Couldnt disagree more with the negative reviews I have read. Had the most pleasant experience in the store and had the installation crew waiting for me at my house when I returned. As professionals as it gets... I will update this review once the rug installation is completed, but so far I have all the confidence...

I am a contractor in oneonta. I have been to towne flooring several times in my career. They are not helpful and half the time I cant even find any staff in the building. I always tell people to avoid this place.

Nothing but arrogance.
