I dropped off vehicle on 5/17 engine light on. Bring it back few days later engine light on again. Nye jeep has car for two and a half days does 4 hours of work.$532 later.Drive car for 1 day engine light more warning lights. Tried to bring car in Tuesday morning told them nothing fixed undrivable wont accelerate past 40 mph stalling hazard to my health and passengers. Earliest they can begin to diagnose Friday.Brought vehicle to Drivers village Burdick jeep Tuesday night. Wednesday night $300 vehicle fixed.Nye took over summit dodge jeep Chrysler. I have continued to do all of my regular maintenance oil changes, tire rotations, inspections.I will never do business at a Nye dealership again.

Actual buying of my jeep was easy after that it went down hill. Dont expect them to fix anything thats not simple even if they say they will. If they say are going to look into something and get back to you, they will never call you back. Apparently, they dont look their used vehicles over very well passed inspection with a broken windshield wiper and broken fender. Lost parts for my hard top. Navigation isnt working they tried to update it then told me to use my phone because it needed a new radio and they wont replace it even after telling me it would be fixed when I picked it up. What a headache this has been, trust me not worth it at all.The parts were all there when I brought the hard top in. I was never informed of the radio needing to be replaced or the price but thank you for finally getting back to me with this information. I had gone to another dealership to find the answer to the problem. The only quote you ever gave me was for my back window nothing about the radio as I was told theyd look into it and get back to me. I left numerous messaged to get information about the radio with no return calls. I wouldnt be as upset but the sales person told me the navigation would be fixed.. I will not be recommending this dealership to friends and family.

I bought a 2015 Subaru Legacy from Nye Chrysler and had the pleasure of working with a saleswoman named Madison. She was absolutely terrific, And she did everything in her power to get me into this vehicle and I am forever grateful. If it wasn’t for Madison I wouldn’t have bought the vehicle.

First I want to say that I usually have a good experience with all of NYES departments. However my last visit was very disapointing! When I made the appointment to have my jeep serviced I told them that I had warning lights iluminated on my dash and want to Know exactly what it would cost to fix.The day I dropped the jeep off, I told them the same thing. My appointment (confirmed) was for 11:30 so I figured that they would get to it after lunch. 3:00 comes and no infornation so i call. I am told by the service person that they would check on the status and call me back. Now 5:00 no phone call so I call again. Now I am told that if I want to know what is wrong with my jeep it would cost almost $300 for diagnosis. If I was told this when I made the app. or when I droped it off or even my first call. I would have said do it but since I got ignored for several hours, I picked up my jeep without getting anything fixed. Ill probably never go there again if this is how they are treating customers now. SAD DAY FOR NYEMY REPLY TO OWNERS RESPONSE BELOW :IF YOU LOOK AT MY LAST FEW LINES ! NOTHING WAS DIAGNOSED OR REPAIRED

5 days with the vehicle for a ball joint. Oops we forgot to do the alignment, just bring it back in 4 days and we will do it then. There is no accountability in this scam shop.

My wife and I went to the dealer to start looking for a replacement vehicle. It was an extremely cold and very snowy Saturday - a great day to test 4 wheel drives. Jimmy Carbone in sales was awesome. He kept getting the next vehicle cleaned off and warmed up for us. He was extremely knowledgeable about every vehicle we drove. Zero pressure and we ended up buying 2 vehicles that day. The only negative in our experience was Joe in finance. Even though we told him that how we financed depended on the interest rate for each term, he seemed fixated on the payment amount. The paperwork was done before we got to the dealer on Monday to complete the deals and part of it seemed contingent on the financing set up, so we went with it, but will be refinancing with our own banks soon at a better rate.
