The customer service at Oneonta Bath and Body is fantastic. Everyone is very friendly and helpful.

The ladies (and occasional gentleman) who work here are always so so very helpful and willing to go the extra mile to help you look exactly what it is youre looking for.

This is by far the Best Bath and Bodyworks. I’ve been to many of them and this one has the Friendliest and most knowledgeable Employees and Manager! They remember faces and names and greet with a smile! They know where all the products are in the store! This is one store that I’ve visited where the Employees truly enjoy their job and coworkers! Something that you don’t see that often these days!
