We had heard about Carpets Plus Color Tile from a contractor friend and we gave them a call. What started out as a simple laundry room floor replacement, our basement flooring had to be replaced as well due to the damage done by a flood caused by a malfunctioning washing machine. We made many phone calls and met in person with our sales associate Susan and Steve, the owner to figure out the best solutions for both floors.Were so pleased with the end results and the fantastic service we received throughout the entire process. Tanner, the installer did a wonderful job with the vinyl plank flooring!We highly recommend Carpet Plus Color Tile!

Went in for carpet. Walked around for approx 10minutes. No one there to help me so I left. Had a lot of nice things there. Too bad no service. Maybe next time. Bought carpet from a different store.

Where do I start....simply put, they’re out to screw you over. Paid full price for flooring ahead just to get lied to by Michael. It’s been almost a year and the final piece to complete the job was never done. Typical local business screwing over the locals. Save your time and money and look elsewhere.

At first they act like pals, but beware. Gave us a quote that purposely bundled several things together, then overcharged us by $150 on the one $600 job we did. When we caught them at this, the owner, Steve, lied and said we chose a different carpet, which we never did. He then got abusive, yelling and swearing at us. We then read the Better Business Bureau complaint where he had gotten abusive and violent, and were glad we were only dealing with him by phone now. He then refused to fix the gross mistakes he had already promised to fix in the job: crooked cuts, seams not sealed properly that wouldn’t hold, sloppy edges and corners that he agreed needed to be rebound, and hallway rugs that were intended to match up but were different widths. He screamed that he’d just keep the carpet wed returned for the agreed repairs and was ending our relationship, and promised to refund the full price we’d already paid, but he never did, so we had to dispute the charge with our credit card company. Avoid this store and go ANYWHERE else.

Steve gave me a great deal on carpeting. Tanner installed it perfectly.

I had core tech manilla oak LVP installed in my home. The first installation had some issues, although it was corrected in a timely manner. Now my floor is absolutely beautiful and tanner and his crew are top notch installers and very professional and exceeded my expectations!

The people in this store are very friendly and willing to help you find what you are looking for. I had ceramic tile put in my kitchen and Sultan did an impeccable job. Cory and Tanner put in my floor and they were very nice and worked carefully getting the job done right and its beautiful. Dont hesitate having them work for you.

Great service and friendly staff.

Terrible installation in two different locations. The dust from the installation clogged the AC system and almost destroyed the HVAC. Steve the owner promised that that the sponginess left behind in the floor would settle down but it never did and now cracks between the tiles are showing up. There are high and low spots in the floor. The tiles are heaving up as well. Ive contacted the owner by phone and via my lawyer and he refuses to make it right. The floor supposedly has a lifetime guarentee. Do not use this store for anything.
