Poor customer service. I went into the shop to buy a replacement screen and willing to pay retail for it. Waste of timeNot for nothing but this is why repair businesses DONT last ripping people off for repairs.I challenge you and will repair any of your customers tech for less than you offer guaranteed

I highly recommend visiting and entrusting one’s cell phone to this business for repairs. I was very impressed with what ease Andrew took apart my phone to diagnose and solve the problem. The cost was more than fair and the atmosphere was pleasant, while I waited for what needed to be done. If you are outside of Oneida, it’s worth the trip!

They were fast and reasonable.

I had my back glass fixed because I cracked it. This also affected my auto focus.. They were able to get my back glass in the mail and on my phone sooner than they originally planned. They also replaced my rear facing camera.. while doing the repair the connector for the front screen had broke. (Not sure how)They let me use a loaner phone while mine was out of commission.. When it came it an they replaced it, the phone started acting up. I had to deal with that for a day until they could get the new one in over night.. with no extra cost to me.If something isn’t right they will make it right.. I will be back.. hope not anytime soon.. (I don’t want to brake anymore things) but If I do I know my device’s are in great hands. 👍🏼

Glad to of brought my phone to this guys business. Answered all my questions, got my phone back repaired quick, even taught me many things about my own phone I didn’t know and helping me decide what phone I should look at getting next. Guy is a very honest and trustworthy person. Also quality of work is great. I would recommend coming here for anything phone repairs, new phones, refurbished phones with a 2 year warranty at some pretty killer prices also along with phones you can look at tablets,iPads, almost all the other Apple products are there took has a great inventory for such a compact space great stuff.

Andrew and Xander are both great knowledgable guys who stand by their work. I have done a considerable amount of business with them and they repaired both of my sons Switchs in a short amount of time at a more than reasonable amount. Went in before hand to get a phone repaired ended up getting my next phone with them. Gave me an outstanding deal and with some great customer service to go with it. Andrew and Bryan are great phone repairmen they helped me transfer my information from my old phone helped me with any other problems I had and I waked out of the place with a new workin phone in under an hour. Even when I went back to get a case and screen protector they installed it without me even asking. Other then that only problems I have is that they don’t tell you then price of your purchase or any recites only digital ones also never got a box for my phone or phone case although I could’ve asked for the phone case box I just like to have the original boxes to my things. Also when buying a phone from them no new charger or earbuds kinda sucks but it’s what you get with a preowned phone.

Extremely good customer service as well as quality of the product, the employee was informative and after I explained to him I would be at work for the night he even brought the perfectly repaired phone to me at work. Deserves more than 5 stars

I was a little skeptical at first, since they didn’t have any reviews yet but I’m glad I went with Affordable Cellular. After going out with some friends last night I woke up to a smashed screen and a phone that wouldn’t turn on, and I needed to figure something out ASAP. I chose this place initially because my search results showed they were the only place open on a Sunday morning, but after I spoke with him I decided to do business here because he sounded very genuine and knowledgeable.So for starters, they’re mobile, meaning they typically will meet you at a DD or fast food place and fix your phone right there, or you can drop it off. I chose to drop it off, given the situation and not knowing the amount of time it was going to take. I met him at his home. I was confident I had nothing to worry about as I knew I could come back for my phone at any time and he even offered to repair my backup phone. He was professional, he assured me he’d start looking into it right away, and set realistic expectations which he actually over-delivered on (or was faster than anticipated). About 10 mins after I left he wanted to Facetime - a little weird, I thought. However, I realized (and appreciated) that this was so he could show me he found some type of liquid and let me know what to expect before he went any further. He explained that the liquid dot showed it had made it into the phone and was primarily around the sim, told me he’d investigate further and see what could and/or could not be done and let me know from there.He was able to remove the main part of the phone and “wash it” or “clean it” (for lack of a better way to explain it). He explained the process well enough, but I can’t remember what it was called. He ran some tests and from what he could tell, it seemed like the battery went dead before it got wet and is probably the only reason it didn’t do more damage. It also had not been “submerged” he thought, as there was not a lot of liquid in the phone. He did explain that he would not guarantee the device for any more than “data recovery” after water damage but that he was confident the device was worth keeping, and was willing to also test everything else and replace the screen. I was not expecting that but was very grateful, after seeing what some places charge for that type of thing I thought the fee for everything he did was more than reasonable, borderline cheap frankly. He did offer a “limited warranty” if the phone stopped working or started showing more symptoms/problems related to liquid damage, then he’d allow me to use part of what I paid toward any phone I want. In addition, I had him repair my “backup” iPhone 5s, which he guaranteed the screen on for life (not against damage but malfunction etc).Overall, I was incredibly happy with the experience. My phone was fixed within an hour or two, it didn’t break the bank, and I will certainly be telling all my friends and family where to go for their phone needs in the future.
