I went here for a wax, which was done very nicely and smoothly, by an equally nice lady 🙂 My face isn’t even burning and bumpy, as it usually is when I get a wax, and guess what else? It only cost me $7! I will be going here again for all of my hairy-faced needs 😅

Very helpful, a sales representative saw me carrying a lot of clothing and got me a cart. There were great sales and a nice variety of clothing amd styles. Fitting room was open and they were clean.When checking out the sales representative told us where we could find coupons and discounts we could apply to our order if we wanted. I have not been there in years and it was a great experience.

Called ahead before driving an hour and if they carry mens tall shirts. Was told they have many in the store and when I arrived there were none. The staff was ok.

Nice store great prices.. my wife recently bought me a gold chain here and got a great deal the lady at the jewelry counter was exceptional and well be back for any jewelry needs. Clothes selection and prices are good as well.

I have always loved to JCPenney for their sales. Not being a wealthy woman, buying the items that are going out of season has always been one of my favorite things to do. Very disappointing this time. Really not discounted the way I am used to. I realized the quality of JCPenney is better than Walmart but honestly I could buy most of the things are looked at for half what they were charging if I went to Walmart. Their clearance was as much as Walmarts non-clearance clothing.

Its a nice place to buy dresses, but most of the styles are meant for adults. As a teen, its hard to find clothing that matches my style. I do like their formal wear though. Sometimes. Everything is kinda expensive too, but they sometimes have coupons on their app.

The only place you can go to purchase anything in this small town. unfortunately some shops of days past are long gone, but the mall definitely has a more modern twist with its new tenets . Absolutely love the car show, wish they had more events like this.

The people that work here are very nice and helpful. Having a JCPenney Credit Card is very useful for discounts and savings. Love the assortment of clothes and styles and what I cant find in store I can find online.

Always find good deals in this store. Decent selection of clothes for the whole family. Just used the online order and pickup the same day. Very handy. Look for incredible coupons! Find them online and Im the store. This might help avoid lines so long as they expand the pickup area. Hope it survives the curse of mall department stores. (Dec 2019).

I love this store. Great prices, friendly customer service. Its my first stop when I need something. I can order online and pick up at any store I want to, or shipped to me. Lovely, lovely store.

Great selection of clearance items. I was surprised at how small the junior department is though. Sale prices were good. We managed to snag 3 pair of pants/jeans, 1 dress and 5 shirts for $112.

I got a $44 pair of liz Claiborne pjs for $14!

I hope they stay permanently closed after this pandemic subsides. This is The most unprofessional JCPenney store that Ive ever had the displeasure of shopping in. My daughter and two of her friends also have had very negative experiences. Racist managers, poorly behaved cashiers and nearly No assistance for seniors. Oneonta is better off without it. Go to tj max instead. Its safer.

This Oneonta JCPENNEY is absolutely terrible. The isles are so packed and the store is so small I honestly think it borders on a fire hazard. Good luck trying to find someone to help. D- is my opinion.

Its usually clean and well stocked, but it has a limited selection because its in Oneonta and its not a larger store. Still its one of the few alternatives for clothing in town. It could rate higher for a female shopper beacause there is a larger selection of items for women

Im outraged in the mens dept if you are a guy of decent build with a big neck i.e. I need a regular fit or slim fit dress shirt with a 18 1/2 to 19 neck with 34-35 measurements yea not going to happen at this place the only 19 neck shirts they had here were big style and I was swimming in them but the neck fit. This store is only looking at slim customers with 15-17 inch Nevis cause there is an over abundance of those sizes but unless you are 400 pounds good luck buying a dress shirt here with a 18 1/2 inch neck or bigger and FYI Im 230 lbs with a 19 inch neck and built not fat. Even sports coats unless u are a skinny kid or tall dangly adult good ouch finding dressy sports coats here. This place made me feel like anyone not skinny is unwelcome I lift and work out Im by no means fat but it sure as hell made me feel like I was

While I usually have decent customer service here, tonight I encountered a very rude employee at checkout. She had horrid customer service. I ended up not buying what I wanted because I didnt want to spend my money there. Will not be shopping here for awhile.

Avg clothing store w decent prices

Very little customer service and limited selection and size. They seem to only cater to people needing large sizes. Very limited selection for kitchen appliances. Dont ever buy large appliances from here. I bought 3 appliances, pricy ones to boot and all 3 broke within a year. My dryer broke on the third day and they said I was out of luck as their return policy is 24 hours, so it was my problem. Terrible terrible service.
