I went here Saturday and was completely ignored.Came back today and was told to come back in an hour or two to get an oil change.I can imagine staffing is an issue, but theres no excuse to not have a front office person to greet customers, and I prefer to change my oil in ten minutes, not three hours.

The technician was awesome. The man who took my keys when I first walked in didnt even greet me. He did say anything to me. He needs to work on treating women with respect.

Was in early this past Saturday for maintenance, and they had me in and out quickly. Two guys running the shop (I believe their names are Kyle and Brandon), were as nice and knowledgeable as they always are.

What a great team !! The service & Price was were among the best. Cody and his team went above and beyond right before closing I purchase 6 brand new tires for my Dodge ram he did not care they were closing and said that he wanted to male sure I was safe on the road and help me thru this problem. Thank you so much Cody and team you guys are what all tire shops should strive to be. Until next time I will always remember this experience. God bless you guys.

I would give this place 10 stars if I could. Ryans customer service is top notch and he went above and beyond to get my car fixed. He went to bat with the warranty company who didnt want to pay for any repairs, even though I had only bought the car three days prior. He kept in constant contact with us and gave us any information we needed to give the dealership. If I ever need my car fixed again I know where Im going!

Quoted $1500.00 for a $400.00 job. Changed my oil and put new oil in a quart low.

Wow! After weeks of phone calls and being told parts are on order. We schedule my appointment then I get told they had to order the parts (which they said they already had). I then get told the parts were returned. Fine. Then I make another appointment and when I go pickup my vehicle the work quality was that of an untrained rookie. Still my manifold not replaced as they we able to save it not true! Then I have a $800 bill after I was quoted about $500. Still no manifold and a completely different job was performed than we talked about. I simply wanted dual outlets with straight pipes no muffler. NOT a nice quiet $400 muffler installed and a single outlet. I spoke with the manager about this yet nothing can be done to compensate for the wrong job being done. Had I knew Monroe muffler owned this operation I wouldnt have even gone to them in the first place. Customer service is definitely not theyre strong point. Making money at any cost is.

Mr. Tire took care of me when no other garage would! My turn signal went out on a weekend I had to drive back to school. Another garage told me my bulbs were completely fine, but that my wiring was beyond repair. They weren’t qualified to fix it, but warned that it would take several hundred dollars and a couple hours to fix. I found Mr. Tire and they offered to take a look. In 15 minutes they figured out my bulb was out, replaced it, and had the car back to me. I was greeted with friendly smiles and understanding employees. I fully intend to go back to them anytime I have a problem with my car!

My daughter was driving her car when the exhaust broke, leaving her very uncomfortable driving it . The staff was incredibly helpful, helped her almost immediately, and she said that a gentleman there was a certified Mercedes technician and very familiar with her vehicle. I was very impressed with how polite and helpful they were. Having a daughter away from home with car troubles can be unnerving. But not this time. Both she and I felt good about the entire experience.

38 miles from home and my break lines burst... Limped into Mr. Tire and Ryan and Tammy got me right in and took care of me... What I thought was a bad situation turned out to be a good one... They did the right thing for me and got me back on the road ! Thank you guys.. I couldnt have broken down in a better place ! .. Cody deserves some props here too !

I have been to Mr. Tire two times in the last two weeks. the first time was for new tires and the second time was to fix my headlight. during my encounter at mr. tire, I have met the most kind and funny workers. they got the job done and helped me figure out a price range that would fit my budget. out of all the car shops in oneonta i have been to, Mr. Tire has been the best. thank you so much guys!

My car blew a radiator hose so I pulled into Mr. Tire they were so nice they tried to help unfortunately they didnt have the part needed. But they tried to think of everything they could do to help and offered to have us wait inside for a tow truck. Very nice people. Even tried to think of cheaper ways for us to get home other then an expensive taxi.

8/13/18 on a lengthy trip we developed a leak in out rear tire. Thank goodness Mt Tire was ope. The service was professional and proficient, the issue was remedied quickly and we were on our way, Cost was reasonable also, Kudoes to your smiling helpful staff

We had brakes and rotors installed they did a great job, however a brake warning sensor got broken during removal ( this happens occasionally), The good thing is, they replaced the sensor at no charge and were especially nice and professional, and develops a good working relationship with the customer I would recommend them to anyone!!

What happened to this store never seen so much disorganized. Love Gina but will not be returned sat there today for 5 hours and was forgotten about by the other women who got nasty and acted like I was bothering her. Seriously I left could not wait anymore and she would not apologize she kept defending herself and saying that basically we did not matter and other customers would come. She went out and smoked like 30 times ignored people. Surprised you hired her wow. Where did you find her totally needs training you are gonna go out of business with her working there. Then I here Gina is leaving never coming back been going there for 9 years and I heard her saying to Gina how do you know about these people u only worked at mr tire a few months. It’s because she speaks to us and she has worked at the Chevy place In town. Nasty nasty.

Its bad company policy to tell people they need new rotors every time they get brake pads done. I needed quiet ceramic pads. My rotors had 5,000 miles on them. At worse a resurfacing was needed. Instead of making 200 off me you got nothing and Ill never be back.But the work on the back brakes was great and fast. If you go here make sure you know what you need done or be taken for a ride.

I have done business with your manager Bumper Alton DeJoy for 30 years and you just lost a Jem. You just cut off your nose to spite your face. He asked for support from your upper management and got none. So he like many others moved on. This has me coming to second thoughts also. I always knew that with Bumper in charge My cars and I Have Three Jeep Grand Cherokees were going to be take care of and were safe to drive.

Had an appointment for an oil change. Waited more than an hour past appointment time and car was not even in bay yet. When I asked when they would get it in, he replied, well, when do you need it? I reminded him of my appointment time. He was annoyed but then they took it in. The counter person went on to complain about the shop, that he isnt appreciated and that there are no responsible mechanics in this area. While I was waiting, he bad mouthed the former employees (who always treated me well) to several customers.Very unprofessional. Will not return. Taking my business to Sidney to have Bumper and Gary tend to my car again.

I viewed tires on line and scheduled a visit. When I arrived I was informed that particular item was not in stock. They had a comparable tire in stock. Charged same price but tire was rated for 35,000 less miles Really disappointed.

Went in for an inspection. Made an appointment last week & told them about known engine error. They even took down the code.Today, they act like I was never there before. No appointment on the books & they charge over a $100 just to hook up the code reader... again. And, to top it off, they tell me they might not be able to fix the problem.

These guys were very professional and quick when I brought my truck and my wifes car in for new tires. I will definitely go back again.

Terrible, terrible. I am from out of town visiting and had a blown tire but really needed two. I go in and an elderly guy with glasses tells me that I have to replace all of my tires because it’s AWD, And that he wouldn’t do it unless 4 were bought. My father worked at Costco for 30+ years and I was ensured that is not a law and/or standard by any means. This was not a good welcome to New York :/

The people at Kost were very friendly and very honest. I left my car, and a note explaining the situation, in their parking lot after my car started making weird noises. They called the next morning, I dropped off my keys, and it was fixed by the time I was done with work. They explained exactly what went wrong, exactly what they needed to fix, and asked if I wanted an oil change (which I did). They were very friendly and very prompt. My one complaint is that I was uncertain as to their hours - the hours listed online were different than the hours posted on their door, which were different than the actual hours of operation. But they did a great job with my car and communicating with me, so overall Id say theyre great - just call first.

I was in an hour before my slotted time.Thus its a good place to go.

My car passed an inspection that was not legal. 40 days later i took it to another facility that deemed it totaled. they should learn to inspect vehicles correctly. guess its alk about the mighty dollar and not safety first.

Got me right in for an oil change after the Wal-Mart across the street told me there would be a five-hour wait.

The worst service ever, and a lot of shady business behind the scenes! From the unfriendly, macho behind-the-desk personality to the surly grease-browed mechanic, you may aswell have entered the twilight zone. I had to go in twice to get the same badly-done job fixed, and these were critical brake line repairs! And I still dont know why all the hubcaps were loose and all four of my wheels falling off after these people were the last ones to work on my vehicle. I would run, not walk, from this place!
