I really enjoyed the entire experience getting our hot tub from Hot Spring Spa. Dawn in the office was great to work with and the installation crew was awesome as well. When the guys showed up with the tub they were very friendly and explained everything to us. I would definitely recommend working with Hot Spring for anyone looking for a hot tub!!!!

Looked at several hot tub dealers in the area. Hot Springs was by far the best. Answered all my questions no difference how big or small. Walked us through everything. Emails of updates. Listened to what we wanted and needed. Delivery was perfect. Very professional and knowledgeable. Even a few days later when I had more questions. They were right there to help me. Even now I think of something and they are right there. You get what you pay for, hands down they are the best. Will recommend them forever.

After a 5 month wait for my hot tub it was finally delivered and set up by Blythe and Gabe yesterday. I knew I was looking forward to getting it but I had no idea how much I would enjoyed the experience I had with the two young men who did my delivery and set up. They called me to let me know when they were on their way and when they arrived they were so polite, pleasant and helpful. Honestly I was surprised by how nice Gabe and Blythe were. It was a hot humid day and I was their last delivery. I can only imagine how tired they must have been from the heat but it never showed. I tried to stay out of their way but they welcomed my input on the placement and worked with me to have it in the right place.When they were done they gave me a thorough explanation of how everything worked and made sure I knew how to use all the chemicals. I am in sales myself and go out of my way to make sure my guests are completely satisfied from start to finish. My experience with the sales staff was great and Gabe and Blythe just made the whole experience complete.

These people know how to do business! From the minute you walk in and talk with ANYONE there they treat you like a friend/family. Start to finish was an amazing experience. With the COVID delays Dawn kept us informed of the delays but assured us they would get it installed as soon as it arrived! The installers were so patient and willing to go over everything slowly and make sure I fully understood. They even told me to bring in a water sample a few days later so they could help us know what we might need to add to get the chemicals balanced correctly. If you want a top notch service start to finish and beyond these are the people to see! I can’t thank Dawn and team enough!

We purchased a hot tub five years ago and when we moved we sold it back to Hot Springs and they gave us a fair price. We then ordered a hot tub and an in ground pool for our new house. With everything being delayed they kept us posted on the arrival and install of both the hot tub and pool. Casey was working at our place on the pool for many hot days in a row and was so great to work with. The hot tub crew were just as great to work with but they were not part of our backyard as long as Casey was 😃. We also purchased a very comfortable patio chairs and fire table set, which they delivered with one day notice. They are all amazing at the store and greet us with smiles every time we stop in! We purchased an Endless Pool X500 from them and we couldn’t be happier. The staff was amazing to deal with, both before and after our purchase. Amanda was so patient with all of our questions (and there was a lot of calls and emails back and forth!) and always got back to us with an answer quickly. And after our purchase was made, she made sure to update us on the status of of it.Jay was great as well and came out to help us choose the best place for the pool and helped answer our many concrete and electrical questions.The installation process was smooth and quick and they went over all of the chemicals. Even after changing our mind and wanting the lifts for the cover (highly recommend getting those!), they came right back out and installed them.Never once did we encounter any staff member (from the sales to the installers) without a friendly attitude and smile on their face. They were so pleasant to do business with and we can’t recommend them enough!

As 1st time pool owners we didnt have a clue what we were doing but she was there every step of the way when we needed further information or to schedule any type of follow up appointment. We were always treated with respect and it was evident that taking care of us was something that mattered to them. These same words apply to Cory, Abe, and Casey who were our hands on team that provided the site inspections, pool installation, education on the equipment, service calls, and returned to help coach us on how to winterize at the end of the season. We are first time hot tub owners and our experience couldnt have gone better so far. We went to our local hot tub dealer (Hot Spring Spas - La Crosse) and we were greeted by Amanda. She was so helpful, patient, and knowledgeable. Amanda knew everything there was to know about each tub and customized our needs and budget to the perfect hot tub. We got a Caldera Spas, Utopia Niagara tub and it is perfect. Delivery was also wonderful as the two men that delivered the tub were also helpful, patient, and knowledgeable. They walked me through every part of the set up and maintenance. They filled the tub with me and went through each control and chemical. The screen on our tub had a crack that I didnt even notice but the delivery technician did and he was on the phone immediately. Another technician was at our house within 2 hours with a brand new screen. He was again helpful, patient, and knowledgeable. I really liked that each person we were in contact had a tub and shared their tips and tricks with us. Each was personable and met us at our level. We would recommend Hot Spring Spas to everyone and anyone. We will be customers for life :)

Wonderful place to do business with. I first asked a question though text, and received prompt answers. At the store, Amanda was very friendly and knowledgeable, and there was no sales pressure at all. We were allowed to just walk around, and browse, and ask questions as we came up with them. We ended up picking a Hot Springs Rhythm and it fits our needs perfectly! The delivery guys were very friendly, and explained every detail for the use and care, and made sure we understood everything before leaving. Its nice to have a local place that is there to take care of their customers.

Weve been customers of HotSpring Spas & Pools for many years. Weve purchased two hot tubs and had a pool liner installed by them. I cannot believe how refreshing it is to always be treated in such a friendly and professional manner, regardless of why we are there. We bought our first hot tub from Casey 16-1/2 years ago, and received very good service. When our old hot tub started to leak, we began to consider the purchase of a new tub. Amanda was extremely helpful in assisting us to select the hot tub that was right for us. She not only arranged to have the leak fixed in our old hot tub, but then offered us a trade-in deal that we couldnt refuse. The guys who delivered the new tub were punctual, thorough, and knowledgeable. They delivered the new tub, installed it, filled it with water, answered our questions, and hauled away the old tub in about an hour. That is fast!! Any time we call with questions, Melissa, Amanda, and Dawn are very friendly and helpful. We highly recommend Hot Spring La Crosse as the place to purchase a new hot tub and buy your chemicals.

I have bought both a hot tub and a Swim Spa from them. They are very caring thoughtful, helpful staff. I love working with them. I live in the country so at times it can prove to be a challenge for me BUT they always tried to make it work. When I upgraded from my hot tub to the Swim Spa I joking said 530 am would work great and the they were at my place to do the switch at 530 am.Even they dog on staff is friendly loves to be petted.

My location is not ideal to deliver a hot tub to. Everyone at Hot Springs was so kind from the sales staff to the delivery and installers. They were patient and kind to my small children, answered all of my questions, stood out in the rain installing the hot tub and explaining the chemicals. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience!

We purchased a home about a year and a half ago with a large in-ground pool that was in very rough shape as well as an old hot tub. We asked Hot Springs to come out and look at it before buying the home and they were very up front with us about all the work that needed to be done immediately, as well as what could wait for another 2-3 years. Once we purchased the home we had Hot Springs perform all the work, and they have been fantastic every step of the way. Every repair/upgrade has been performed efficiently and with no surprises. They do not try to up-sell you on stuff you dont need. Every person that works there is friendly, informative, and efficient. They are able to help with every aspect of owning a pool, including free testing of water samples and detailed advice on how to fix problems or prevent them in the first place. We have used them for all of our pool and hot tub needs and will continue to do so. I cannot recommend them enough.

I thought the buying and installing experience was great. The salesperson Dawn was very helpful in getting what we wanted for a hot tub. The installation was quick and the two installers were very helpful on questions I had. When they go over all the dos and donts of having a hot tub its a little overwhelming but I think if you have any questions they are more than happy to help you out just over a simple phone call to there office.
