possible. He tore my floorboard/trim off to install the new dishwasher, however, he was lost when it came time to put it back on. He couldnt figure out how to do it, and told me Id need to figure it out myself. Sadly, this is after he took the new a/c units out of the box, scattered the parts everywhere around my living room, and then said he didnt know how to install them (if you thought Best Buy would send a capable installer, youd have been wrong). Instead of cleaning up, he just left the parts scattered. He told me Id need to contact Best Buy, so I did. This is were things get even worse! The individual I spoke with said I shouldnt have let the installer remove my floorboard/trim, it was my responsibility....lesson learned, I guess next time Ill hover over the guy endlessly while he installs my appliances...As for the a/c units, there is nothing to report. I was told someone would reach out to me (my Best Buy Consultant was made aware of the issue, as well as another Consultant in the Appliance Department), instead of receiving answers, its been crickets. I havent heard back from anyone and still have parts laying everywhere. Ill update once this gets resolved. Also, pictures on the way.

Bought a washer with the extended warranty... Dont waste your money on the warranty they dont/wont fix anything. Washer has been down since June its now Christmas and we are still waiting for it to be fixed.

We needed a fridge and a stove, and I actually like what they have in place right now due to COVID-19. We basically had a personal shopper, and she was super friendly and knowledgeable about the products. We basically already knew what we wanted, but she really helped us nail down the specific models.

Never buy their trading cards online or at all.I bought 50 packs of Pokémon cards, Sword and Shields Darkness Ablaze booster packs.Opened them and some had 9 cards, some had 11 cards, some didnt have a code card, some were missing the Rare card, some were already opened. Out of those 50 packs I opened, I only got two holographic cards. Bestbuy allows returns on trading cards, most likely mine were all re-sealled booster packs.NEVER BOUGHT CARDS FROM THEM AGAIN.
Staff were very helpful but the overall appearance was very unkept (parking lot) it was full of garbage and litter was very run down in appearance

Its Best Buy, so it has a decent selection on hand of what youd expect. But the service at this one is atrocious. Employees simply dont seem interested in interacting with customers unless they absolutely have to. When I spent a good while perusing kitchen appliances, no employee came even close to greeting me. And just last week I walked up to the checkout lanes with $1300 worth of product and employees were more interested in standing around doing nothing than making sure I had everything I needed. Dont get me wrong, its nice to shop without being bombarded by employees every 2 minutes, but being asked at least once during a half hour visit would have been nice. In fact, this problem is so pervasive at this location that I cant remember the last time someone seemed interested in helping me.
