I tried to call the place for an appointment and was put on hold and then hung up on. So I then booked an appointment online, But since this location doesnt like to update its local appointments I was called later by the store to reschedule my appointment for 10 days later. I guess Ill just take my business to someone who wants it. This store seems to have all the customers they need.

AMAZING! I was told that I had to replace my tires due to a nail to close to the outer wall.I called to schedule an appointment (which they always answer their phone quickly and professionally!) when I went to my appointment to have all 4 of my tires replaced they called me and let me know that they would be able to patch it if I preferred that. Of course being a college student I can always use the extra money! I was surprised they were able to patch the tire after the last business I went to said they would not patch it. On top of that I asked if they could check to make sure my battery was working correctly after another business said I needed to replace it. My battery had no issues!The store manger and other staff are professional, helpful, and most important to me they are HONEST! The current store manger has been working with this company for 26 years and he truly cares about their costumers!My boyfriend and I will never go to another business for our car needs.

Kevin and Mitch are truly some of the best individuals ever meet. They where willing to help with prompt and quick service and knew exactly what the issue was my vehicle at the time. They understood my rush and quickly got to work without hesitation. Truly one of the best experiences Ive ever had at a Goodyear and I hope others out there know just how good a shop this one was!

Manager Paul in Lacrosse was amazing. They had no available time slots open to fix my tire so he put his busy morning aside and personally fixed my tire himself. This is my second time in two weeks this Good Year has gone above and beyond!

I had an emergency with a metal object in my tire on my trip across Wisconsin. Luckily I was close to Goodyear in LaCrosse, because they were so very helpful. There were three options for a replacement tire in stock, and they kindly worked me into their schedule very quickly even though they were quite busy. I am so appreciative!! I highly recommend their service.

I have been to plenty of Auto Centers across the U.S traveling and this Goodyear probably had the best customer service out of any of them. I broke down traveling and Kevin the Service Manager was very honest with me and helped me get back on the road. The work was performed in a timely manner and everything was explained to me in detail of what I needed. If I am ever back in this area and need service I will be stopping here for sure. The team at this Goodyear location are phenomenal. Paul and Tyler were the folks I worked with the most regarding my visit. I purchased a new set of tires online and they were helpful and professional with the information they provided regarding my order and the work that would be done on my vehicle. I received a couple calls from Paul and Tyler with status updates as my vehicle was looked at and they left me knowing my car was in good hands.

A good bunch of guys. Theyve done me well. The service manager is a good guy. I feel hes been honest with me about the work Ive needed to have done. Costs, theyre probably not the cheapest but not the most expensive either.

I had a lug nut bolt break off and was 2 hours away from home. I was only going to be in the area for a few hours. I walked in and was told that they could fix it that same day. Later that day they had it done and I was on my way. I was also quoted a cheaper price than I was expecting. Final bill ended up being only $4 more than they quoted. They saved me a lot of trouble. Would highly recommend them! Very friendly staff.

Awesome place!!! Call them Saturday morning at 8:30 and after having truck trouble the night before they recommended a towing company which was there within an hour and very wonderful ! They were able to get our truck in the same day and get it repaired We were at a campground and they really made our day !!

I have been a customer of this location since 1999. They truly take care of the customer and have never steered me in the wrong direction (haha) for services required/desired.In about 2015 I got some work done at another shop out of state and felt I needed an alignment, they showed me I didn’t need it and saved me $100. That really shows trustworthiness.2020 I had a slow air leak and they stopped it as a one time courtesy. Who does that?! In a world where finding a good mechanic can be harder than finding a good doctor, Goodyear Onalaska will absolutely take care of you and treat you right.5.5stars

I scheduled an appointment online for a Tuesday and had to drive 40 miles to get there. It was 30 minutes until my appointment and I was just a few miles away when I received a call telling me they were booked for the day and couldnt fit me in for an oil change and theyd need to rebook. When I explained I had a 40 mile drive and was nearly there, instead of offering to work me in they said they could reschedule me for Friday. My issue is that although they apologized, there was no attempt to work me in and that was with me telling them that Id wait even if they couldnt get to it before the end of the day. As I see it I had an appointment just like others did but regardless of my situation they were willing to cancel me without trying to rectify the situation.

Had a brake inspection done earlier today.Jeffery, Paul, and Kevin were very helpful. Great location, you can browse the mall or other stores nearby while you wait for your car to be serviced. Very professional staff, they knew what they were talking about and explained things very well.I received an honest estimate, was not pressured into any services my car didnt need, and was not pressured to go through with the estimate if it was currently out of my budget. They gave me detailed readings on the status of my brake pads, rotors, and tire tread life.Will definitely recommend.

No one likes having to do maintenance for their cars. I had to get 4 new tires and the gentlemen down at Goodyear were amazing to work with. They were able to get everything done ahead of schedule and I am quite pleased with the results and my purchase. I will be coming back here for my future tire purchases.

Driving through town the day after Christmas and my steering wheel starts shaking. Of course several businesses were closed, but Goodyear was open and I explained to Kevin the manager our situation and we were heading to Minnesota. He told us to bring it in and discovered 4 of 5 lug nuts were broken off a tire. They also discovered a few other potentially dangerous issues. We were able to use a nearby relatives vehicle while our car was being repaired. Kevin and Paul kept me informed on the progress and even mentioned that the mechanic would come in on his off day if they didn’t get it fixed by the time we wanted to head back to Milwaukee. Prices on repairs seemed reasonable and service and communication were excellent. Thanks again for helping the out of town travelers!!

The guys at Goodyear of Onalaska are great! Even though i purchased my tires elsewhere, they offer lifetime rotate and balance. Brandon, Ben, Jeff and Paul are always pleasant to do business with. They are all kind and courteous. Fast service, and great prices keep me coming back! I have never had a problem at Goodyear. They also offer free WiFi!

Last and first time to stop at this shop. Hassle and lie on the prices total different price before the service and after service complete. Specially don’t trust this guy called Tracy. Stay away from this place!

U kno what I mean] & failed.Since Jeff & Paul have taken over, its been business as usual: excellent - always! By the way, who points out the ethnicity/race of a significant other in a complaint that essentially makes the store responsible for the customer signing something theyve not read!?? Honestly! ! Had a tire with a nail in it. Not patchable because nail too close to edge. Dropped off tire and rim Sunday 5/10/15. Agreed to purchase new tire. Manager accepted the tire and trim. Signed work order with no mention of any defects in rim. The rim was in mint condition. Had my African American girlfriend with me to attest to such. They had to bring in new tire Monday morning 5/11/15 at 10am. They mounted new tire on rim with no mention of any problems before proceeding. Went to pick up tire at store. Arrived at store. No tire and rim in customer area for inspection. Tire and rim only in restricted work area. They put form on counter. The usual very wordy work order with much small print. Who reads all of that right then and there? And a greatly modified work order from what I signed the day before. I signed the order without spending an hour or so reading all of it as nearly everybody does. And they know such. Went outside. Technician open service bay door. He rolled tire to car. He put it in trunk and closed the lid. I trusted they did good job. Big mistake. I got home and looked at rim and tire. To my shocking dismay the rim, was damaged in 2 places. Dented and cracked. Then I read the work order and it falsely stated the rim arrived that way. I would have never signed that form if I knew it said that. I called the Manager Jeff Trapnell. He was/is completely absconding of any responsibility for the damage his shop caused. Rude and uncaring. Im sure he knows how most people simply sign that form and, pay and leave. Then either never closely checking the work or do it when they get home. He took the chance I would not notice what the form said and his technician helped ensure I has little or no time to inspect the rim before I left. I have about a 850 credit rating with no debt and make $65,000.00 a year. This is mostly about the principle of this matter[not the money] of shafting me like this even though that rim costs $544.00. Please do not use this shop. Bfgoodrich tires for me-NOT GOODYEAR!!
