The service people are awesome. Initially when my hot tub broke (fountain started leaking) i called and asked them for advice. Both Jim and Joe were very patient with my repeated calls and complete lack of knowledge or skill. Despite their best efforts to walk me through the repair process, i failed. They continued to be supportive and agreed to come out and fix it. I went out this morning to start to fill the tub and found that they had already come and fixed the problem! I would recommend them with 6 stars if I could. Our loyalty and enthusiasm for them could not be greater!

Another awesome summer!! I have gotten way more use out of the pool with less cost and expenses after switching to quality pool and spa.I had such a great experience when they installed the new pool a few years ago. I just bought a new hot tub. I bought it on Saturday and it was installed on Monday. The owners themselves installed the tub. I have never had friendlier people to work with on any hot tub I have owned. They made the install completely painless and did an excellent job. I was totally impressed om how professional they were. I would never buy a hot tub or my chemicals from anyone else. I would strongly recommend that if you are going to buy a tub this is the best place to get one. Needed some advice on a maintenance issue and was given helpful advice and thorough instructions. They had the pump I needed, in stock, and made sure to give me a few tips. Very knowledgeable and easy to work with. Will be using them for all my hot tub and water quality needs in the future.

I just called to see about getting a part for a hot tub. The woman that answered the phone acted like she had no interest at all, and she was less than friendly. I would think in these times with probably not a lot of people spending much money, you’d do everything you could to satisfy customer and maybe even make a dollar or two. I’ve been a steady customer with them. That just changed.

Not happy !! They go back on their word on returns/ refunds !! Bought a sandpump for my pool, worked for about 2-3 weeks. They told me I could bring it back if any problems, NOT !! Will never shop there again.
