I love the Oneonta NY Walgreens! I have been going there for years! Had to go to a different pharmacy for a short time, and now i am glad to be back!!

Try greeting your customers instead of staring maybe? Y’all need to catch up on training too. It shouldn’t be that hard to rescan a gift card smh

A great store. Its always clean and well stocked. Manager is great and cashiers are very friendly. Im shopping every week at this store and i never had any bad experience in fact I always felt welcome and that is why I will always stay a regular customer.

My son has used walgreens pharmacy in the last 3 years while up at school...THANK YOU! Everytime hes been sick you are quick to fill his prescription so he can hurry home to rest and recover. Never a long wait time. You guys understand! We truly appreciate it!!!

Nice classic Walgreens. Nothing special but really nice staff and pharmacists. They seem to really care. The intersection is dangerous if walking but other than that a great choice for drug stores in the Oneonta area.

**Edit of previous review** My problem with them not filling 90 day prescriptions was my insurance and not them. Great service, generally no lines unless you go during peak hours. Very friendly associates. I highly recommend this Walgreens!

Worst pharmacy experience I have ever had, and it’s a perpetual problem. They either claim they have not received the order from the doctor, don’t have it ready when they say they will, or give you the wrong quantities. I am genuinely surprised when things work out. It’s truly unlike anything I’ve ever experienced.

This is a great Walgreens. The pharmacists and techs are really helpful and Ive never had an unfriendly clerk. This a very busy pharmacy, but I have their text message notification set up. Theyre very fast, though, when youre waiting. They also have a drive-through for prescriptions, which I love.

I am a huge fan of Walgreens! I live almost an hour away, but love getting all my prescriptions filled in Oneonta Walgreens. The pharmacist Scott is simply amazing, very kind and helpful. He is the reason I continued to use Walgreens after my first time there.

The people serving from the floor to the pharmacy were first rate in attending to our needs and in offering helpful advice. The store itself is laid out attractively and it carries a surfeit of useful items in an amazing variety. All in all, I would classify the store and the help as first rate. We will continue our use of Walgreens in every place we move to especially for the continuity in dealing with our prescriptions.I do not understand the previous ratings. I found no evidence of that kind of conduct by the people who served us. Perhaps the raters had a bad day but Walgreens did not have one while my wife and I were in attendance.

The pharmacy is great you can ask them anything they know what your talking about they are extremely helpful ...and if they dont know they make it there mission to find out about what your asking its hard to find a good pharmacy around here ..😊😊☝️☝️

When I called to check up on my order the lady said that they were out of ink and it may not be on the truck that day. She advised me if it was not on the truck they would not be done until late next week. However online this was advertised for same day pick up. Nobody would have notified me had I not called. Customer service was not good. When I got my photos even the ones that were taken by a professional photographer came out blurry. Unimpressed.

The products and store layout are what you would expect of any Walgreens, which is great. However, the customer service at this store is atrocious. Every time I have gone here, the cashiers have been not only unfriendly, but actually rude. My friend always has problems with the pharmacy as well. I would much rather go to Rite Aid across the street or (dare I say it) Walmart.
