Great experience. They mix the paint color to code, so no waiting for ordering paint through a middleman with wasted quantity, and the price was 5x less than another body shop quoted. We worked well together to solve coordination with the dealership. Turned out fine.

They do a decent job but as with most repair and body work places it isnt an exact science. My last repair looks good from a far but up close there were parts that were buffed but never repainted and drips at the bottom of my doors where the paint collected. I would still recommend them however.

After a misadventure involving an enormous turtle and a huge quarter-panel dent I took my 2011 Honda Accord to One Stop Auto here in Oneonta. I got an estimate and when the time was mutually agreeable upon, left it off to get repaired. I could not have been happier with the place and the quality of work. Frank and Gary were very courteous, forthcoming about options and then did AMAZING WORK at a very reasonable price. Brandon who I understand did much of the work is an accomplished craftsman. All are to be commended. Thanks guys

Cannot recommend enough. They repaired my vehicle in a matter of days for a great price, and even detailed the (admittedly poorly kept by my part) interior- all for the exact price I was quoted before bringing the car in. Great shop with great workers.

Great place for body work number one in Oneonta done my work for over 35 years always pleased

This shop used to have decent prices, but I think they have gotten extremely greedy. I brought my car in for a fender repair, and told them I had no insurance and had to pay out of pocket. In spite of that, they sent me an estimate saying cost to customer, $0. The guy who gave me the estimate told me it wasnt worth fixing the existing fender because it would take 8 hours of labor and that it would be cheaper to replace the fender. Then he sends an estimate claiming it will take 8 1/2 hours to paint a new fender (they want to charge almost $400 just for the fender parts before painting it), and the total cost was over $1000! I cant believe it would take more than a couple of hours to paint a very small fender, even with multiple coats and clearcoat. Not only that, they charge for 8 1/2 hours for paint, at an additional cost of $30 per hour... for paint! There is no way 3 square feet of paint costs $255. I will take my business elsewhere, and I suggest that you do so, too.
