Its walmart.. what more can you say? Parked squarely next to one of the nastiest trailer parks in the county. The shelves tend to be bare and store a little less than clean and orderly. It is always been this way so dont let them fool you into thinking has something to do with covid!

Closest store to my daughters college. Go there often with her. Store is clean and well stocked but never has enough cashiers. Self checkout is impossible with large orders. Overall always a good experience here.

Go to Aldi for groceries, but most everything else has decent prices.

Need more cashiers self checkout might as well pay me as a cashier for checking myself out but other than that prices are definitely in good price range

I was in total awe, this store has everything. I must be more careful my next trip.I spent money I had no intention on spending! However, I was happy with my purchases. Tip for first time or occasional shoppers, separate your funds, and have fun!

Cant go wrong shopping here. Usually find more items than Money I want to spend. Love having the DD instore.

Love there prices and good service

Did my first pick up order, just for fun to see how the process worked. Built my cart online, follow directions, called when I got there all my items were ready. Frozen items were in great shape. Although I love going into the store I will use this service again. In general my store is a pretty good one. The staff is helpful and friendly.

Have been stopping in daily to purchase a hunting license in the sporting goods section. Have not been able to get this license for a week due to their system being down. I tried to pick up some goods while there and use the scan and go as a cash purchase but told if I wanted to use cash I would have to get on a cashier line.I DONT THINK SO!! I PUT MY GOODS DOWN RIGHT THERE AND LEFT THE STORE!So much for customer service or convenience.I dont find anything Super about this centerGuess I will get my license at the town clerk and shop at Price Chopper and elsewhere for my other needs.Not to mention the 4 employees standing in a circle having a conversation while customers are in need of help.If Walmart can not attend to my needs as a customer, I dont need to shop there.As big as Walmart is, they probably wont miss me, and from my last week of experience, they probably wont care

While at self check out right before closing we had to have the cashier ring us out because we were paying cash. There was another customer behind us so I went over to bag the items I had bought the cashier that was working gave me an attitude for no reason what so ever and would not allow me to bag my own items.

They took the price check scanners down. Things are not always marked correctly or in the proper places. How many forget to check or loose track of all items to watch for at check out. Imagine how much $$ Walmart pockets from this.

I went to walmaRt the other day to get 1 thing which obviously turned into more then one thing. I went to self check because the 4 reg lines were backed all the way up to the clothes. Sadly enough because it was cash the whole order had to be voided. Thankfully customer service was taken ppl to cash out. When I got up there I had decided the make up I was gonna purchase I didnt want I had already spent more money then I wanted to. After purchasing my items and telling the cashier have a good day I proceeded to exit the store only to be stopped by 2 ppl and be accused of stealing. After finding nothing they didnt even apologize. Something like that is down right embarassing. A week later it happened again, only this time I hadnt even reached the check out yet. This never happens when my hair is brown and Im in my work clothes, but because my hair was green and then purple and I had on sweats because it was my day off they automatically assumed I was stealing from them. Try catching ppl that are actually stealing from you leave the innocent ones alone. If it continues to happen I will be hiring a lawyer.

Never pick up phone calls! Always have to wait for assistance! Some of the workers are very rude and snotty. I will cash out at the garden center as that is where you will find the nice people. Very polite and respectful! Whish I knew the to ladys names.

Great store. Clean, never overly busy. Only issue is their clothing selection sucks and they are always out of stock on a lot of food items

Store was not stocked well, there were alot of empty shelves. The lines were long and they only had a few checkouts open. I was only able to get half my shopping list due to the lack of product....

Very clean store. I found everything that I went for. The only thing that I did not like was the stocking crew filling the shelves when people are shopping. Why cant groceries be stocked at night. Enjoy shopping in Honesdale, Pa.

Walmart will always be okay, but never perfect, because it’s not really clean here…lol. Especially since COVID, you guys really should have stepped up with cleaning your bathrooms and stuff, but you haven’t, so you’ll never get all 5 stars from me.

I missed the days of no lines no waiting. Things could be a lot more organized. I use Walmart when I need an item that is unique and cant be found in a typical grocery store.

Was in line at the customer service desk for 15minutes while the one cashier helped the last in front of me. As a line was building behind me no one was called up to help with the line. Once the lady in front of me was finished not a single one of the three people at the desk offered an apology for the wait. Worst customer service I’ve seen in awhile.

Always working, offered to help me get a giant item into my car on his own accord, VERY respectable and referred to me as ma’am - ALL employees should be like this man in my opinion.I called the help center and was greeted with frustration after asking for help with the package and I was very confused as to why it was such an amazing favor to ask... then they refused to pick up my second call, trying to dodge my request.That’s why Hughe Andrews is awesome.

Everything has been moved around since Covid struck so its very hard to find what you want and finding someone to assist you is even harder.. I really dislike the self check-out also. Variety of items for purchase is good but they need to keep their shelves stocked.

Store was clean and well stocked. Staff was friendly and helpful with helping me find my long list of items, cashier was friendly and knew how to adjust my packing due to weight as my back was out. Was a pleasure shopping at the Obeonta Walmart. Not all walmarts are as clean and well maintained as this store!!!! Your workers should be a role model for others to learn from!

The grocery pick up/delivery app is the best shopping app out of all apps ive tried. Ive tried 4 diff apps. Instacart is junk. The app is tortoise slow and wont let me check in at stores. Plus instacart wont let me use my home address so it totally malfunctions. The walmart app works flawless everytime no issues. I wouldve goven the walmart 5 stars etc my butter got crished ladt time i picked up groceries.

So I got 4 new tires today and had them installed. I was told it would take 2 hours. I was fine with that. But when you dont even start it till the 2 hour mark. I was left STANDING at Wal-Mart for 3 hour and 15 mins. They dont have any chairs. I eventually just sat on the floor. The reason for this was the guy who was working on my car just left. Either on a lunch break or for the day but, never told anyone what my car still had to be finished.

It was very busy. But didnt wait maybe ten minutes to get checked out. Cashier was very nice

Staff often angry and unwilling to help. Shelves frequently empty, staff does not get an item that has none on the shelf xss apparently we have to wait until they do all the restocking

This is a pretty good Walmart. This is a college town so, most stores here are above average.

One of the nicer Walmarts with very friendly staff, but if someone could do something about the onions in the produce section? because they are all always rotten and I end up having to stop buy another supermarket just to buy an onion.

Its an ok store they did not have adult diapers which i needed.

Wasnt a fan of this one unfortunately. The staff here didnt seem to want to help and walked away when I was asking them for assistance without even acknowledging me. Its a shame maybe I just went there on a bad day but it really does just take one bad trip to put you off a place.

The store is set up strangely. Their are items that would normally be grouped together on opposite sides of the store. This makes it hard to find what you are looking for. The staff is unhelpful and rude. Gave it 3 stars, but really closer to a 2.5

This WalMart is well equipped to handle most, if not all shopping wants. It has changed significantly over the years to adjust to the publics needs. Its well maintained also.Besides the benefits of the usual amenities like the fact there are restrooms located in the front near customer service and back of the store near footwear/dairy.There are other service kiosks available too, like Coinstar, ecoATM to sell your old phones, Quicktag to make your pets or self an engraved medallion for a reasonable price, and other kiosks within the store as well like Redbox, Minute key and Rugdoctor near or at the customer service desk.There are other businesses within this WalMart too giving a bit of convenience to your trip if you utilize them! Di-Vinci Nails, Dunkin Donuts, Walmarts pharmacy, Walmarts eye care, WalMarts Tire lube express and photo center.While it takes some patience to ease through the customer service lines sometimes because lets face it, these people in these jobs are underpaid and over worked, they do their best to help you out with the constraints they work in. Give them a smile they really do care and deserve it!

Oneonta Walmart has better selection of products than my local store.

I generally find what I need quickly.If you go early in the morning the store is well stocked.Sometimes I check out quick, other times it takes too long. This includes the self check out.

Most Stored items were not in stock no pomegranate juice blackberries raspberries oranges no rib eye and othe beef no 7up soda and other sodas not in stock as well as some market soups bathroom was not stock with toilet paper and dirty
