I dont generally leave reviews, but I must say, the young lady named Tiffany at Elite, who tested my hearing, was phenomenal. I have never had anyone take the time to explain my hearing loss to me, but she was very kind and explained everything to me in terms I could understand. She was friendly, personable, and professional. I left feeling as if I had not only solved my hearing problem, but that I had also made a friend. I have been to other places for hearing aids but this one was the best. I recommend going there if you want to have your hearing checked.

Tiffany showed that she cared about me as a person as well as a potential patient/customer. When she found out I was a veteran, she said the she would direct me to the VA if that was the best and cheapest place to go for what ever hearing loss that I had. I already had hearing aids from the VA but was unhappy that they were the over the ear style and when I had my glasses on (all the time) and a mask, something was always coming loose from my ears. She told me that after the test she would let me know if the VA was the best place for me or not (It was).She was very professional and took the time to explain the test and all the new ways that science has come up with to do the tests.If I ever lose the VA for any reason, I will definitely use her services for my hearing.

Tiffany and her staff attended to my 80+ year old mother who was terrified about getting hearing aids. They did such an amazing job not just fitting my mother for the aids, but also taking the time to explain every step to her as they went. Mom cannot stop telling me how relaxed they made her feel. I am Sooooo grateful. Thanks tons

My mom has worn hearing aids for 20 years. She has never been happy! She tried the hearing aids seen on TV with the bitter old man. They were awful. Darin choose a device that has changed her opinion of hearing aids. I am a believer that it is more about who is helping you rather than the devices themselves. Darin has been so helpful and he’s proven to care about my moms hearing. I can’t recommend Darin enough, this is the only way I can thank him for letting us communicate with out repeating every single sentence multiple times. Thank you Darin my mom smiles more often than she has in the last 20 years.
