Fantastic service department. I did not even buy my truck there. They are friendly and competent. They even let me drop it off and give me a ride to work and pick me up when service is complete. Five stars all the way!

Terrific service. The truck had to have a recall part installed, which was an all day event. They gave me a loaner car and I picked up the truck the following day. It doesnt get any simpler than that. Always exemplary friendly service. I have had many vehicles of many different makes during the course of my life. Most service departments you feel like a number or the vehicle, not a person with a life. Here it is different. I dont feel like a customer, more like a friend.

Zaqwan and Danny were available and ready to answer any question I had!. They both work hand in hand, even if it means outsourcing to find you the vehicle of your dreams. They keep you informed every step of the way. I went to other dealerships, they all said “ Come in so you can look at our inventory”, that is not the answer I was looking for not wanted to hear!.Zaqwan let me do everything form the comfort of my own home. He did all the leg work and paid very close attention to every detail I wanted from the price I was going to pay to what I wanted my monthly payment to be. If they can not get the amount you had in mind they try their hardest to get you as close as possible. Honest and friendly. I want to say thank you to you guys for everything and making me a very happy customer that will return for any future business. **I waited this long to leave a review because I wanted to get the full experience of Oneonta Ford.**Simmons Rockwell practically demanded I leave them a review before I left with my new truck. Felt a little pressured.I wandered into Oneonta Ford in February of 2018 looking for a new F-150. I was reluctant as I am at all car dealers. However, I had a great experience and will always bring my business there. They treated me more than fair. The sales team truly work for you. The service dept has been amazing and helpful with repairs and even on the repair bills. The parts dept are informative and easy to work with. I couldnt find one issue that I was upset with. Im extremely pleased that there is no more reluctance when I walk into a car dealership.

I don’t usually write reviews, but I want to share my experience with the service manager at Oneonta Ford. Scott Evangelista provided excellent service and was extremely helpful. Scott guided my wife and I through the process of selecting the best tires for our vehicle that fit our budget. In addition, he recommended a much needed brake job after test driving our vehicle, and gave several price options, all of which were fair. We truly appreciated his no pressure attitude, and were grateful for the loaner vehicle he provided for us. The completed job was perfect, and we will surely return to Oneonta Ford for future service and repairs.

Scott and his Service Dept. team are the best and take great attention to details. Not only on current models and trucks, but in my case Scott and his team went way out of their way to service my 2008 Mustang by pointing out specifics which needed attention. Great work and very profesional

Oneonta Ford is excellent. I have purchased 4 vehicles there over The past decade. I shop around for each purchase and have always received the best price. But even more important is their service department. It is excellent. Scott the service manager runs one of the best in my experience. Salima can accommodate your appointment and is very knowledgeable as is the rest of the service mechanics in the sales department, Dan the manager and his team Adam,Keegan,Rich are very knowledgeable and the best you can find at any dealership. I am not writing this review to receive any favors. It is because I am that satisfied. I am 73 years old and have dealt with many dealerships since 1965 my first vehicle purchase. I wasn’t looking to buy a car, I Just stopped in with a parts question, so that’s my entire experience.I did notice the carpet in the showroom was totally old and gross! Along with the whole inside of that place. What a dump.I’m just giving five stars out of pity, And to encourage the Ownership to maybe freshen It up a little bit in there. People expect a certain level of cleanliness when they go to a dealership!

From the jump Scott was courteous and empathetic to my situation. I wasnt sure if we would be able to find a solution but Scott and the team made it happen. Great service! Beyond what I was expecting. Not only did they work on my car but they communicated the entire time to me each step of the way. While I waited I had the option to be driven to wherever if I needed or wanted lunch. Even spoke to the person who was directly doing the work on my car! Service with a smile. All this even though I was late too! Just overall a great experience and shout out to Seleema (spelling is wrong I know but I will change) for being a helpful and compassionate worker on the front lines. Her communication was clear and consistent throughout my time at Oneonta Ford. Great Job!

Amazing staff. Very knowledgeable and they’re not pushy like all those other sleezy car salesman. They had a truck driven from New Jersey all the way to their dealership for me because I told them exactly what I wanted.

The employees are great but they didnt order the correct part so I will have to go back to get car fixed. Not a major problem just time consuming.

Could not have had better service! I was working in the area (I am from elsewhere) and noticed my front brakes were grinding. I showed up at Oneonta Ford at 9am, the service advisor, Salima Hicks got my vehicle straight in with the next available technician, checked my brakes, replaced pads and rotors, road tested and I was on the road around noon! It doesnt get much better than that with no appointment and not a regular customer. Price was fair. I recommend Salima and Oneonta Ford highly.

This dealership is owned by the same person as Norwich dodge dealer..... very un trustworthy people DO NOT Buy anything from them. Especially if they know you are driving some distance to them they will try to take advantage of you at every corner..... to many honest dealers to deal with people like this

Made a appt for 1030 am was there at 1015 am and was told an hour to an hour and a half went to get it after walking to Walmart and shopping and then back to them 2 hours later and they still hadnt even taking it in to start the work that was to be done . I WOULD GO ANYWHERE ELSE BUT THERE

I would give them zero stars if possible. My complaint is against the parts department. The service was horrible and I will never do business there again.

I got stuck in Cobleskill NY on Sunday heading home to Virginia, I was towed to Oneonta ford. I stayed over night in a hotel walking distance away. Monday morning a got to the service department at 7:30 when they opened and met Salima at the service counter, she was very pleasant with helping me. Salima got me right in to the shop there master mechanic looked at it right away, felt he would be able to fix my water pump in my truck Salima keep me up to speed with what was goin to happen, she also worked with my ford dealer in VA to have things covered under my warranty. When my truck was ready she sent someone to get me and I was on the road home by noon. If you need work done on your ford I would go to Oneonta ford they were awesome.

My car broke down on a tuesday while I was picking up my lunch. It wouldnt go into park, stuck in reverse and then wouldnt start. I had it towed to the closest mechanic. The mechanic had given me a hard time about my problem and unable to look at until at least friday. I understand mechanics get busy, however my family is leaving sunday on vacation ( non-refundable).I called Oentonta Ford. First they actually picked up the phone and listened to my problem. I told them my issue and about our pending vacation. They alerted me of a recall on the exact part we believed caused the car to break. He told me as soon as it got there he would diagnosis my vehicle and see what they could do. He said as long as the parts are available and nothing else is wrong hed get us to our vacation. I had my car towed there but unfortunately it arrived late wednesday night and the service department was closed.The next day I got a call back from Selema. She had told me she would put the car in for the next tuesday. When I told her about the previous call and about the vacation she told me she would call back shortly.The service manager, Scott pushed my car right in to get diagnosed. They called me back told me it was the recall part and thankfully they had it in stock. They had the car fixed up and good to go by thursday night. When I arrived friday morning not only did it start and run again. They had washed her and it was shining like new.I cant thank oneonta ford and all the staff enough for going above and beyond in a difficult situation. My family ( all 5 of us ) will be leaving as planned on sunday.

The air conditioning on my 2016 explorer stopped working on the hottest weekend of the year.I went to Oneonta Ford 7:30 Monday morning.I was greeted by Salima and explained my problem and that I had to be on Long Island Tuesday Afternoon.Salima immediately spoke to Fritz, the service technician.Fritz took my vehicle into the shop to diagnose the problem.In 30 minutes the problem was diagnosed but unfortunately they didnt have the parts in stock.Kyle said he could have the parts by 7:30 Tuesday morning. and work on my warranty problem in the meantime.Fritz said that if i could come back Tuesday morning he would have me on the road by 9-9:30 AMSalima called me Monday afternoon and said the parts were in.I went back at 7:30 Tuesday and was on the road at 9:00 AM With the AC working better than when it was new.The service dept at Oneonta Ford is great.The crew of Salima, Kyle,and Fritz went above and beyond to help me and made my drive to Long Island much more enjoyable.I thank you and will recommend Oneonta Ford Service Dept. to everyoneThe best service i have ever received from car dealer.Thank YouLarry Trabona.

I had a great experience with Oneonta Ford and Keegan Trombley. I had been searching for the right Expedition EL and they had one with my desires. After emails and a conversation or two, we went to look, with the intention of driving it home if we liked it.Well, we did. Wrote check, Keegan made call to our insurance co., put my plates on, and drove it home. 2-1/2 hours or less at the dealership.Thanks to Keegan, a painless adventure...and the EL is exactly as described and were loving it...
